About: I’m a genuine dog lover and proud owner of my own dachshund called Dylan! I have lots of experience caring for dogs and understand that every dog has their own personality, routine and needs. I’m patient, caring and reliable, and I’ll treat your dog as if they were my own. Whether they need a fun walk, some company while you’re out, or a comfortable home from home, I’ll make sure they feel safe and happy. I’m especially passionate about dachshunds, and other small dogs. However, I love meeting all different types of dogs and I can’t wait to meet yours. 🐶❤️ I do not currently work therefore I have a flexible schedule, which means I can fit walks and pet care around my day. I’m available for walks, drop-ins and sitting, and I’m happy to work with your dog’s usual routine wherever possible. I can offer regular walks as well as one off bookings, and I’m able to give dogs plenty of attention, exercise and company throughout the day. I’m also happy to discuss specific routines, feeding times and any individual needs your dog may have. The safety and wellbeing of every dog in my care is my priority. I’ll take the time to understand their personality, routine, likes and dislikes before looking after them, and I’ll follow their usual feeding, walking and medication routines where needed. In my home, dogs will be given plenty of attention, cuddles, play and rest. I’ll always make sure they are supervised and kept in a safe, secure environment. We have a secure garden, aswell as a stair gate by our front door. We’re happy to have dogs on our sofa, and bed as they are truly treated like part of the family. When caring for a pet in their own home, I’ll respect their space and routine and make sure they are comfortable and well cared for. I’ll also keep owners updated so they know their dog is happy and settled while they’re away.

About: I’ve taken care of lots of dogs since I was a child and now regularly look after a number of dogs, including puppies and seniors. I love every moment of pet sitting and love spending time with different dogs. I will ensure great care is given to your pet and understand how important it is for regular updates and pictures throughout the sitting process to put your mind at ease. I also understand how important routine is and will adapt my day as needed. I am happy to provide regular walks, feeding and playtimes with your doggo and give lots of love and cuddles! I am currently working full time Monday to Thursday, however I am available most evenings, Fridays and weekends to spend with your fur baby! My partner works home Monday to Thursday and loves pets as much as I do. He will be more than happy to look after your pet in my absence. About: My friend and I absolutely love spending time with dogs. We have plenty of experience caring for them having previously had a dog (Poodle) for 11 years and really enjoy getting to know each dogs unique personality. We currently look after 2 dogs on a weekly basis and would like to branch into paid dog walking and sitting. I am currently working full time between 8:30 and 4:30 but have good availability after these hours and generally have a free schedule on weekends. I currently live in a flat with a balcony area and have plenty of space for your dog to run about or relax. We also own a car so if caring for your dog is easier in your home travelling is not a issue at all.

About: My family have had dogs my entire life so I am very much a dog lover and fanatic! I love knowing about all the different breeds, different personalities and getting to know dogs characters. I have a small terrier myself who is now 6. I am a very confident person when it comes to handling dogs and walking them. I regularly have friends dogs over to stay for play dates with my dog and I genuinely love spending time with them so being on Rover makes total sense. I work from home 3 days a week so can be rather flexible with sitting and walks and general dog companionship :) In my day job I come across a lot of dogs and I have actually rehomed 14 so far in to loving homes. One of them even now lives in Lisbon! I can honestly find a connection with any dog, I cannot see how some people arent dog people! I work from home 3 days a week and spend 2 out 4 weekends a month at home. I take my own dog out for 2 walks a day everyday without fail. I have a good sized garden which is safe and fenced off. I also have lots of lovely walks local to me across fields and forests which I know my dog loves also. My dog has a bed downstairs but often sleeps upstairs in my bedroom but I would be happy for a dog staying overnight to be anywhere that he/she is comfortable in the home, there are no off limits areas.

We also have a garden with a dog flap, so dogs can head outside freely whenever they like. My 2-year-old kid loves dogs and has grown up alongside ours, so your pet will be welcomed into a genuinely dog-friendly household where they can feel relaxed and at home. I work remotely full-time, so I'm home all day and can give dogs the attention and routine they need. My day includes a morning walk, a lunchtime play session in the park in front of our house, and an evening walk — your dog is welcome to join in on all of it. I can adapt breaks and outings around your dog's specific needs. Your dog will be staying in a warm, pet-friendly family home with a garden they can access freely via a dog flap — inside and outside whenever they please. My 4-year-old neutered Jackawawa is friendly and well-socialised, making it easy for visiting dogs to settle in. I'm home all day, so your dog is never left alone for long.

“Alex was a first class boarder for my little dog Bertie. It was the first time I had left Bertie with anyone other than my daughter, so I was a bit worried how he would be. But to my relief, as soon as Alex said hello to him, he was wagging his tail and licking Alex and wanting to play . I think Alex must speak dog! Bertie also loved the two children who also were great with him. They had a lovely big garden backing on to fields , making it ideal for lovely walks. The whole family were absolutely brilliant and obviously really adore dogs. I would highly recommend Alex and wouldn’t hesitate to take Bertie back again.”

In recent years my friends have got their own dogs and I am the number one go too for dog sitting. 5 friends and my auntie always ask me first before anyone else and hope I’m not already dog or cat sitting I work from home full time so can be very flexible.
