Harriet was an absolute lifesaver as another dog sitter who we had previously booked well in advance of an event gave us zero correspondence in the lead up to it, we got on Rover and Harriet organised to meet our dog Mable super quick and then sat for us just a week or so later, Harriet was fantastic and helped at such short notice!

I had a brilliant first time experience with Charlotte caring for my 2 dogs for 5 days. We had a meet and greet to go through all the needs they have and their routine which Immediately put me at ease and I knew she would be a perfect fit to care for my fur babies. She was friendly, knowledgeable and very understanding of all the little details. She kept me updated throughout her stay with plenty of pictures and messages. She went above and beyond to treat them well and she left our house looking spotless. I highly recommend her. Will definitely use her services again in future if we can! 😊

Algie our Boxer, has separation anxiety and because of his age, we hate to go out and leave him even for a short while. Suzy came to sit with him yesterday evening while we went out for a family birthday dinner and they got on really well. Suzy is a lovely lady and we will be very happy to book her again.

About: I have a big love for animals and have spare time so want to help others and look after their loved animals and care for them. I look after my friends and families cats and dogs on a regular basis so have experience with different breeds and want to help others have the opportunity to go away on holiday or going to work and relax knowing their baby is getting a home from home experience in a relaxed environment. I work from home most days and if I need to go into the office I have a flexible timetable so would be out the house for no more than 4 hours but also happy to accommodate to your timings of each pet. I am also happy to take them out to places with me if this is something your pet is familiar with. I live in a house with a private fenced/brick wall garden. I have a park next to my house and multiple walks around my area with a mixture of fields, grass and pavement environments. I also have a car so am happy to take out with owners permission I also send photos and updates to the owners to let them know there babies are in safe hands

About: Dogs have always been at the heart of my life and caring for them has never simply been something I do - it is who I am. For me, this is not just a service, it is a privilege. I understand that every dog is a cherished member of the family and I treat each one with the same love, patience, kindness and unwavering devotion that I gave to my own. For 13 wonderful years, I was blessed to share my life with my beautiful Cavapoo, Colby. He was my constant companion, my best friend and I will always feel incredibly honoured that he chose me every day. The bond we shared shaped the way I care for animals and reinforced my belief that every dog deserves to feel safe, understood, loved and completely at ease. Following Colby's passing, I found myself deeply missing the daily joy of giving that love and care to a dog. It is this, more than anything, that inspired me to begin this new chapter. My aim is not simply to offer dog boarding, walking and house sitting, but to provide a home-from-home experience where every dog receives genuine affection, individual attention and the highest standard of care, as though they were my own. My experience extends well beyond everyday care. During Colby's later years, he bravely lived with heart failure, requiring an extensive and carefully managed medication regime. I administered multiple medications with precision, consistency and dedication while closely monitoring his health, comfort and changing needs. This experience has given me invaluable confidence in caring for senior dogs, administering medication and supporting dogs with ongoing medical conditions, always with patience, compassion and meticulous attention to detail. When you dog is in my care, they will be treated as my own family - with warmth, gentleness and genuine affection. My promise is to provide not only a safe and reliable service, but a nurturing environment where you dog feels secure, loved and truly at home 🐶❤️ I provide full-time, dedicated care tailored entirely to your dog's individual needs and routine. Whether they enjoy long walks and playtime, gentle companionship, plenty of cuddles and love, or simply a quiet place to relax, my focus is always on ensuring they feel safe, happy and loved. I offer house sitting in your home, boarding, drop in and dog walking throughout the week, including weekends and I am committed to maintaining your dog's usual routine as closely as possible to provide comfort, consistency and complete peace of mind while you are away. Safety, trust and a calm, secure environment are at the very heart of my care. I have no other pets or children in the home, ensuring a peaceful and undisturbed setting for your dog. My property benefits from a walled, secure garden and I am fortunate to be situated in a beautiful village with a country park and woodland walks right on my doorstep, offering safe, enriching and varied outdoor experiences in nature.

