“Chloe was absolutely amazing from start to finish! Communication was fantastic and so helpful! Roxy our German shepherd isn't the easiest but Chloe made me feel confident and comfortable leaving her and did a fantastic job with her and us keeping us up to date with how she was doing! I highly recommend and would definitely use again! 😊”

“I couldn’t have asked for more amazing pet sitters than Miriam and Theo! From the very beginning, they made me feel completely at ease knowing my babies were in such safe, caring, and loving hands. The updates, attention, and genuine care they showed meant the world to me, and it was so clear my boys were happy and comfortable the entire time. A very special thank you as well to their boy Milo for being such an incredible friend and companion during their stay, i could tell they absolutely adored him! It’s rare to find people who treat your pets like family, and I am beyond grateful for everything they did. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would without a single doubt. I would recommend Miriam and Theo to absolutely anyone looking for someone trustworthy, kind, and truly wonderful with animals.”

“Charlotte and her family made our boy so welcome, looked after him so well and he came home a very happy boy after a lovely stay with them. Great communication and it was really helpful to have a meet and greet before the stay. Highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

About: Dogs are my favourite people. 🐶 I've always been a huge dog lover and genuinely can't imagine life without them. I have a wonderful 10-year-old Cockapoo of my own, and I've grown up with family dogs, so I've spent years caring for dogs of all ages, sizes, and personalities. There's nothing I enjoy more than getting outdoors for long walks, playing fetch, giving belly rubs, and spending quality time with happy pups. Whether your dog loves an adventure, a relaxed stroll, or simply lots of cuddles and company, I'll make sure they feel safe, loved, and well cared for while you're away. As a Reiki practitioner, I naturally bring a calm, gentle energy and often find that animals relax quickly in my company. I'm always patient and attentive, making sure every dog feels comfortable, secure, and cared for at their own pace. I know every dog is different, so I'll always take the time to understand their routine, personality, and needs. I'll treat your furry friend as if they were my own, giving them plenty of attention, exercise, affection, and, of course, lots of love. I know how important it is to trust someone with your dog, and I'll do everything I can to give you complete peace of mind while you're away. I can't wait to meet your four-legged best friend! Dog care fits naturally into my daily routine. As I work for myself, I have the flexibility to organise my schedule around your dog's Secure fenced garden, dog-loving home with two respectful teenagers. Dogs are treated like family and are welcome on the sofa or bed, following your usual house rules.
“It is very difficult to quantify how incredible and sweet Andreia and her beautiful family are. I could talk about how wonderful she was with our “less than easy” Spaniel, but there are so many other aspects of Andreia that makes her quite special. We had numerous complications with our holiday plans including a very last minute postponement as a result of American bombing in the Middle East. Andreia took it all in her stride. In summary, I would dare to suggest that if you are lucky enough to have Andreia take care of your dog, you can count yourself lucky.”

“Jane had Ollie for the weekend for me and he was treated as one of the family, went on some great walks, had a lovely time and would have happily stayed with her forever I'm sure! He will definitely be back to stay again in the future. My first Rover experience and Ollie hasn't stayed away from me much at all in the last few years so I was a little nervous, but as soon as I met her I felt that Ollie was in capable and caring hands with Jane. Communication was great and it was really nice to receive photos of Ollie's adcentures. Thank you so much Jane 💓”

“Barbara was so lovely with Jackson and he became her shadow when out on walks. She made a huge fuss of him, with hugs and kisses, and clearly loved him. Jackson was allowed on the settee and upstairs and treated as their own pet. He got on well with Enzo, Barbara’s Cavalier Spaniel and there were no issues whatsoever. I can highly recommend Barbara and her partner Alan who also bonded with Jackson. They are a delightful couple and I trust them fully to look after Jackson and make his stay as homely as possible.”

About: I’ve always had cats growing up and currently have 2 of my own. I’m very experienced with cats and understand the kind of love, care and patience they need. I’m very gentle and trusting with animals and give them tailored care depending on what they need!🐱

“Lisa was great. She did everything we asked while we were away and the cats all seemed very happy to be looked after by her, even the timid one. I really appreciated the number of photos and the report on how things were each day, it was very reassuring.”

