After more than 18 years as a police officer, I chose to follow my passion for caring for animals by creating a business dedicated to providing reliable, compassionate and trustworthy care for your pets. About: I grew up with dogs, but since moving out of the family home and establishing life in Newcastle I miss having a furry companion! I am often trusted with looking after family / friends dogs and I live in a great area for walking them. I work full time but a lot of it is from home, and my partner gets in usually around 3pm. He has grown up with lurchers and is an avid dog lover like me. There will be plenty of time for walks and would only accept bookings where the dog will be cared for the best we can with our schedule. It is my partner and I in a flat with no pets. Whilst we don’t have a garden we have green spaces on our doorstep for regular ‘business’ trips. We live in close proximity to great parks such as Havannah, Woolsington, Weetslade, Big waters etc. Your dog would be part of the family, from coming on walks to chilling on the sofa (if allowed by you).

About: I’ve grown up around dogs my whole life and they’ve always been a huge part of my life. Sadly, I lost my own dog few months ago and really miss having a four-legged friend around. ❤️ I’d love the opportunity to spend time with and care for other people’s dogs, giving them lots of love, attention, cuddles and of course plenty of walks! I’m a kind, caring and trustworthy person and would treat every dog as if they were my own. 🐾 I’m available in the afternoons and at weekends, which works really well for giving your dog plenty of time, attention and fuss. I love being around dogs and would treat every dog as if they were my own, making sure they get lots of love, cuddles and enjoyable walks. 🐶 I have a lovely family home that I’d love to share with your dog. I have a large, fully enclosed and gated garden, and on nice days, the back door can be left open so they can safely come and go as they please.

About: I’ve had 2 dogs in my life and I’ve loved them more than anything. I have also dog sit for 2 French bulldogs for over a year now and are quite high maintenance. I also have experience with big dogs as I looked after my grandmas dog which was a flat back retriever. I am currently at home for the summer so I will have a lot of free time - I have a car so distance is not an issue - we have a big garden for them to run around as well- I have included a pic I am currently at home for the summer- we have a big, fenced garden and and live in the countryside so there is lots of walks to do there

About: Hi there! My name is João, I came from Brazil to do my PhD research a few months ago and, since then, has been working as pet sitting in Newcastle. I had to leave my two cats under my friend's care during the period I am here (sadly but also thankfully), so I sincerely can relate with the need of having someone responsable, trustful and experience to look after our littles. I have experience taking care of dogs and cats here, as well as of pets for family and friends in Brazil, including dogs, cats, hamsters and bunnies, which I consider positive experiences in developing a sense of how to provide assistance in different situations regarding sitter them. About: Coming from a family of farmers in County Durham, I grew up surrounded by animals; dogs, cats, chickens, ducks, sheep, cows and horses! I have 5 cats and 2 dogs who all love to join in on walks! I’m very active and will make sure your pet gets the attention they deserve. Previously done house sits and walking for dogs who all left with 5* reviews. I graduated university with a criminology degree and currently working part time so able to fit in to you and your pets schedule. I have my own means of transport - pet friendly, and able to take them to their usual or new spots. I am able to manage walking multiple dogs at once. I work part time, 4 days a week until 3pm. I am available to take your pets out either way. I’m an early riser to pet sitting can start any point in the day! I also have my own means of transport. I am consistent, reliable and luckily a housekeeper! Your home would be in very safe hands. In my own home my pets favourite place is my bedroom! I wake up to 3 cats and 2 dogs in my bed most mornings.

I work for a mental health charity full time, Monday to Friday 9am-5pm, but enjoy spending my free time going on walks and spending time with my english pointer Ellie who has endless amounts of energy. About: With 21 years of hands-on pet care experience, I offer calm, home-style boarding and sitting. I’m experienced with energetic dogs, anxious pets and seniors, and I stick closely to your instructions and routine. Safety comes first: secure doors/gates, lead rules, and careful supervision. I can support basic training habits (sit, stay, lead manners) and I’m happy to send frequent updates so you feel confident while you’re away. I work remotely, so I’m at home most of the day and can give pets plenty of attention, comfort and supervision. This means I can stick closely to your pet’s routine for feeding, toilet breaks, play and rest. I’m flexible with drop-off and pick-up times (with notice), and I’m available for weekday and weekend bookings depending on dates. Because I work from home, pets are not left alone for long periods and are supervised throughout the day. About: I’m a veterinary student with hands-on experience caring for animals of different ages, sizes and temperaments. I have done a range of volunteering/placement at different shelters and organisations. I’m confident handling energetic dogs as well as older pets who may need extra patience and attention.
