Doggy Day Care Dover

About: I have been fostering dogs, old, young, and sick for 5 years. We adopted our lurcher 2 years ago. He is a playful 2 year old, so I need to use treats/ and discipline quite a lot. I have had dogs growing up, and just love to be around all types of dog. I’m at home most of the time. Not currently back at work after maternity leave. I take my dog out at least once a day. So can fit something in most days! I have a fully fenced garden and gate. The house is open plan, however if you need your dog cornered off or my dog cornered off we have baby gates everywhere to help with that.

Ive looked after many neighbours and friends pets over the years. And was devoted to my nans miniture schnauzer, walking and caring for her on a regular basis. Happy to do both cat and dog sitting. About: Both Tom and I have been around dogs all our lives and absolutely adore them. We live with our 2 lurchers, Lionel and Bodhi in Folkestone. I have a qualification in Pet First Aid and Dog CPR, and experienced in administering injectable medications. I am fully insured by Protectivity. We have extensive experience with senior dog care, sighthounds, and are used to looking after dogs of all sizes and personalities. We are fortunate to live in close proximity to the Kent Downs, and the beautiful Kent countryside, near lots of woods and walking distance to the coast. We love to get out in the fresh air as much as possible and would welcome your furry friends to come with us. There are also plenty of dog parks near our house, and we have booked private fields for dogs in our care, so they can really have a good run and play off lead. We only take up to two dogs at a time, as long to ensure they get sufficient supervision and snuggles. Walks can be solo or with our boys (who walk very well on lead). Lionel and Bodhi are very loving, friendly boys, with very different characters! Lionel loves everyone and wants to play. Bodhi is more laidback and is happy to watch playtime from the sofa! Both are good at sharing toys and snuggling. As with most sighthounds, after a short burst of energy, they love to snuggle up for the next few hours! Caring for animals is my priority, dog sitting and walking is my full-time focus. I live with my husband, who mostly works from home and has a flexible schedule. Depending on your preference, we can either go out together on group walks with our dogs (2 adults, plus one or two of our dogs, with your dog), or I can take your dog(s) on a solo walk. Whatever works best for your dog. Your dog will be with humans the majority of the time they are here, receiving love, care and attention. A typical day for us, We usually wake around 6am, have cuddles with our dogs and feed them their breakfast. Then we head out for our early morning walk (usually 1 - 2 hours). After that our boys tend to sleep til lunch time. We usually have then playtime, followed by more napping. We then take a second walk before or after their tea. Then toy time and tucked in bed around 9pm. As we have 2 lurchers our garden is very secure with high fences. There are comfy sofas in both rooms on the ground floor, plus dog beds, plenty of room to relax. If you like your dogs to be crated at night, there is room to add these. Our dogs sleep in one room, your dogs would have their own doggy bedroom (ground floor). We also have a room on the first floor for dogs that need a snug quiet space of their own.

About: Hey, my name is Jay. I have a Black Lab called Mabel and a German Shep called Martha. Both of whom are well behaved and trained myself / in training. I offer a variety of services and am blessed to have lot's of facilities to my, and your pet's, advantage. Including a Land Rover kitted out for transport should it be required, as well as a stunning location based at the bottom of the White Cliffs of Dover allowing for lot's of walks along the cliffs, into the fields or along the beach and even a swim! Alternatively we can go directly into town. My property is also big enough to have a very private garden with 6+ foot walls surrounding the place ensuring it is very secure. This means I have a very flexible schedule and can give your pet my full attention, day or night, alongside my own animals. At my home, pets are looked after in a secure property with a large private garden enclosed by 6+ foot walls, ensuring safety at all times. Dogs are never left unattended for long periods, and I am able to give them constant supervision and interaction throughout the day. They have access to regular walks tailored to their needs, including local field walks, coastal walks along the White Cliffs of Dover, and beach outings where appropriate. I also ensure they have a calm space to rest and settle comfortably inside the home. When caring for pets in an owner’s home, I maintain their usual routine as closely as possible to reduce stress and keep them comfortable in familiar surroundings. This includes feeding schedules, exercise routines, playtime, medication if required, and plenty of companionship. Across all services, I prioritise safety, consistency, and individual attention. About: I have been brought up around dogs and more recently my partner and I volunteered at a dog shelter with over 100 dogs, we spent a month learning dog behaviour, cleaning, feeding and walking gentle giants. We are both calm natured and believe love and kindness bring out the best in dogs. We have been around rescue dogs that have nervous tendencies and they learnt to trust us over the time we were volunteering. We are avid walkers so we are happy with energetic dogs, also love cuddles for the lazier ones. I am currently working from home freelance so I have a lot of time and can work from anywhere. We are both very flexible and can happily stay out. I have a lot of experience with dogs big and small, I will be able to walk, feed and give your pets the attention and love they need and want. My weekly routine is very flexible due to the nature of my work and working from home. I am able to choose my hours of work I welcome pets into my home as if they were my own, I have a small garden they can run around in with high walls so owners will be confident that their pets will be safe in my home and garden I have a ground floor flat with it’s own entrance and private garden.
