About: I’ve always loved animals and have had pets my whole life. I’ve cared for dogs of all sizes, cats, fish, gerbils, even giant African snails! I’m a cat lover but have a very special place in my heart from our lovely canine friends too. I can drop in in the mornings before 7:30am, and evenings after 6pm. Sometimes during the day too depending on my work schedule. A routine for cats is crucial. I have two indoor cats who are well cared for and understood for their needs and personalities. They have 2 litter trays and a very thorough daily routine, with a steady and balanced diet, no over feeding and they get lots of human interaction/stimulation!

About: I’ve taken care of dogs ever since I was 10. From my own 2 little dogs, Dexter and Hunter who are 6 and 2 who have a very scheduled routine.. I also look after family dogs when needed. Happy to look after / walk maximum 3 dogs at a time! I’m currently working full time, but I can fit your doggies in before / and after my working houses. Morning from 5/6am.. Evening from 4;30/8pm. I have a fenced garden who I have my 2 dogs in they are in and out of the house! I will keep them safe throughout & I’ll make sure I’ll play with them!

From small rescues who are usually nervous around men and just need time and calmness, to mischievous Spaniels who will seek out their favourite muddy puddle given half the chance. I take each dog's individual needs seriously, whether that's sticking to a familiar routine, administering medication, or simply knowing when to give a dog space and when they just want company. In a pet owner's home I treat everything with care and respect, and I'm always happy to follow whatever routines and house rules the owner has in place.

About: My Golden oldie loves a bit of canine company. She is happy to show company her favourite walks & sniffs as well as sharing her owners care & cuddles. We have experience with all sorts of wagging tails from poms to labs . We also have doggy cam to keep an eye on guests I’m now retired so can be around any time to look after your dog. I do like to go to gym/pool 3 mornings a week but am always back for lunchtime. I’m around all weekend apart from tennis Sunday morning. We walk every morning and evening with various routes across tracks & fields close by. My old Goldie is very easy going and will be excellent company for your pet. Our garden is fenced & secured with padlocked gates top & bottom so we can easily get out for “business “ safely. No dogs are allowed upstairs but otherwise have the downstairs space and plenty if room to be together or further apart if thats what they choose.

I have owned my energetic female Vizsla for the past 8 years, so I'm very familiar with the needs of active, intelligent dogs with big personalities! I also had a much loved cat for 15 years, giving me experience caring for both dogs and cats throughout different stages of life. I live in a beautiful rural area just outside Felsted, conveniently located near Chelmsford, Braintree and Great Dunmow. Being surrounded by countryside means I have plenty of experience walking dogs in a variety of outdoor settings. I am most comfortable with small to medium sized dogs and always prioritise safety during walks. For this reason, I prefer on lead walking, whether using a short lead or a longer training lead, depending on your dog's needs and your preferences. I'm currently looking to build relationships with local owners who require regular and reliable dog sitting or walking services. I am happy to offer overnight stays for local clients within approximately 15 miles of Felsted. I understand how important it is to find someone trustworthy to care for your pet, and I will always treat your dog with the same care, patience and attention that I give my own. I have a flexible schedule and can provide short-term pet care services, including dog walks, drop-in visits and day sitting, Monday to Saturday between 8am and 10pm. For overnight or extended bookings, I kindly ask for at least 3 days' notice wherever possible. I'm happy to discuss your individual requirements and accommodate regular or recurring bookings. I am happy to provide pet care within your home and in local areas for walking services. For owners who prefer, I can also transport dogs in my car to quieter countryside locations for rural walks and enrichment. At present, I do not offer boarding or pet care from my own home. I am most confident caring for small to medium-sized dogs that are friendly, well-socialised and comfortable around people. I am experienced in administering medications, following feeding routines and adapting to any specific medical, mobility or comfort requirements your pet may have. About: Over 20 years of animal care experience. I have experience with many different dogs from small breeds to large. I have rescued and trained nervous and reactive dogs historically. I currently still engage in regular urban obedience, socialisation, loose lead, scent work and recall training. I work full time as Deputy Head Teacher, I am able to offer Friday to Sunday services. Equally, I can offer week day services during half term and termly breaks. Our property is also located near to Stansted, with available parking to hire in a secure garage or driveway should this be needed. Owners will receive pictures and videos throughout their time with me. Our property has access out the back straight onto Hatfield Forest, and has a secure decent sized garden. Please note that I do have a neutered toy poodle, so unfortunately cannot take on dogs at this time who may be reactive to other dogs. Greetings between my dog and a customers is done with care, usually starting by a fun walk first. Your dog is guaranteed to be welcomed warmly into my home, physical and mental needs met and will have some friendly 4-legged company.