About: I have been a Cat lover since as long as I can recall having been born into a family of Cat lovers. I am currently a Cat mum of 2 Tuxedo’s Basil & Sybil who are now 12 years old and love constant attention. I have struggled over the years to find suitable sitters that meet their needs therefore tend to reach out to family to support. All cats are different and likes regular routine, therefore my aim as a Cat sitter is to understand your Cats daily routine and stick as closely to that as possible to ensure your Cat is well looked after fully satisfied with a familiar routine. I have supported family and friends with their Cat sitting needs over the years.

About: I’ve owned dogs throughout my life, including a Staffordshire Bull Terrier, and I currently have a 9-year-old Dachshund (“sausage dog”). I also regularly look after friends’ and family members’ dogs and cats. I understand how important it is to have someone trustworthy and caring to look after your pets, especially when you’re at work. I’d love to help other pet owners in the same way that friends and family have helped me in the past.

About: I have always grown up around cats and been a part of a ‘cat family’. As we know cats all have very different personalities and I’ve been around many of them; friendly cats who crave affection and more independence cats that want love from a distance! Cats have an independent nature so caring for them has always come with ease but not without teething issues! I’m confident with holding and securing cats (at the vets or if there are other animals around) whilst also giving space when needed and love when wanted.

“Many Thanks to Suzy and Paul for taking care of my Fur Babies when I went on holiday for the first time in 10 years … so leaving them to the care of someone else was a first ! But I felt very reassured by the pictures and updates that I was sent , that they were being taken great care of whilst I was away . ???”

“Amazing cat sitter would use again! Bethany kept us in the loop with any slight changes or any issues and prioritised socialising with both cats which is really important to us. Also really appreciated the amount of photos we got of the cats whilst we were away especially the ones of them happy and playing. Came back to some very happy cats and a clean house absolutely perfect!”

“Really happy we chose Chelsea to take care of our 4 cats for almost a week We had twice daily updates and videos and she left everything very clean Our cats really liked her Highly recommend. Thanks Chelsea x”

About: I have grown up around cats my whole life, visited friends and family who own cats and even house sat for cats before too! I’m qualified vet nurse assistant level 2, fully first aid trained and have knowledge of behaviour issues. I went to college at writtle university college, I looked after the cats everyday. Unfortunately I cannot to board as I own two dogs who have a high prey drive, but I’m more then happy to house sit for your little furries. Or drop in for cuddles!

About: I love cats of all kinds. I may not have professional cat sitting experience but I have always had cats in the home growning up and even as an adult until recent years. Whether your cat is looking for fuss and somwone to play with or if they just need to know someone's home to relax, I've got you covered!

About: Hi, I'm Hannah - a freelance arts manager and pet sitter. I'm a huge animal lover, having owned and cared for over 30 pets, including dogs, cats, chickens, guinea pigs, rabbits, hamsters, fish - and one slightly grumpy terrapin! My freelance work means I am very flexible and can be home for most of the day to keep your pet company. I've cared for animals of all sizes and dispositions from nervous kittens to excitable labradors and pets in my care get their walkies or play every day without fail, rain or shine, and all the care and attention they would be accustomed to with plenty of cuddles, brushing (if they like those things) and of course, approved treats. My family pets were often older rescues with difficult pasts and nervous when they first came to us, so I'm used to catering to those sorts of needs in an animal in terms of appropriate levels of exercise and handling, giving medication, providing lots of reassurance and affection and just letting them feel comfortable, safe and to get to you know you at their own pace. Puppies and kittens are no problem either though, and I'm happy to continue any training you may be doing with them. When visiting pets in their own homes my aim is to make them feel comfortable and secure, including having them sleep in with me if allowed, and will do either leashed walks or dog park visits - whatever they are used to. If I have another local dog walking appointment during my stay and your dog is good around other dogs, they will get to come along too and have bonus walkies! As I'm home the majority of the day, pee breaks can be regular and I'm happy to give medication, food and water etc. as needed, whether doing daily drop-ins or longer term housesitting. I have a very flexible schedule and fit in admin work from home around pet-sitting. Saturday late afternoons - evenings are my only inflexible time due to work commitments, but I am happy to take longer housesits incorporating a Saturday if the pet can be left for 6 hours or there is a temporary companion such as a family member or neighbour who can cover that time. When staying in an owner's home, I follow the pet's normal feeding and walking/playtime routine so that they feel safe and settled. I also maintain any house rules set by the owner (whether this is 'no pets on the furniture', or a requirement for the pet to sleep in my room). I minimise the need to be away from the house during the day (unless the pet is used to this and it's considered better for their routine to continue the pattern), and never leave a pet alone overnight.
“Looked after fudge well and followed instructions and gave me daily updates. Reliable and trustworthy, really helped me out when I was desperately in need of someone to look after her.”

