She updated us daily and made sure to meet all of his needs, even though he can be a bit a difficult at times! Unfortunately Jenson needed a trip to the vets during his stay, due to a grass seed in his paw, but Serena and Colin took very good care of him and had no issues taking him to his registered practice. We would 100% recommend!”

“Gitana and her family looked after our 12 year old German Short-Haired Pointer Alfie for a whole weekend. We were able to book this with them only a few days before even though we needed an early drop off on the Saturday and a late pick up on the Sunday. Our dog is not used to staying anywhere without us, but Gitana was so warm and welcoming towards him and not only made him feel at ease, but us too in leaving him with her. We’d definitely re-book with this family, it was lovely to collect Alfie at the end of the weekend and to see that he’s clearly enjoyed himself and was able to play and relax and be himself. 😊”

“Sam (Zhong) and Harper looked after our lively Border Collie Piper for 4 nights at their home near Media City. We were delighted to receive very frequent updates - pictures and videos via a Whatsapp group, that showed our pooch happily eating, drinking, playing, and generally having a wonderful time. Sam and Harper were very proactive in reaching out to us, not only to share all of Piper's adventures, but also to ask questions and check on any concerns (which we had encouraged beforehand). They were very loving and kind to Piper, and she was devastated that she had to come back home when we collected her. In addition to all of the care, Sam and Harper were also very quick at responding to messages, and met us promptly for drop-off and pick-up. I'm sure that Piper would love to go and stay with Harper and Sam again in the future :)”
