Our Springer had a wonderful weekend with Chloe. He came home very relaxed and happy. She really looked after him with great walks, good company and he enjoyed being with her and her family. They treated him like one of the family. Chloe is very honest, her house is lovely, clean and tidy and she has a garden. Highly recommend.

Miriam was excellent with Dash. He is a young, strong and excitable pup (currently 7 months). She made Dash feel at home and was able to give him the running and playing that a GSP needs. We’re very grateful to Miriam and Dash will definitely use Miriam’s services again.

We were a little worried about leaving our family pet whilst we went on holiday abroad for a fortnight, never having left him for so long before. Having daily updates and photos from Heather helped us to relax and not worry. When we went to collect Simba he was calm, happy and contented. He loved the company of the other dogs and had obviously been well cared for during his stay.

Jane had Ollie for the weekend for me and he was treated as one of the family, went on some great walks, had a lovely time and would have happily stayed with her forever I'm sure! He will definitely be back to stay again in the future. My first Rover experience and Ollie hasn't stayed away from me much at all in the last few years so I was a little nervous, but as soon as I met her I felt that Ollie was in capable and caring hands with Jane. Communication was great and it was really nice to receive photos of Ollie's adcentures. Thank you so much Jane 💓

It is very difficult to quantify how incredible and sweet Andreia and her beautiful family are. I could talk about how wonderful she was with our “less than easy” Spaniel, but there are so many other aspects of Andreia that makes her quite special. We had numerous complications with our holiday plans including a very last minute postponement as a result of American bombing in the Middle East. Andreia took it all in her stride. In summary, I would dare to suggest that if you are lucky enough to have Andreia take care of your dog, you can count yourself lucky.

About: Hi! I’ve grown up with dogs my entire life and caring for them has always been second nature to me. From energetic border collies to affectionate cocker spaniels and playful labradoodles, I’ve had experience with a wide range of breeds, sizes, and personalities. I regularly look after dogs for family and friends purely because I love it—it never feels like a chore. Whether it’s long walks, playtime, or just keeping them company, I genuinely enjoy making sure every dog feels happy, safe, and well cared for. My partner and I both work from home, which means your dog will have plenty of attention throughout the day. We’re able to be very hands-on, stick to routines, and give lots of care, cuddles, and supervision. I understand how important it is to trust someone with your pet, and I’ll treat your dog as if they were my own. Pet care fits naturally into our daily routine as my partner and I both work from home, so your dog will have constant company and attention throughout the day. We love getting out for walks, whether it’s a quick stroll or a longer adventure, before work, during lunch, and in the evenings, with plenty of lovely local trails to explore. At home, we have a large 150ft garden where we enjoy spending time, giving your dog plenty of space to play, relax, and roam freely in a safe environment. Your dog will be treated as part of our home from the moment they arrive. My partner and I both work from home, so they’ll never be left alone for long and will have plenty of attention, interaction, and supervision throughout the day. We keep things relaxed and tailored to each dog whether they love long walks on the local trails, shorter strolls, or just pottering around the garden. We’re lucky to have a large 150ft garden, which is a big part of our daily routine and gives dogs plenty of safe space to explore, play, or simply relax outside. For overnight boarding, we focus on helping dogs feel settled and comfortable in a new environment. We stick closely to your dog’s usual routine, including feeding, walks, and any specific needs, so everything feels familiar and stress free. We genuinely love having dogs around and regularly care for family and friends’ pets, so creating a calm, safe, and happy environment is something that comes naturally to us.

About: I’ve had dogs since I was 10, two Hungarian vizlas and my family has two very sassy sausages! have looked after older dogs, and also younger, I looked after two puppy pointers for two weeks so I understand the challenges that come with puppies. I’m a photographer and therefore love to take my camera out to get some great shots of the dogs in action! I work part time so have plenty of free weekdays, mornings work best. Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays are completely free days, and the occasional weekend are free. I live in a very secure house in elsenham with a fenced garden, being in Elsenham means there’s lots of lovely dog walking areas as well which I love. I work remotely Monday to Wednesday and have Thursday and Friday off so am quite flexible! I sometimes head to Devon so would need at least a couple of days notice if dog care needed. I have a fenced garden so your dog will be safe at all times. I work downstairs so your dog will have company at all times as well :)

Barbara was so lovely with Jackson and he became her shadow when out on walks. She made a huge fuss of him, with hugs and kisses, and clearly loved him. Jackson was allowed on the settee and upstairs and treated as their own pet. He got on well with Enzo, Barbara’s Cavalier Spaniel and there were no issues whatsoever. I can highly recommend Barbara and her partner Alan who also bonded with Jackson. They are a delightful couple and I trust them fully to look after Jackson and make his stay as homely as possible.