About: I’m a proud cat mum to Loki and Nimbus, so I’m very familiar with all the quirks that come with cats! I’m confident with feeding, litter trays, playtime and giving plenty of attention, while also respecting when a cat prefers their own space. I know how reassuring it is to have someone trustworthy caring for them at home, and I’ll happily provide regular updates and photos while you’re away.

“Bruno had a wonderful time with Chloe! Our 3-year-old Boxer (who very much still thinks he's a puppy) was in great hands. She clearly put in a lot of effort — a long, happy walk and plenty of socialising with other dogs made for one very content boy. He came home absolutely exhausted and is now snoring away in his bed, which is the best sign of a great day out. We really appreciate the care and attention Chloe gave him. Highly recommended! 🐾”

About: Im a dog obsessed sitter with over 15 years of experience looking after various breeds of dogs, giving them undivided attention, cuddles, walks, overnight stays, daycare and anything else as / when required. They will be treated as part of the family. I am fortunate enough to be able to do this, the thing I love, full time! I provide a home from home service and will treat your dog as if it were my own. I stick to their routine as much as possible so they feel comfortable and at ease. I have a fenced garden and lovely countryside walks on my doorstep. Rest assured I will stick to what the dog is used to in relation to a short or long walk.
About: I’ve cared for friends and family’s dogs of all age. I make sure each pet feels safe, loved, and keeps to their normal routine. I’m patient, attentive, and treat every dog like my own. Whether it’s extra playtime or gentle care, I adapt to each pet’s needs to keep tails wagging and owners worry-free. We work from home so there is always someone around for a lap to sit on. Our dog gets a quick walk before work in the mornings then generally we work a longer one into the afternoon. We are often at home or we take our dog out with us to the forest or beach. I have a fenced off garden and stair gate on the kitchen door to stop any dogs escaping out the front door. We are a dogs on furniture kind of home and you will often find ours on our lap!
About: FULLY LICENSED AND INSURED. For me, pet sitting isn’t just about feeding and walking—it’s about making pets feel loved and secure while their family is away. I’ve cared for seniors who need extra patience, playful pups and kittens full of energy, and even pets with little ones of their own. I know every pet has their own personality and needs, and I truly enjoy getting to know them and making them feel at home with me. 🐕🐈🐇🐠 I love them all! Pet care fits right into my routine because I’m home most of the week. That means your pets get companionship, care, and lots of love just like they would from family. Whether in my home or yours, I focus on making pets feel loved and secure. At my home, they’ll get play, exercise, and cozy spots to rest. In your home, I’ll keep their routine consistent so they feel happy and comfortable.

About: I have several years of professional house and pet sitting experience, built up through Trusted Housesitters, where I've earned over 30 five-star reviews. Over that time I've cared for dogs of all shapes, sizes and temperaments — from small, anxious dogs who need gentle handling and regular medication, to big softies who just need reassurance during thunderstorms. I'm comfortable adapting to each dog's routine and personality, and I know how important it is for owners to feel genuinely at ease when they're away. Whether your dog needs calm, patient company or an energetic companion for walks, I'll make sure they're happy, safe and well looked after. Your home will be treated with the same respect and care as my own. I'm currently on a career break from Finance so I can happily make time to spend with any dog in my care. My days are flexible, which means walks, feeding and any care routines can fit around what your dog is used to rather than what suits me; whether that's a long walk or a day lounging on the sofa in their safe space. Over many sits I've encountered all sorts of dogs and learned to read what each one needs. From small rescues who are usually nervous around men and just need time and calmness, to mischievous Spaniels who will seek out their favourite muddy puddle given half the chance. I take each dog's individual needs seriously, whether that's sticking to a familiar routine, administering medication, or simply knowing when to give a dog space and when they just want company. In a pet owner's home I treat everything with care and respect, and I'm always happy to follow whatever routines and house rules the owner has in place.
“Òrla has enjoyed her time with Heather and Olly! We were always updated and communicated about our pooch, so we had nothing to worry about 😁 We will be happy and grateful to have Òrla under Heather’s care again.”