I can’t wait to meet your furry friend! We are available on our “out of office” days for dog boarding, Friday evenings from 5pm and all day Saturday, Sundays and Bank Holidays too. Your dog’s safety is our top priority. We have a medium-sized, fully gated and fenced garden with plenty of grassed and shaded areas where your dog can safely play and explore. Your pet will always be supervised while outdoors, and we make sure the environment is safe and comfortable. I’m also first aid pet trained, so you can have peace of mind knowing that your dog is in capable hands should any minor accidents occur.

About: Im a dog obsessed sitter with over 15 years of experience looking after various breeds of dogs, giving them undivided attention, cuddles, walks, overnight stays, daycare and anything else as / when required. They will be treated as part of the family. I am fortunate enough to be able to do this, the thing I love, full time! I provide a home from home service and will treat your dog as if it were my own. I stick to their routine as much as possible so they feel comfortable and at ease. I have a fenced garden and lovely countryside walks on my doorstep. Rest assured I will stick to what the dog is used to in relation to a short or long walk.

About: Hi, I'm Hannah - a freelance arts manager and pet sitter. I'm a huge animal lover, having owned and cared for over 30 pets, including dogs, cats, chickens, guinea pigs, rabbits, hamsters, fish - and one slightly grumpy terrapin! My freelance work means I am very flexible and can be home for most of the day to keep your pet company. I've cared for animals of all sizes and dispositions from nervous kittens to excitable labradors and pets in my care get their walkies or play every day without fail, rain or shine, and all the care and attention they would be accustomed to with plenty of cuddles, brushing (if they like those things) and of course, approved treats. My family pets were often older rescues with difficult pasts and nervous when they first came to us, so I'm used to catering to those sorts of needs in an animal in terms of appropriate levels of exercise and handling, giving medication, providing lots of reassurance and affection and just letting them feel comfortable, safe and to get to you know you at their own pace. Puppies and kittens are no problem either though, and I'm happy to continue any training you may be doing with them. When visiting pets in their own homes my aim is to make them feel comfortable and secure, including having them sleep in with me if allowed, and will do either leashed walks or dog park visits - whatever they are used to. If I have another local dog walking appointment during my stay and your dog is good around other dogs, they will get to come along too and have bonus walkies! As I'm home the majority of the day, pee breaks can be regular and I'm happy to give medication, food and water etc. as needed, whether doing daily drop-ins or longer term housesitting. I have a very flexible schedule and fit in admin work from home around pet-sitting. Saturday late afternoons - evenings are my only inflexible time due to work commitments, but I am happy to take longer housesits incorporating a Saturday if the pet can be left for 6 hours or there is a temporary companion such as a family member or neighbour who can cover that time. When staying in an owner's home, I follow the pet's normal feeding and walking/playtime routine so that they feel safe and settled. I also maintain any house rules set by the owner (whether this is 'no pets on the furniture', or a requirement for the pet to sleep in my room). I minimise the need to be away from the house during the day (unless the pet is used to this and it's considered better for their routine to continue the pattern), and never leave a pet alone overnight.
