About: I’ve owned dogs my entire life and absolutely love having them around! 🐾 I currently work fully remotely from home, so your pup will have plenty of company, attention and supervision throughout the day. I have a huge garden with lots of space to explore and play, and I’m a big walker myself, so I’m always happy to have a four-legged companion join me on my walks. I also love photography, so there’s a very good chance you’ll receive some cute photos of your pup enjoying their little holiday with me! 📸🐶 I have plenty of experience with dogs of different breeds, personalities and backgrounds. I was involved with Seeing Eye/guide dogs for over 7 years and have also owned rescue dogs for more than 15 years, so I understand that every dog has their own personality, routine and needs. I’m more than happy to follow whatever rules you have at home so that your dog’s routine stays consistent. Equally, if your pup is used to being on the sofa, sleeping on the bed or generally making themselves completely at home, that’s absolutely fine with me! I’m currently dog-free, which is actually one of the reasons I love dog sitting so much. I really miss having the company of dogs around and genuinely enjoy being able to give them a home-from-home while their owners are away. ❤️ I work fully remotely from home, so pet care fits really naturally into my everyday routine. My schedule is flexible, meaning I can easily accommodate regular toilet breaks, feeding times, walks, playtime and plenty of attention throughout the day. I’m naturally an early riser and love walking, so morning and evening walks are easy to build around your dog’s usual routine. I also have a large garden for regular outdoor breaks, play and exploring throughout the day. I play sports on two evenings a week and football on Sundays, so I’m occasionally out for around 2–2.5 hours at a time. If your dog is happy and comfortable in that environment, they’re also very welcome to come along and watch from the sidelines! Otherwise, I’ll make sure they’ve been walked, settled and comfortable before I leave. As I’m home for the vast majority of the day, your dog will have lots of company and I’m very happy to adapt my routine around what they’re used to at home. 🐾 I have a large, fully fenced garden, although the fence at the back isn’t particularly high, so dogs who are keen jumpers will always be closely supervised while outside. I’m happy to crate dogs where this is part of their normal routine, as I’ve owned and cared for crate-trained dogs before. I’m also very comfortable caring for dogs who need a little extra support, whether that’s with toilet training, medication or anxiety. I’m patient and happy to follow your routines, boundaries and instructions to make sure your dog feels safe, settled and at home with me. 🐾

About: I have grown up surrounded by different animals from all sizes including horses, dogs, cats, donkeys to the smaller likes of hamsters, rabbits, guinea pigs and ferrets. I currently have a large greyhound called Velma who is more than happy sleeping the day away with the occasional cuddle. I understand not all dogs have the same needs and am adaptive in my approach. I currently work a shift pattern, meaning I am often available during the week and at odd times to help with your pet needs. I do not work overnight and so will be available for house sitting. Being surrounded by countryside means I have plenty of experience walking dogs in a variety of outdoor settings. I am most comfortable with small to medium sized dogs and always prioritise safety during walks. For this reason, I prefer on lead walking, whether using a short lead or a longer training lead, depending on your dog's needs and your preferences. I'm currently looking to build relationships with local owners who require regular and reliable dog sitting or walking services. I am happy to offer overnight stays for local clients within approximately 15 miles of Felsted.