About: My first experience of caring for a dog was as a child and throughout my adolescence when I became the person in the house in charge of walks and feeding. Naturally that dog became my dog and would spend most of its time indoors by my side too. Today I occasionally look after a couple of my friends dogs and they love me. I love walking and the outdoor and dogs who come to me are guaranteed to get a good walk. I believe in the importance of routine and safety and will prioritise that when looking after a dog. Being away from your family for a dog can be distressing and so I believe it’s important to be gentle and reassuring in your demeanour. I love cuddles with dogs but will never force that on and let them instigate if that’s something they need during my care. I currently work part-time from home. I am in charge of my own hours as a tutor. I usually wake up early and go for a walk in the beautiful countryside on my doorstep. Dogs in my care have access to downstairs living room/ dining room. I also have a front fenced garden free for them to roam around between walks.
“Kelly & Ed were great with Rosie and gave us plenty of updates and photos whilst we were away for just one night. They actually seemed to be really looking forward to having her and I’m sure they made her feel at home. It was another hot sunny day but they made sure to take her out early in the morning. Would thoroughly recommend, but then again, don’t want them do busy that they can’t look after Rosie again !! 😝”

I can’t wait to help you look after your pups and give them the family love we have in our home. I work from home all the time, so I will always be around to look after your pups and give them the full attention they need I have a fenced garden and 2 lovely, well trained dogs to keep yours company. Your dogs will be showered with whole lot of love and care!

About: 20 years of experience raising and caring for animals at home (cocker spaniel, dachshund, border-collie, maine-coone) Deeply empathetic, considerate and gentle, I'm happy to accommodate any special care requests you require. I look forward to hearing from you! Currently working part-time from home (design/printmaker), so I have plenty of moments during my day for connection and care. I have 1 daughter, so will be on school runs 8–8.15AM & 3.30–4PM, which your dogs are welcome to join me for (sometimes I run the route, if your dogs are athletic –aprx 3km). We have 2 resident mini sausage dogs, but prefer to keep them in their own part of the house if other dogs are much larger. I have a large, fenced garden for your friend to explore and run about in! The property is situated close to several lovely walking trails in fields and forests.
“Amelia was amazing! Elton can be very anxious at times but she was really able to put him at ease with her calming nature. I was sent photo updates throughout the day, they did lots of playing and then had some chilled downtime too. Elton absolutely loves Amelia and I now have one very happy pup! Looking to book again :)”