I have never used a cat sitter before so was a little anxious about trusting someone with my indoor fur babies and making sure they didn’t escape the house … I needn’t have worried Bethany was absolutely incredible she took time to visit me before hand to meet them and me and another visit both in her own time to go over everything again just before I left .. as well as looking after them perfectly she made sure that she spent time with them to play and made sure they weren’t bored while I was away. She went over and beyond caring for them but also hoovered and left the house clean and tidy for my return which I would never have expected anyone to do !! She also sent me pictures of them to put my mind at rest that they were all well and happy which was so lovely when I was away. I can’t recommend Bethany enough and will have no hesitation in contacting and booking her again when I next go away … she’s just amazing thank you so much for your loving care and attention 😍♥️

About: I have grown up with dogs and I am a total animal lover. I am active myself so can keep up with energised dogs but also love having a cuddle with dogs who love that too. I have a fenced garden and cosy spaces for dogs to relax in. I am opposite green open space and surrounded by lots of great walks. I work from home most days and so I am flexible with looking after dogs and taking them out. I have been regularly dog sitting a cockapoo twice a week for over a year whilst the owner is at work, and have had them stay with me whilst the owner has been away on holiday. I had joint care of a German shepherd puppy, who was well behaved and enjoyed long walks! I am alert and cautious when in public and have good communication skills. I am very happy to meet you and your dog before anything gets booked in if preferred 🥰 I work from home so can walk your furry friend during my lunch times (an hour) or after work (I finish at 5). My work is flexible so times can vary :) I can visit owners homes to look after their pet, I am able bodied and strong. I can make sure they have food and water and are taken out

About: Hi, I'm Hannah - a freelance arts manager and pet sitter. I'm a huge animal lover, having owned and cared for over 30 pets, including dogs, cats, chickens, guinea pigs, rabbits, hamsters, fish - and one slightly grumpy terrapin! My freelance work means I am very flexible and can be home for most of the day to keep your pet company. I've cared for animals of all sizes and dispositions from nervous kittens to excitable labradors and pets in my care get their walkies or play every day without fail, rain or shine, and all the care and attention they would be accustomed to with plenty of cuddles, brushing (if they like those things) and of course, approved treats. My family pets were often older rescues with difficult pasts and nervous when they first came to us, so I'm used to catering to those sorts of needs in an animal in terms of appropriate levels of exercise and handling, giving medication, providing lots of reassurance and affection and just letting them feel comfortable, safe and to get to you know you at their own pace. Puppies and kittens are no problem either though, and I'm happy to continue any training you may be doing with them. When visiting pets in their own homes my aim is to make them feel comfortable and secure, including having them sleep in with me if allowed, and will do either leashed walks or dog park visits - whatever they are used to. If I have another local dog walking appointment during my stay and your dog is good around other dogs, they will get to come along too and have bonus walkies! As I'm home the majority of the day, pee breaks can be regular and I'm happy to give medication, food and water etc. as needed, whether doing daily drop-ins or longer term housesitting. I have a very flexible schedule and fit in admin work from home around pet-sitting. Saturday late afternoons - evenings are my only inflexible time due to work commitments, but I am happy to take longer housesits incorporating a Saturday if the pet can be left for 6 hours or there is a temporary companion such as a family member or neighbour who can cover that time. When staying in an owner's home, I follow the pet's normal feeding and walking/playtime routine so that they feel safe and settled. I also maintain any house rules set by the owner (whether this is 'no pets on the furniture', or a requirement for the pet to sleep in my room). I minimise the need to be away from the house during the day (unless the pet is used to this and it's considered better for their routine to continue the pattern), and never leave a pet alone overnight.

