About: I’ve always had dogs growing up, from small breeds to large, so I’m very comfortable with all sizes and temperaments. I’ve also looked after pets for friends, neighbours, and family, helping with feeding, walking, playtime, and companionship. As a dog owner myself, I understand how important routine, trust, and attention are. Whether it’s an energetic puppy or a calmer senior dog, I’ll make sure your pet feels safe, happy, and well cared for while you’re away. Im currently working part time on Mondays and Tuesdays so I can fit your dog in on both of these days. I offer dog walking also! Your dog’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I have a fully fenced, secure garden where they can play safely, along with two friendly, well-socialised dogs to keep them company if they enjoy being around others. I will always follow your routines, rules, and preferences to help them feel at home. I provide a calm, loving environment where your pet will be treated like family.
“From the moment we met Megan and Tom we knew Archie would be well looked after. Only once we had dropped him off did we find out due to the hot weather they had a small paddling pool for him to relax in with the severe hot weather. We received daily photos of Archie and Megan and Tom took him on an evening out to the pub. 100% will be booking again and would recommend.”

“Gabriella did an amazing job looking after Callie, with great communications and updates. I felt super relaxed leaving her for the weekend, would definitely book again. Thank you so much once again!”

About: I have had 7 years of experience of owning and caring for dogs. We have a 7 year old English Toy Terrier and have looked after a Staffordshire Bull Terrier and other breeds regularly for a few years now. I will treat your dog/s like our own family when they are with us. That means lots of cuddles on the sofa, and sleeping upstairs if that’s what they are used to. I have a good sized secure garden and will be home all day. If your dog would rather be alone with us then our Ralphie dog will spend time with his second family, my parents. I have two teenagers that also love dogs but are hardly home these days! Visits welcome to see if our home is right for you 🐶 I work Monday-Thursday always from home with the flexibility to work my daily routine around your dog. If you have a set routine, time for walks etc, I will stick to that. House with good sized secure fenced / brick walled garden. Your dog will be treated as our family pet when they are with us. We have dogs and puppies regularly so know how important it is to ensure a safe environment in the house. You can call / video call anytime for peace of mind.
About: I’ve had dogs since I was 10, two Hungarian vizlas and my family has two very sassy sausages! have looked after older dogs, and also younger, I looked after two puppy pointers for two weeks so I understand the challenges that come with puppies. I’m a photographer and therefore love to take my camera out to get some great shots of the dogs in action! I work part time so have plenty of free weekdays, mornings work best. Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays are completely free days, and the occasional weekend are free. I live in a very secure house in elsenham with a fenced garden, being in Elsenham means there’s lots of lovely dog walking areas as well which I love. I work remotely Monday to Wednesday and have Thursday and Friday off so am quite flexible! I sometimes head to Devon so would need at least a couple of days notice if dog care needed. I have a fenced garden so your dog will be safe at all times. I work downstairs so your dog will have company at all times as well :)
About: I’ve been taking care of dogs my whole life, and my approach is simple: I give them all the love, care, and attention they need, regardless of their size, character, or age. My main priority is always to keep your pet happy and comfortable! Currently, I'm a university student, and pet care fits perfectly into my schedule as an occasional, part-time activity. It's truly the highlight of my week—a wonderful way to de-stress and enjoy some time away from studying! I live in a house with a lovely outdoor garden space with lots of parks nearby! It's an ideal spot for any pet to relax and feel right at home. I’m happy to be flexible; whether you’d prefer me to look after your pet at my place or theirs, I will gladly tailor a routine that perfectly matches your dog's needs! As a student, my schedule can vary from week to week but is usually pretty flexible. I edit my availability on rover regularly, feel free to message me + ask any questions! :) I am happy to walk your dog as much as needed to ensure they get plenty of exercise and fresh air. Whether your pet prefers lounging inside or active outdoor time!
About: Apart from looking after my own home back in the UK - cleaning, maintaining and everything inbetween! I have looked after other family members homes whilst they were away. I have also lived in about 10 sharehouses during my university, global internships and my 4 years in Australia so I feel like i know the drill and don’t get overwhelmed by new places etc. Believe in the motto to leave the house as it was found, if not better. I love the idea of living and experiencing new places and having the added bonus of looking after a fluffy one! I have just moved back to the UK after living in Australia for 6 years and am currently living with my parents whilst I sort longer term accomodation. In the meantime I am keen to spend some time away from home and think house sitting provides the perfect opportunity as I also love furry companions 😂 I work remotely for Ferrero (free chocolate!) 9-5, so will always be in looking after your lovely house (and pet!) I have looked after many cats/dogs/rabbits in Australia and grew up with two fluff balls myself so know the drill. Happy to send you photos of your loved one to keep in touch whilst you are away too. I have a large fenced garden and live in the countryside, with plenty of walks to take your pets on, and a nice warm house with my Mum and Dad to provide all the cuddles as needed.

Pet owners share their Rover experiences - Great Dunmow
Our dogs had a wonderful time with Alexandra. They were so settled and happy there I was worried they wouldn't want to come home! They were well looked after, the whole family got involved with the dogs and I had extreme confidence in their ability to love and care for my dogs while we were away. I would highly recommend.