About: I’m a huge animal lover and currently own a very friendly 6-year-old Cavalier King Charles Spaniel as well as two rabbits, so I understand how important it is to find someone trustworthy and caring to look after your pets. I have previous experience dog, cat and rabbit sitting for family and friends and always treat every animal as if they were my own. I’ve always had a deep compassion for animals, and their wellbeing is always my top priority. My dog is extremely gentle and friendly with both dogs and rabbits, and I’m comfortable caring for pets with different personalities and needs. I also understand how reassuring updates are for owners, so I always send plenty of photos and messages while you’re away. I’m currently studying Digital Marketing at university, which has helped me become organised, reliable and communicative. I’d love the opportunity to care for your pets and make them feel safe, loved and happy while you’re away 🐾 I currently work part-time alongside studying Digital Marketing at university, which gives me a flexible schedule and plenty of time to care for pets. If I’m not home, my partner usually is, so pets are rarely left alone for long periods. I’m available for walks, drop-ins and pet sitting throughout the week and weekends, and I always make sure pets get plenty of attention, care and exercise. I have a very friendly 6-year-old Cavalier King Charles Spaniel who gets along well with both dogs and rabbits. For safety and comfort, I only accept dogs that are friendly with other dogs. My own rabbits live outside in their own large secure fenced area, completely separate from visiting pets. If I care for rabbits in my home, they will always stay safely indoors. My dog is very gentle with rabbits, but if a rabbit is nervous or prefers space, I’m able to keep them fully separated to make sure they feel safe and comfortable at all times. Dogs in my care will receive at least two walks a day, lots of attention, playtime and regular photo updates for owners while they’re away 🐾
About: I’ve had dogs since i was little i’ve always loved them. I have had 3 dogs. They require 2 walks a day. I have house trained out most recent dog coming up to the age of 3 now he is fully trained and good as gold.. apart from the occasional chewed up toy ! I currently work part time in retail completing 16 hours a week. I walk my dogs twice a day as they are very energetic and they are always happy to say hello to other dogs on our walks. About: I’ve had dogs since I was 10, two Hungarian vizlas and my family has two very sassy sausages! have looked after older dogs, and also younger, I looked after two puppy pointers for two weeks so I understand the challenges that come with puppies. About: Apart from looking after my own home back in the UK - cleaning, maintaining and everything inbetween! I have looked after other family members homes whilst they were away. I have also lived in about 10 sharehouses during my university, global internships and my 4 years in Australia so I feel like i know the drill and don’t get overwhelmed by new places etc. Believe in the motto to leave the house as it was found, if not better. I love the idea of living and experiencing new places and having the added bonus of looking after a fluffy one! I have just moved back to the UK after living in Australia for 6 years and am currently living with my parents whilst I sort longer term accomodation. In the meantime I am keen to spend some time away from home and think house sitting provides the perfect opportunity as I also love furry companions 😂 I work remotely for Ferrero (free chocolate!) 9-5, so will always be in looking after your lovely house (and pet!) I have looked after many cats/dogs/rabbits in Australia and grew up with two fluff balls myself so know the drill. Happy to send you photos of your loved one to keep in touch whilst you are away too. I have a large fenced garden and live in the countryside, with plenty of walks to take your pets on, and a nice warm house with my Mum and Dad to provide all the cuddles as needed.

“Poppy was fantastic with both me and my dogs, so easy going and friendly which I loved and you can see she loves dogs and dog walking , the whole process was brilliant from meeting her and keeping in contact while I was away on holiday and knowing my dogs were in great hands, I was kept updated daily and sent pictures which was so lovely x I will 100% be asking Poppy again to look after my dogs, thank you Poppy xx”

I work from home all week and have a flexible diary so can work my diary around requests. I am happy to take them out to places with me if this is something your pet is familiar with. I live in a house with a private fenced garden in an estate on a quiet road. I have a mixture of parks, grass, fields and pavement environments for walks. I also have a car so can take out with owners permission. I send photos to owners for updates and let them know there babies are in safe hands.

About: My Golden oldie loves a bit of canine company. She is happy to show company her favourite walks & sniffs as well as sharing her owners care & cuddles. We have experience with all sorts of wagging tails from poms to labs . We also have doggy cam to keep an eye on guests I’m now retired so can be around any time to look after your dog. I do like to go to gym/pool 3 mornings a week but am always back for lunchtime. I’m around all weekend apart from tennis Sunday morning. We walk every morning and evening with various routes across tracks & fields close by. My old Goldie is very easy going and will be excellent company for your pet. Our garden is fenced & secured with padlocked gates top & bottom so we can easily get out for “business “ safely. No dogs are allowed upstairs but otherwise have the downstairs space and plenty if room to be together or further apart if thats what they choose.