I’m qualified vet nurse assistant level 2, fully first aid trained and have knowledge of behaviour issues. I went to college at writtle university college, I looked after the cats everyday. About: I have always grown up around cats and been a part of a ‘cat family’. As we know cats all have very different personalities and I’ve been around many of them; friendly cats who crave affection and more independence cats that want love from a distance! Cats have an independent nature so caring for them has always come with ease but not without teething issues! I’m confident with holding and securing cats (at the vets or if there are other animals around) whilst also giving space when needed and love when wanted.

Bruno had a wonderful time with Chloe! Our 3-year-old Boxer (who very much still thinks he's a puppy) was in great hands. She clearly put in a lot of effort — a long, happy walk and plenty of socialising with other dogs made for one very content boy. He came home absolutely exhausted and is now snoring away in his bed, which is the best sign of a great day out. We really appreciate the care and attention Chloe gave him. Highly recommended! 🐾

They actually seemed to be really looking forward to having her and I’m sure they made her feel at home. It was another hot sunny day but they made sure to take her out early in the morning. About: FULLY LICENSED AND INSURED. For me, pet sitting isn’t just about feeding and walking—it’s about making pets feel loved and secure while their family is away. I’ve cared for seniors who need extra patience, playful pups and kittens full of energy, and even pets with little ones of their own. I know every pet has their own personality and needs, and I truly enjoy getting to know them and making them feel at home with me. 🐕🐈🐇🐠 I love them all! Pet care fits right into my routine because I’m home most of the week. That means your pets get companionship, care, and lots of love just like they would from family. Whether in my home or yours, I focus on making pets feel loved and secure. At my home, they’ll get play, exercise, and cozy spots to rest. In your home, I’ll keep their routine consistent so they feel happy and comfortable.

About: I have several years of professional house and pet sitting experience, built up through Trusted Housesitters, where I've earned over 30 five-star reviews. Over that time I've cared for dogs of all shapes, sizes and temperaments — from small, anxious dogs who need gentle handling and regular medication, to big softies who just need reassurance during thunderstorms. I'm comfortable adapting to each dog's routine and personality, and I know how important it is for owners to feel genuinely at ease when they're away. Whether your dog needs calm, patient company or an energetic companion for walks, I'll make sure they're happy, safe and well looked after. Your home will be treated with the same respect and care as my own. I'm currently on a career break from Finance so I can happily make time to spend with any dog in my care. My days are flexible, which means walks, feeding and any care routines can fit around what your dog is used to rather than what suits me; whether that's a long walk or a day lounging on the sofa in their safe space. Over many sits I've encountered all sorts of dogs and learned to read what each one needs. From small rescues who are usually nervous around men and just need time and calmness, to mischievous Spaniels who will seek out their favourite muddy puddle given half the chance. I take each dog's individual needs seriously, whether that's sticking to a familiar routine, administering medication, or simply knowing when to give a dog space and when they just want company. In a pet owner's home I treat everything with care and respect, and I'm always happy to follow whatever routines and house rules the owner has in place.

About: I’ve had dogs since i was little i’ve always loved them. I have had 3 dogs. They require 2 walks a day. I have looked after friends and family members animals whilst they are away, house sitting and walking the dogs, feeding them then ending the night with a film and cuddle on the sofa. I have house trained out most recent dog coming up to the age of 3 now he is fully trained and good as gold.. apart from the occasional chewed up toy ! I currently work part time in retail completing 16 hours a week. I walk my dogs twice a day as they are very energetic and they are always happy to say hello to other dogs on our walks. I care for my dogs by walking them as previously discussed. Feeding them twice a day, giving them a nutritional meal and occasionally a treat. Keeping their minds stimulated and having fun. I am also very happy to play with them even if that means throwing a ball back and fourth for hours on end !

About: I’ve cared for friends and family’s dogs of all age. I make sure each pet feels safe, loved, and keeps to their normal routine. I’m patient, attentive, and treat every dog like my own. Whether it’s extra playtime or gentle care, I adapt to each pet’s needs to keep tails wagging and owners worry-free. We work from home so there is always someone around for a lap to sit on. Our dog gets a quick walk before work in the mornings then generally we work a longer one into the afternoon. We are often at home or we take our dog out with us to the forest or beach. I have a fenced off garden and stair gate on the kitchen door to stop any dogs escaping out the front door. We are a dogs on furniture kind of home and you will often find ours on our lap!

