About: I’ve been booked a few times now through Rover to look after both dogs and cats. I have a calm personality which I believe creates a calming atmosphere and the pets seem happy and relaxed around me and I bond well with the pets I have been looking after. I work from the office Tue-Wed but can take care of your pet around that. On my spare time I like to go for walks in the park, read, and take photograph. I’m studying at the moment so I do spend a lot of time at home. I live in a flat but happy to go for walks around the area regularly. There’s a smaller dog park close to my flat and also a large park not too far away to go for a longer walks.

“Antoinette was great with Lexi. Lexi is prone to be over-territorial at first, but Antoinette was very patient and calm, leading to a soon good friendship. Lexi was so comfortable with her and it’s lovely to see how happy she had been when I got home x I had regular updates of a very excited puppy. Would definitely recommend. X”

“Meeting Josh for the first time was pleasing. Josh is a bright young man who we would definitely recommend. Our 9 week old pup Bentley warmed to him immediately and instantly all our nerves were settled. Josh came across as a animal lover with the potential to succeed in whatever he wants to achieve. We/Bentley can't wait to hire Josh again when necessary. Thank You Josh from Rob, Nina & Bentley.”

About: I have taken care of and had animals in my home since I was a young child. I have had the pleasure of meeting and caring for family, friends and acquaintances' pets throughout my life; being around animals will always be my comfort zone. I am currently freelancing from home so I can be very flexible with the dates and times of bookings! Plenty of time to look after the pets. The house has a large living room and ground floor, including a large fenced grass garden for dogs to play or relax. I also give dogs the option of fresh air and play at daycare bookings if the owner permits.

About: I spent 3 months working in rescue centres in Spain, where I handled some very difficult dogs, giving me the skills to work with slightly more dangerous dogs. I have done some vet work as well as working with all kinds of dogs on their wellbeing and rehabilitation. I work as a composer and so tend to write music most days in the morning. I love walking dogs as it gives me a break from being sat down working all day, and also gives me lots of energy which I can use on other tasks. Generally I am free most of the time and am happy to move my routine around your dogs needs. I am happy to do whatever is required for your dog to have a lovely time with me! I feel that I understand dogs needs well and will accommodate to whatever yours needs.

“Marwa and her husband, Mehdi, did an amazing job at taking care of our puppy, Toby. It was our first time leaving Toby for more than a few hours and they really reassured us and took great care of him. We really appreciate everything they did for Toby and would definitely look to book them again in the future.”

About: Will care for and love your dog like my own. Have grown up with dogs and cats in the family. Whilst I prepare for a dog of my own, I enjoy walking, training and playing with friends dogs and would love to get to know your dog. I work from home on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays so happy to have a regular canine companion on those days. I may be available on some Tuesdays but couldn’t commit to every Tuesday. I can be available on weekends, day or evening. I live in a flat on the 5th floor with a balcony. Your dog would only be allowed on the balcony under full supervision. Your dog is welcome on my sofa. There is a large park less than a 10 minute walk away. I don’t have any pets so your dog will have my full attention.

“⭐⭐⭐⭐ Vella was an excellent choice! She stayed at my home for 4 days and 3 nights and took great care of my French Bulldog with a lot of attention and love. She was punctual, clean, respectful, and extremely affectionate with my dog. I received daily updates and photos, which made me feel very at ease while I was away. When I returned, everything was in perfect order and my dog was happy and relaxed. I’m very satisfied with her and will definitely book her again. I highly recommend her! 💙🐶”