About: I am a Qualified level 2 vet nurse assistant, with lots of experience with rescue animals. My border collie is anxious with new dogs I cannot offer boarding, but I am more than happy to offer to walk your furry friends or drop in for cuddles. I have a lot of experience with different temperaments and also working in a vets means I have dealt with tough situations and bigger breeds. I have had rescue dogs since I was 6, sharing responsibility till I was older. I have now got two rescue dogs one from Romania (husky cross) who has three legs so needs extra support with medication and walks, and a border collie who is full of energy but requires longer walks and can be aggressive to others, I have experience with aggressive furries too! I’m located near Hatfield forest (5 min drive) and the flitch way is backing on to my property so if you’re furry friend is worried in a car, I can also use the flitch way for enrichment filled walks. I studied animal management at Writtle university college, meaning I have lots of experience with all kinds of species, including exotic birds, cats, small animals, reptiles and even wallabies. I have strong knowledge of behaviour issues and special food requirements, I am also confident to administrate medication, injection or oral. I have also trained both dogs I have now, so I’m more than happy to train or help alongside training schedules. I also have a range of dog fields near me, which are fully secure and include tons of enrichment and fun for your furry friends. Im currently working full time in a vet clinic as a patient care assistant. I have Friday, Saturday and Sunday off to look after your furries. I live right by Hatfield forest, meaning your pups will have enrichment filled walks! I’m experienced with all breeds and confident to assist with behavioural issues
About: I do all services, but NONE at my home. I can come to you! I had a rescue German shepherd dog since I was young. We took her to training and agility classes. I have dog sat and dog walked for people a few times. I have worked in childcare for 3+ years and I still am. I have availability on Mondays. I am available some evenings after work at 5pm and I am available at weekends. I love all dogs and other small animals. I would prefer to dogsit at the owners home (s) if possible. I would make sure that food that is not dog food is out of reach and they wouldn't climb on anything, furniture etc. that they are not supposed to.
About: Any pet in my care is always treated with the love and attention as if it were my own. I have a love of animals and have always had them in the home from a very young age. I've had experience walking both larger and smaller dogs and have had to train them through the difficult "puppy phase", giving me a good sense of how best to deal with tricky situations Im not able to have a pet of my own at the moment, so when I am able to, I love to spend time looking after other people's furbabies to give them the extra bit of love they all deserve. As I will be in your pets own environment, I would be keeping them safe whilst they enjoy their own comforts. When we go out for walks, dogs will always be kept on the lead and under supervision unless you have any specific instructions to better suit your pups needs
About: I’ve had dogs since I was 10, two Hungarian vizlas and my family has two very sassy sausages! have looked after older dogs, and also younger, I looked after two puppy pointers for two weeks so I understand the challenges that come with puppies. I’m a photographer and therefore love to take my camera out to get some great shots of the dogs in action! I work part time so have plenty of free weekdays, mornings work best. Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays are completely free days, and the occasional weekend are free. I live in a very secure house in elsenham with a fenced garden, being in Elsenham means there’s lots of lovely dog walking areas as well which I love. I work remotely Monday to Wednesday and have Thursday and Friday off so am quite flexible! I sometimes head to Devon so would need at least a couple of days notice if dog care needed. I have a fenced garden so your dog will be safe at all times. I work downstairs so your dog will have company at all times as well :)

About: Pet Care Experience: My partner and I have extensive experience in veterinary care. I have worked as an emergency vet nursing assistant and student veterinary nurse, while my partner is a qualified veterinarian. We have encountered and worked with a wide variety of animals, and are adept at providing first aid if ever needed. While we love our current jobs, we are particularly passionate about working with animals and would like to extend this passion to our home life. In addition to our professional experience, we currently foster small breed dogs, including pugs, Cavalier King Charles Spaniels, Dachshunds, and others. We also have our own dog, a female pug named Olive, who was originally a foster dog but has become a permanent member of our family due to our deep affection for her. Therefore, any dogs that stay with us must be dog-friendly as Olive will be helping us insure you have a tired pooch. Schedule: I work part time as an evening vet nursing assistant at an emergency veterinary clinic on a one-week-on, one-week-off basis. During my week off, I provide doggy day care and boarding, which is already scheduled in my diary. My partner, who is a qualified veterinarian, works during the day at a veterinary clinic from Monday to Friday. We are open to caring for pets with medical needs, such as diabetes. Your furry friend will be treated with the same care and attention as our own pets. They will have free range of the house, including the bed, sofa, and garden. Our 4-bedroom home is just a 4-minute drive from the Cotswolds, providing plenty of opportunities for scenic walks. For less mobile dogs, there is a playing field a 9-minute walk (2-minute drive) from our house. We generally keep dogs on a leash for safety, however, we can accommodate off leash time in some enclosed dog-friendly fields nearby upon request.

“Our dachshund buddy was looked after so well. Bonny did a great job making him settled in her home. The communication was excellent. We got lots of updates, pictures and videos. It really assured us he was being looked after really well. Thank you Bonny!”

“Iren provided a safe and fun environment for our Rosie with lots of photos and updates of her adventures over the weekend. I would highly recommend Iren and we will certainly be using her again. Thank you Iren.”

It's truly the highlight of my week—a wonderful way to de-stress and enjoy some time away from studying! I live in a house with a lovely outdoor garden space with lots of parks nearby! It's an ideal spot for any pet to relax and feel right at home.