About: I’m a huge animal lover and currently own a very friendly 6-year-old Cavalier King Charles Spaniel as well as two rabbits, so I understand how important it is to find someone trustworthy and caring to look after your pets. I have previous experience dog, cat and rabbit sitting for family and friends and always treat every animal as if they were my own. I’ve always had a deep compassion for animals, and their wellbeing is always my top priority. My dog is extremely gentle and friendly with both dogs and rabbits, and I’m comfortable caring for pets with different personalities and needs. I also understand how reassuring updates are for owners, so I always send plenty of photos and messages while you’re away. I’m currently studying Digital Marketing at university, which has helped me become organised, reliable and communicative. I’d love the opportunity to care for your pets and make them feel safe, loved and happy while you’re away 🐾 I currently work part-time alongside studying Digital Marketing at university, which gives me a flexible schedule and plenty of time to care for pets. If I’m not home, my partner usually is, so pets are rarely left alone for long periods. I’m available for walks, drop-ins and pet sitting throughout the week and weekends, and I always make sure pets get plenty of attention, care and exercise. I have a very friendly 6-year-old Cavalier King Charles Spaniel who gets along well with both dogs and rabbits. For safety and comfort, I only accept dogs that are friendly with other dogs. My own rabbits live outside in their own large secure fenced area, completely separate from visiting pets. If I care for rabbits in my home, they will always stay safely indoors. My dog is very gentle with rabbits, but if a rabbit is nervous or prefers space, I’m able to keep them fully separated to make sure they feel safe and comfortable at all times. Dogs in my care will receive at least two walks a day, lots of attention, playtime and regular photo updates for owners while they’re away 🐾

About: My first experience of caring for a dog was as a child and throughout my adolescence when I became the person in the house in charge of walks and feeding. Naturally that dog became my dog and would spend most of its time indoors by my side too. Today I occasionally look after a couple of my friends dogs and they love me. I love walking and the outdoor and dogs who come to me are guaranteed to get a good walk. I believe in the importance of routine and safety and will prioritise that when looking after a dog. Being away from your family for a dog can be distressing and so I believe it’s important to be gentle and reassuring in your demeanour. I love cuddles with dogs but will never force that on and let them instigate if that’s something they need during my care. I currently work part-time from home. I am in charge of my own hours as a tutor. I usually wake up early and go for a walk in the beautiful countryside on my doorstep. Dogs in my care have access to downstairs living room/ dining room. I also have a front fenced garden free for them to roam around between walks.

We are used to walking in all weathers. Presently we do not care for pets in our own home (unless they are small caged pets) as our own dog Cooper is very senior and needs the peace of just our company

About: Any pet in my care is always treated with the love and attention as if it were my own. I have a love of animals and have always had them in the home from a very young age. I've had experience walking both larger and smaller dogs and have had to train them through the difficult "puppy phase", giving me a good sense of how best to deal with tricky situations Im not able to have a pet of my own at the moment, so when I am able to, I love to spend time looking after other people's furbabies to give them the extra bit of love they all deserve. As I will be in your pets own environment, I would be keeping them safe whilst they enjoy their own comforts. About: Pet Care Experience: My partner and I have extensive experience in veterinary care. I have worked as an emergency vet nursing assistant and student veterinary nurse, while my partner is a qualified veterinarian. We have encountered and worked with a wide variety of animals, and are adept at providing first aid if ever needed. While we love our current jobs, we are particularly passionate about working with animals and would like to extend this passion to our home life. In addition to our professional experience, we currently foster small breed dogs, including pugs, Cavalier King Charles Spaniels, Dachshunds, and others. We also have our own dog, a female pug named Olive, who was originally a foster dog but has become a permanent member of our family due to our deep affection for her. Therefore, any dogs that stay with us must be dog-friendly as Olive will be helping us insure you have a tired pooch. Schedule: I work part time as an evening vet nursing assistant at an emergency veterinary clinic on a one-week-on, one-week-off basis. During my week off, I provide doggy day care and boarding, which is already scheduled in my diary. My partner, who is a qualified veterinarian, works during the day at a veterinary clinic from Monday to Friday. We are open to caring for pets with medical needs, such as diabetes. Your furry friend will be treated with the same care and attention as our own pets. They will have free range of the house, including the bed, sofa, and garden. Our 4-bedroom home is just a 4-minute drive from the Cotswolds, providing plenty of opportunities for scenic walks. For less mobile dogs, there is a playing field a 9-minute walk (2-minute drive) from our house. We generally keep dogs on a leash for safety, however, we can accommodate off leash time in some enclosed dog-friendly fields nearby upon request.