About: Animals have always been a huge part of my life, and I have a genuine love and passion for caring for them. I understand that leaving your beloved dog in someone else’s care can feel daunting, which is why I take great pride in providing a safe, loving and comfortable home-from-home experience. I have extensive experience caring for and looking after all kinds of animals, having had animals since a very young age. I’m confident in understanding their individual personalities, needs and routines. Whether your dog is full of energy and loves long walks, prefers plenty of cuddles and companionship, or simply enjoys relaxing in a peaceful environment, I will make sure they receive the care and attention they deserve. I live in a small but secure one-bedroom house, offering a cosy and welcoming environment with all the home comforts your dog could need during their stay. I believe dogs are happiest when they feel safe, settled and included, so I aim to make their time with me as relaxed and enjoyable as possible. Your dog’s wellbeing is my top priority. I will take the time to get to know them, follow their usual routines wherever possible and give them plenty of love, attention, exercise and companionship. I also know how important it is for owners to have peace of mind while they are away. I will provide regular updates, including photos, so you can see how your furry family member is getting on and know that they are happy, safe and receiving the very best care. For me, caring for animals isn’t simply a service — it’s something I genuinely love. Your dog will be treated with the same kindness, patience and affection that I would give my own. I have flexible part-time working hours, which allows me to be very accommodating to each dog owner’s individual schedule and needs. I’m happy to discuss preferred walking times, drop-offs, pick-ups and routines to make things as easy and stress-free as possible for both you and your dog. I offer overnight boarding throughout weekends, as well as some weekday boarding, depending on availability and the amount of notice given. I’m also able to provide regular walks and daytime care around my working schedule. Because my work is flexible, I can dedicate plenty of time, attention and playtime to the dogs in my care. I’ll make sure they have lots of company, exercise, affection and interaction rather than simply being left alone for long periods. I’m happy to work around your dog’s usual routine wherever possible, including their preferred walking times, feeding schedule, playtime and bedtime routine. My aim is to provide a comfortable, caring and home-from-home experience while giving owners peace of mind that their dog is well looked after. Your dog’s safety, happiness and comfort are my top priorities. I want every dog who stays with me to feel relaxed, secure and truly at home, while giving owners complete peace of mind that their pet is being well cared for. Although I don’t have a fenced garden, I’m fortunate to have a lovely park just a short distance away, providing plenty of opportunity for regular exercise, fresh air and playtime. I also live close to a beautiful woodland walking route, which is perfect for dogs who enjoy longer walks and need that extra bit of exercise and adventure. I’m happy to tailor walks and activities around your dog’s age, energy level and usual routine, so whether they prefer a gentle stroll, a longer woodland walk or plenty of playtime, I’ll make sure they get the attention and exercise they need. I also have a little companion of my own — Poppy, my miniature Yorkshire Terrier. She is a year and a half old, very friendly and absolutely loves dogs of all shapes and sizes. She enjoys having furry friends around and will be great company, fun and comfort for your dog while they’re staying with us. Of course, I understand that every dog is different. I’ll always take their personality, temperament and individual needs into consideration, and introductions with Poppy will be handled carefully and at a pace that is comfortable for everyone. A trial meeting before enlisting my services would be advisable. My aim is to create a safe, loving and enjoyable home-from-home environment where your dog receives plenty of attention, companionship, exercise and affection while you’re away.

About: Hi, I'm Connie, a 26 year old nutrition student looking to meet and care for your gorgeous doggies like my own! I have owned my energetic female Vizsla for the past 8 years, so I'm very familiar with the needs of active, intelligent dogs with big personalities! I also had a much loved cat for 15 years, giving me experience caring for both dogs and cats throughout different stages of life. I live in a beautiful rural area just outside Felsted, conveniently located near Chelmsford, Braintree and Great Dunmow. Being surrounded by countryside means I have plenty of experience walking dogs in a variety of outdoor settings. I am most comfortable with small to medium sized dogs and always prioritise safety during walks. For this reason, I prefer on lead walking, whether using a short lead or a longer training lead, depending on your dog's needs and your preferences. I'm currently looking to build relationships with local owners who require regular and reliable dog sitting or walking services. I am happy to offer overnight stays for local clients within approximately 15 miles of Felsted. I understand how important it is to find someone trustworthy to care for your pet, and I will always treat your dog with the same care, patience and attention that I give my own. Please feel free to get in touch if you'd like to discuss your dog's needs or arrange a meet and greet. I have a flexible schedule and can provide short-term pet care services, including dog walks, drop-in visits and day sitting, Monday to Saturday between 8am and 10pm. I also offer overnight and multi-day stays throughout the week, subject to availability and pre-arrangement. For overnight or extended bookings, I kindly ask for at least 3 days' notice wherever possible. I'm happy to discuss your individual requirements and accommodate regular or recurring bookings. I am happy to provide pet care within your home and in local areas for walking services. For owners who prefer, I can also transport dogs in my car to quieter countryside locations for rural walks and enrichment. At present, I do not offer boarding or pet care from my own home. I am most confident caring for small to medium-sized dogs that are friendly, well-socialised and comfortable around people. I am experienced in administering medications, following feeding routines and adapting to any specific medical, mobility or comfort requirements your pet may have. I understand that every animal is unique and will always aim to provide attentive, compassionate care tailored to their individual needs and routine.

