I also have multiple crates and the ability to separate pets when needed. With years of fostering and caring for special-needs, senior, and rescue animals, I understand that every pet has different needs, personalities, and comfort levels. I am experienced in managing introductions, creating separate spaces, and maintaining routines that help pets feel secure and stress-free. When providing care in your home, I treat your home with the same respect I would my own. I am happy to bring in mail and newspapers, water plants, clean litter boxes, and help maintain your pet’s normal routine. I can also transport pets to veterinary appointments if needed. About: I have taken care of cats and dogs for my whole life. I started my professional animal care working as a farmhand, caring for horses dogs and cats from a young age. I was a veterinary assistant for 6+ years and am comfortable medicating our furry friends. I've previously trained a deaf puppy for a neighbor. By the end of our time working together the dog had confidently learned sit, lie down, roll over and fetch via hand cues. I'm happy to discuss my availability with you to see if I could potentially be a good fit for your situation. My work schedule is currently Tuesday - Saturday. I enjoy spending time with the animals I care for. I will make sure any medication are given as prescribed, play with them, brush them as needed or requested. About: I’ve been dog sitting for the last five years. Within my experience, I have only taken care of dogs under the age of 10. I absolutely love to go on long walks with animals! I currently work five days a week, but my work is in the center of my desired sitting area. In my previous sitting jobs, I have been able to take my 30 minute break at work to go check on the animals and let them out. I am normally up really early in the morning and late at night, so your animal will get enough care during the entire day! I care for pets very safe and carefully. I always have my leg first when opening doors to prevent pets from wondering off, and I always double check doors before leaving. I am very responsible when it comes to feeding animals. I also bring in mail/take trash cans out if needed during the sitting! :)

I also have experience in crate training and trick training. I’m also a super outdoorsy person that goes on a lot of hikes + runs so your pet will always be active with me! I currently post grad and taking some time off to work part time at a restaurant while looking for a job. You can find me by the river or on a trail making sure I get some outdoor time.
