About: I have been on Rover for nearly a year now and have experience with loads of breeds, ages, and different needs! I have always loved dogs and walking, so I started Rover after my dog Monty passed away so I would still get to meet dogs, get outside, and go for walks in memory of him as it would be a highlight of my day. I am happy to either walk and/or be company for your dog, I have a car, and am home for summer from uni so have availability both week days and weekends. I don’t have any pets currently and I have a secure garden with fences and plenty of fields for walking surrounding my house. My house is a calm environment for your dog!

About: I do all services, but NONE at my home. I can come to you! I had a rescue German shepherd dog since I was young. We took her to training and agility classes. I have dog sat and dog walked for people a few times. I have worked in childcare for 3+ years and I still am. I have availability on Mondays. I am available some evenings after work at 5pm and I am available at weekends. I love all dogs and other small animals. I would prefer to dogsit at the owners home (s) if possible. I would make sure that food that is not dog food is out of reach and they wouldn't climb on anything, furniture etc. that they are not supposed to.

From our very first communication, she was incredibly polite, kind, and professional, which immediately put my mind at ease for such a long trip. ​Taking care of five cats is no small task, but Kiera handled it perfectly. Every day, she sent me detailed updates and lovely photos, so I always knew my fur babies were safe and happy. She took care of all the essentials flawlessly—feeding them on schedule and keeping all the litter boxes completely spotless. ​What really stood out to me was how she went above and beyond. A couple of times, my cats had little accidents, and Kiera kindly cleaned up the vomit and mess without a single complaint. She is truly dedicated to the well-being of the pets she watches. As a wonderful bonus, she even stepped in to feed our fish! ​I also really appreciated how comfortable and understanding she was regarding our home security. We have several cameras installed for safety (on the outside corner of the house, the front door, the garden fence, as well as inside the living room and nursery).
