About: I have been on Rover for nearly a year now and have experience with loads of breeds, ages, and different needs! I have always loved dogs and walking, so I started Rover after my dog Monty passed away so I would still get to meet dogs, get outside, and go for walks in memory of him as it would be a highlight of my day. I am happy to either walk and/or be company for your dog, I have a car, and am home for summer from uni so have availability both week days and weekends. I don’t have any pets currently and I have a secure garden with fences and plenty of fields for walking surrounding my house. My house is a calm environment for your dog!

About: I have grown up surrounded by dogs and have never been without one, so caring for and spending time with dogs has always been a huge part of my life 🥰. Over the years, I’ve gained experience with dogs of all different sizes, breeds and personalities, and I feel especially confident and comfortable handling larger dogs. Having owned a variety of breeds myself, I understand that every dog is completely unique. They all have their own individual quirks, personalities, needs and ways of communicating 🐶. I really enjoy taking the time to get to know each dog as an individual and making sure they feel comfortable, happy and well cared for. I’m confident with both energetic and more laid-back dogs and understand the importance of providing them with plenty of attention, exercise, companionship and patience. Whether they love long walks, playing, cuddles, or simply having someone around, I’m happy to adapt to their individual routine and make sure they receive the care and attention they deserve. ❤️ I'm significantly cutting down my hours from my current job so I will be available to help in the week and on weekends for all types of needs. I will always provide a calm influence and safe environment for the dogs to be in and respect the houses of others, I’m not yet offering pets at my own home due to lack of space.

About: Over 20 years of animal care experience. I have experience with many different dogs from small breeds to large. I have rescued and trained nervous and reactive dogs historically. I currently still engage in regular urban obedience, socialisation, loose lead, scent work and recall training. I work full time as Deputy Head Teacher, I am able to offer Friday to Sunday services. Equally, I can offer week day services during half term and termly breaks. Our property is also located near to Stansted, with available parking to hire in a secure garage or driveway should this be needed. Owners will receive pictures and videos throughout their time with me. Our property has access out the back straight onto Hatfield Forest, and has a secure decent sized garden. Please note that I do have a neutered toy poodle, so unfortunately cannot take on dogs at this time who may be reactive to other dogs. Greetings between my dog and a customers is done with care, usually starting by a fun walk first. Your dog is guaranteed to be welcomed warmly into my home, physical and mental needs met and will have some friendly 4-legged company.

About: I took great care of my beautiful boy, Teddy throughout his long life, and have looked after my friend’s dogs frequently too, checking in on them and taking them for walks. I work full-time at a charity during the week but would be available in the evenings and at weekends for dog walking and check-ins. I can be flexible with timings! I can offer regular dog walks and check-ins, providing reliable, loving care and treating every dog with the same attention, affection, and care as if they were my own.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs ever since I was 10. From my own 2 little dogs, Dexter and Hunter who are 6 and 2 who have a very scheduled routine.. I also look after family dogs when needed. Happy to look after / walk maximum 3 dogs at a time! I’m currently working full time, but I can fit your doggies in before / and after my working houses. Morning from 5/6am.. Evening from 4;30/8pm. I have a fenced garden who I have my 2 dogs in they are in and out of the house! I will keep them safe throughout & I’ll make sure I’ll play with them!

About: I do all services, but NONE at my home. I can come to you! I had a rescue German shepherd dog since I was young. We took her to training and agility classes. I have dog sat and dog walked for people a few times. I have worked in childcare for 3+ years and I still am. I have availability on Mondays. I am available some evenings after work at 5pm and I am available at weekends. I love all dogs and other small animals. I would prefer to dogsit at the owners home (s) if possible. I would make sure that food that is not dog food is out of reach and they wouldn't climb on anything, furniture etc. that they are not supposed to.

From our very first communication, she was incredibly polite, kind, and professional, which immediately put my mind at ease for such a long trip. ​Taking care of five cats is no small task, but Kiera handled it perfectly. Every day, she sent me detailed updates and lovely photos, so I always knew my fur babies were safe and happy. She took care of all the essentials flawlessly—feeding them on schedule and keeping all the litter boxes completely spotless. ​What really stood out to me was how she went above and beyond. A couple of times, my cats had little accidents, and Kiera kindly cleaned up the vomit and mess without a single complaint. She is truly dedicated to the well-being of the pets she watches. As a wonderful bonus, she even stepped in to feed our fish! ​I also really appreciated how comfortable and understanding she was regarding our home security. We have several cameras installed for safety (on the outside corner of the house, the front door, the garden fence, as well as inside the living room and nursery).