I am DBS checked, insured and trained in first aid, and I know how important it is for owners to feel confident their pets are in safe hands. I will always keep you updated with messages and photos throughout your booking. I work part-time alongside running my childcare and dog care business, Tots & Tails Care, which allows me to offer flexible pet care around my weekly schedule. I am available mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends depending on the day, including regular walks, check-ins and longer care sessions. I always aim to keep pets’ routines as consistent as possible and will make sure your dog receives plenty of attention, exercise, companionship and care while you are away. I’m happy to discuss one-off or regular bookings to suit your needs. Your pet’s safety, wellbeing and routine will always be my priority. I take time to understand each dog’s individual needs, personality, walking routine and any medical or behavioural requirements before care begins. I provide calm, attentive and reliable care, whether in your home or out on walks, and I always use secure leads, harnesses and safe walking practices. I am DBS checked, insured and first aid trained, and I will keep you updated throughout bookings with messages and photos for extra peace of mind.

About: Dogs are my favourite people. 🐶 I've always been a huge dog lover and genuinely can't imagine life without them. I have a wonderful 10-year-old Cockapoo of my own, and I've grown up with family dogs, so I've spent years caring for dogs of all ages, sizes, and personalities. There's nothing I enjoy more than getting outdoors for long walks, playing fetch, giving belly rubs, and spending quality time with happy pups. Whether your dog loves an adventure, a relaxed stroll, or simply lots of cuddles and company, I'll make sure they feel safe, loved, and well cared for while you're away. As a Reiki practitioner, I naturally bring a calm, gentle energy and often find that animals relax quickly in my company. I'm always patient and attentive, making sure every dog feels comfortable, secure, and cared for at their own pace. I know every dog is different, so I'll always take the time to understand their routine, personality, and needs. I'll treat your furry friend as if they were my own, giving them plenty of attention, exercise, affection, and, of course, lots of love. I know how important it is to trust someone with your dog, and I'll do everything I can to give you complete peace of mind while you're away. I can't wait to meet your four-legged best friend! Dog care fits naturally into my daily routine. As I work for myself, I have the flexibility to organise my schedule around your dog's Secure fenced garden, dog-loving home with two respectful teenagers. Dogs are treated like family and are welcome on the sofa or bed, following your usual house rules.

I enjoy keeping dogs happy, comfortable, and engaged during their stay. My home has a small secure fenced garden where dogs can safely play, relax in the sunshine, and have access to the outdoors whenever they need. I don’t live alone, so Ivanna is also able to open the garden door at any time, giving the dogs easy access to the outside area. I would love to welcome dogs into my home and make sure they feel safe, loved, and cared for while they are with me.

About: Apart from looking after my own home back in the UK - cleaning, maintaining and everything inbetween! I have looked after other family members homes whilst they were away. I have also lived in about 10 sharehouses during my university, global internships and my 4 years in Australia so I feel like i know the drill and don’t get overwhelmed by new places etc. Believe in the motto to leave the house as it was found, if not better. I love the idea of living and experiencing new places and having the added bonus of looking after a fluffy one! I have just moved back to the UK after living in Australia for 6 years and am currently living with my parents whilst I sort longer term accomodation. In the meantime I am keen to spend some time away from home and think house sitting provides the perfect opportunity as I also love furry companions 😂 I work remotely for Ferrero (free chocolate!) 9-5, so will always be in looking after your lovely house (and pet!) I have looked after many cats/dogs/rabbits in Australia and grew up with two fluff balls myself so know the drill. Happy to send you photos of your loved one to keep in touch whilst you are away too. I have a large fenced garden and live in the countryside, with plenty of walks to take your pets on, and a nice warm house with my Mum and Dad to provide all the cuddles as needed.