About: New users get £15 off their first booking with Rover with code JESSR71897 📣 I’ve been around dogs my entire life and currently co-care for our 2 wonderful cocker spaniels with my mum - Lil who is a lively 12-year-old that I’ve raised from a puppy, and Oscar who is a sweet but deeply anxious 7 year who we rescued from a life of trauma from a rescue centre in Wales. Supporting his recovery has taught me so much about patience, gentleness, and tuning into what each dog really needs to feel safe ☺️ I’m currently in between jobs, after stepping away from a high-stress work environment to take a break, reconnect with what I love, and focus on what brings me joy and calm - animals being a huge part of that. Right now, I’ve got all the time in the world to give your dog my full attention, whether that’s long walks, sofa snuggles, or just being a calm, steady presence in their day 🧡 Whether I’m caring for a playful pup or a nervous older dog, I treat them like family - because they are. My approach is grounded, loving, and always tailored to what helps your dog feel their happiest and most relaxed self 🐶 I’m currently in between jobs after stepping away from a high-pressure role, and I’m taking this time to slow down, reset, and focus on the things that bring me joy, animals being a huge part of that. I have plenty of time and flexibility in my days right now, which means your pet will get my full attention and care. Longer term, I plan to return to work in a remote or hybrid role, so dog care will continue to be a natural and regular part of my home routine. I’m used to balancing focus time with dog walks, cuddles, and play breaks — it’s honestly the best way to spend a day! I live in a spacious, pet-friendly flat with no other animals or children, so dogs in my care get a calm and quiet environment with lots of one-on-one attention. While I don’t have a private garden, I’m surrounded by green spaces just a short walk away — including parks and a beautiful riverside path that’s perfect for regular walks and toilet breaks. I co-care for my mum’s two cocker spaniels, Lil and Oscar — they live with her full-time, so they won’t be in the home while I’m caring for other dogs. But if your dog enjoys the company of others, they’re both lovely, gentle, and very sociable — so play dates can absolutely be arranged if that’s something your pup would benefit from! Whether I’m looking after a dog in my own space or staying in their home, I aim to stick closely to their usual routine — from walk times and feeding to any special quirks, meds, or cuddles on the sofa. I want your dog to feel safe, happy, and totally at ease while you’re away — and I’ll always send regular updates so you can relax, too.

“Katie looked after Biscuit for the day at my apartment whilst I was working. She gave regular updates and followed my instructions. She is super lovely, reliable, flexible and I would really recommend. Thank you Katie !”

About: I have years of experience caring for both pets and homes, often helping out friends and family when they’ve been away. From energetic puppies to older rescue dogs with special needs, I’m comfortable adapting to different temperaments and routines. As a foster carer for Battersea, I’ve also looked after dogs in transition, providing a calm, stable environment while they wait for their forever homes. I take pride in keeping homes clean, secure, and running smoothly, ensuring pets feel safe and owners have peace of mind while they’re away. Hi, I’m Lauren! I’m a professional based in Canary Wharf, with the flexibility to work from home as much as needed—perfect for giving your pets the time and attention they deserve. I’m currently between homes after selling my own place and am enjoying the opportunity to explore new neighbourhoods while I search for the right next step. Animals have always been a huge part of my life. I grew up with rescue boxers and have carried that love for pets into adulthood. I regularly pet sit for friends and also volunteer as a foster carer for Battersea rescue dogs whenever I can. Whether it’s long walks, playtime, or simply some comforting company, I genuinely love caring for animals and treat every pet like my own. Pet sitting is a natural fit for me because caring for animals has always brought me a sense of joy and purpose. I’ve grown up around rescue dogs and over the years I’ve seen how much love and comfort pets bring to our lives—and how much they need that same love in return. With the flexibility of working remotely and being between homes at the moment, I have the perfect opportunity to offer dedicated time, space, and attention to pets who need it. Whether it’s providing a safe, calm environment or just being there for a good cuddle or a long walk, I genuinely enjoy making animals feel happy and at ease.

“Zoe is absolutely wonderful! She’s so friendly, caring, and professional. Our cats adored her and were so well looked after during the three weeks we were away. She kept us updated with regular messages and photos, which really reassured us and showed just how happy and relaxed the cats were with her. We were able to enjoy our holiday without a single worry. Coming home to a clean and tidy house was the cherry on top. We completely trust Zoe and feel so lucky to have found her—she’ll always be our first choice!”

About: I had dogs from the age of 13 to 28 and now I'm just a dog owner without the dog. I picked up lots of training and discipline tips across my time with dogs and generally get on very well with all dogs. Weekends are a bit more unpredictable but I'm often free at least one day. I've got a secure flat where dogs inclined at making mad dashes for freedom will be met with just another door. Other wise it's a comfy and safe environment and I've had no issues looking after family or friends dogs. I also have a balcony where my mum's dog likes to sunbathe and watch the world go by
