“Amelia has been an absolute God Send. I was so worried about leaving Biggie with Chess having suddenly passed away and she has gone above and beyond to make him happy and comfortable and check with me to make sure what she’s doing is correct. Perfectly happy to leave her alone in my house and give her a key. Great communication. Couldn’t have asked for anyone better!!! ☺️”

I have a fenced garden who I have my 2 dogs in they are in and out of the house! I will keep them safe throughout & I’ll make sure I’ll play with them!
“Tia was wonderful with our cocker spaniels Alfie and Archie. She came to our house a couple of times before hand and we went on several walks together so she could get to know them both. Our eldest dog gets anxious with any change, but he was absolutely fine, both dogs loved Tia. We received fantastic photo's and updates on how things were going which was very reassuring as we had never left our dogs before. Tia is reliable and professional and we wouldn't hesitate in recommending her, a true animal lover. Will definitely be booking again.”

“Lois was great with our dog, Woody. She arrived promptly and quickly put our minds at ease as she clearly has a huge passion for dogs. We were a bit late returning but it was no bother for Lois. Woody loved his time with Lois and we will most certainly be using her again . Highly recommended.”

“Karolina took great care of Milo and Bailey. They absolutely adored her. I really recommend Karolina. Very professional, kind and a safe pair of hands (even for two very energetic puppies).”

About: I have experience as a pet sitter in both Brazil and Portugal, and I am now happily based in England. Caring for animals has always been something very close to my heart. I understand that every pet has their own personality, routine and needs, and I always take the time to make them feel safe, comfortable and loved. I am caring, patient and responsible, and I treat every pet in my care as if they were my own. I would be delighted to give your pets the same love I’m currently available 24 hours a day, giving me plenty of flexibility to care for your pets. I’m happy to accommodate different routines and schedules, whether your pet needs walks, visits, overnight care or lots of company. I’m very flexible and will always do my best to make sure your pet receives the care, attention and love they need. 🐾❤️ I believe pets deserve to feel safe, comfortable and loved while they are in my care. I take the time to understand each pet’s personality, routine and individual needs. I’m happy to follow your instructions carefully, including feeding routines, walks, medication and anything else your pet may need. Your pet’s safety and wellbeing will always be my priority.
About: I have grown up with dogs around me, from Spaniels, Cockapoo's and Staffies and always love having a dog around for company. I have looked after many families and friends' dogs over the last few years, and would love to make it a more regular thing. You can trust that I will take the very best care of your dog day and night, and happy to share heaps of pictures and videos throughout the day, so you can relax knowing they are having a great time. I am a working professional currently working in the office maximum. 3 days per week, one of which is usually a Monday. I am also generally home on the weekends, so can be fully flexible to dog walk or sit. I live in a large two bedroom first floor apartment, in a gated complex with gardens and whilst I may not have private outdoor space, I am an active person with a goal to achieve 10,000 steps each day. Whether that is setting me up for the day with a coffee walk, a lunchtime walk to take a break from my desk or an evening walk to unwind... I like to get outdoors and in the fresh air as much as your dog does! Living in Sawbridgeworth, I am spoilt for choice with walks around Pishiobury Park, nearby fields or a stroll along the river, so your dog will not be far from a good run and play on the grass. I live in a secure apartment, with several of my neighbours having dogs so it is a dog friendly building. When I work from home your dog won't ever be left for an extended period and if I have plans, I will be sure to check in advance that you are comfortable for a couple of hours. I prefer to take only one dog at a time, unless they are from the same family, and happy for your dog to roam freely in the apartment so they feel comfortable.
About: I am a Qualified level 2 vet nurse assistant, with lots of experience with rescue animals. My border collie is anxious with new dogs I cannot offer boarding, but I am more than happy to offer to walk your furry friends or drop in for cuddles. I have a lot of experience with different temperaments and also working in a vets means I have dealt with tough situations and bigger breeds. I have had rescue dogs since I was 6, sharing responsibility till I was older. I have now got two rescue dogs one from Romania (husky cross) who has three legs so needs extra support with medication and walks, and a border collie who is full of energy but requires longer walks and can be aggressive to others, I have experience with aggressive furries too! I’m located near Hatfield forest (5 min drive) and the flitch way is backing on to my property so if you’re furry friend is worried in a car, I can also use the flitch way for enrichment filled walks. I studied animal management at Writtle university college, meaning I have lots of experience with all kinds of species, including exotic birds, cats, small animals, reptiles and even wallabies. I have strong knowledge of behaviour issues and special food requirements, I am also confident to administrate medication, injection or oral. I have also trained both dogs I have now, so I’m more than happy to train or help alongside training schedules. I also have a range of dog fields near me, which are fully secure and include tons of enrichment and fun for your furry friends. Im currently working full time in a vet clinic as a patient care assistant. I have Friday, Saturday and Sunday off to look after your furries. I live right by Hatfield forest, meaning your pups will have enrichment filled walks! I’m experienced with all breeds and confident to assist with behavioural issues

“Sam was amazing. Super punctual and very easy to contact, I felt totally at ease leaving Casper in her care. And he absolutely loved her too! He was sad when she left. Would highly recommend.”

“Kirsten has now done two overnight house sits for me, looking after my two dogs, one a puppy. Kirsten communicates well, is always on time and nothing is too much trouble. She always leaves the house spotless, and sends pics of the dogs to let me know they are ok. I feel happy that they are in safe hands and I can enjoy my night away. I recommend Kirsten without hesitation.”

About: I have grown up with rescue cats all my life and love them more than life itself! I couldn’t imagine living without a fluffy companion by my side. My dad was allergic to dogs so despite years of begging, a dog wasn’t allowed, so instead I would go out and walk other people’s dogs around the neighbourhood just to spend some time with mans best friend. As an animal lover and a holiday lover I know how important it is to find someone you trust to look after your furry friends whilst you get some R&R. I am lucky to be able to work remote with my ‘9-5’ (flexible hours) so am able to meet most of your pets needs :) I am lucky enough to be able to work remote with my ‘9-5’ (flexible hours) so I am able to attend to most of your pets needs, whether that be long or multiple walks, toilet breaks, or special requests. I am able to drive (clean license) so can commute to wherever you live. I also live local to woods & fields so would love to take your curious pets to new locations. I am clean & well-mannered, and will always clean up after your pet whilst they are in my care.
“We cannot rate Katie highly enough, and feel so lucky that we found her on Rover. Katie spent 8 nights/days staying at our home to look after our dog, Belle. Katie is so kind and caring and just has a very special way with animals, (she also cared brilliantly for our axolotls, which can be tricky little things to look after). Belle instantly took to Katie, and from the photos, video clips and updates that Katie sent we could see that Belle had the best week! Katie gave her so much love and time, and took her on wonderful days out - we had absolute peace of mind at how well Belle was being cared for. We are already looking to rebook Katie for next years holiday. Thank you so much Katie! Also Katie looked after our home and everything was perfect on our return.”

About: I’ve been surrounded by dogs since I was a little girl. “Jordan stayed overnight to look after our dogs whilst we were away, straight from the meet and greet the dogs took to him and we had no worries about him. He was really easy going and great to communicate with in the lead up to his stay. Sent us a lovely update during the evening, just to let us know how things were going. On our return the dogs seemed happy and relaxed in his company. I would highly recommend Jordan to anyone and would definitely look to him again if we need someone to look after our dogs. Thanks Jordan ?”