About: I’ve been caring for dogs for over 20 years, looking after friends’ and family pets with love, attention, and trust. From walking and feeding to bathing and playing, I ensure every dog feels happy, safe, and pampered. I’m also first aid pet trained, so you can have peace of mind knowing your pet is in capable hands. I live with my partner, Luke, in the beautiful Essex countryside, with stunning walks right on our doorstep—the perfect setting for your dog to explore, exercise, and enjoy the outdoors. Although we don’t have our own dog due to work, we make up for it with lots of love, attention, and playtime for every guest. I’m more than happy to arrange a meet and greet so you and your pet can feel comfortable before staying. During their time with us, I’ll provide regular updates and photos so you can see just how much fun they’re having. Your dog will experience a true “home away from home” with us. I can’t wait to meet your furry friend! We are available on our “out of office” days for dog boarding, Friday evenings from 5pm and all day Saturday, Sundays and Bank Holidays too. Your dog’s safety is our top priority. We have a medium-sized, fully gated and fenced garden with plenty of grassed and shaded areas where your dog can safely play and explore. Your pet will always be supervised while outdoors, and we make sure the environment is safe and comfortable. I’m also first aid pet trained, so you can have peace of mind knowing that your dog is in capable hands should any minor accidents occur.

Oliver kept us up to date the whole weekend and sent lots of pictures and videos of them playing together. 10/10 would contract Oliver again.

About: I have grown up surrounded by different animals from all sizes including horses, dogs, cats, donkeys to the smaller likes of hamsters, rabbits, guinea pigs and ferrets. I currently have a large greyhound called Velma who is more than happy sleeping the day away with the occasional cuddle. I understand not all dogs have the same needs and am adaptive in my approach. I currently work a shift pattern, meaning I am often available during the week and at odd times to help with your pet needs. I do not work overnight and so will be available for house sitting. For house sitting services, I will ensure I ask the correct questions from the home owners to be able to care for their pet to the best of my ability. I have great listening and observation skills to safely care for your additional family member!

About: I’ve grown up around animals and have been caring for pets since I was around 10 years old. I have experience caring for both dogs and cats, as well as pets of different ages, personalities and routines. I know how important it is to feel completely comfortable with the person looking after your pets, so I always take the time to understand their normal routine, likes, dislikes and any individual needs. I work from home, which gives me lots of flexibility and means I can spend plenty of time with the animals in my care rather than leaving them alone for long periods. I’m happy to follow feeding and walking routines, provide lots of playtime and attention, and of course give plenty of cuddles to pets who want them! My aim is for your pet to feel safe, settled and loved while you’re away and for you to be able to relax knowing they’re in good hands. I work from home which gives me much larger availability to care for my own animals and to give me time to care for others. I live at home with my mum so thankfully we also have someone in for my dogs/cats and I am able to do the same for someone else. I work full-time from home, which gives me plenty of flexibility throughout the day. I can easily work pet care around my schedule, including regular feeding, toilet breaks, walks, playtime and lots of company. This also means pets in my care won’t be left alone for long periods. Your pet’s safety and comfort are always my priority. I’ll follow their usual routine and any instructions you provide, including feeding, medication, walks and household rules. I make sure their environment is secure and pay close attention to their behaviour so I can spot if anything seems unusual. I also treat your home with the same care and respect I would my own.

Charlotte has provided an excellent and thorough House sitting and dog care service for my Cavalier King Charles Spaniel whilst I was away on holiday. She displays clear understanding and ability in meeting animal needs and a quietly calm and friendly manner in engagement. Walks were combined with affectionate play and snooze times. Charlotte is a trustworthy house and dog sitter and is always thoughtful, polite and professional. She maintains clear communication and sent me photos of a happy and settled dog.

Charlotte put us at ease from the minute we met her and was willing to visit as many times beforehand to get to know our 3 dogs and walk them so she was familiar with their ways whilst out. Whilst we were away for two weeks she sent photos of them and kept in touch regularly. Weather was really hot here whilst we were away and she walked them really early in the mornings and again late at night. One of our dogs is petrified of storms and there were a couple of these during the night and she came downstairs to keep her company and comfort her, sleeping downstairs too! House was lovely and tidy upon our return too! Thank you Charlotte, we would have you back again looking after our three dogs in a heartbeat! Xxx
