“This was my very first time using Rover. Tracey and her mom was very professional. Tracey answered my messages right away, they sent pictures throughout the day, I got a summery of the day and TK seemed happy to be there. I would definitely leave my baby with Tracey and her mom again! They understand that our furry babies are so precious to us!”

“It was my first time using the app and getting this service. Daisy and JP were great taking care of my two dogs, they communicate very well and kept me updated with pictures and videos of my dogs. I will contact them again soon and I highly recommend them.”

“Truffles enjoyed his stay with Nichole's family. Great active time, with excellent interactions with other doggos. Will definitely rebook and recommend to others.”

“Kaylee and her family are awesome and we are very lucky to have her in our area! Andy loves coming to their place and see all his friends and he sees them as his other family. 5 stars is not enough to rate Kaylee.”

“Sierra & her family were such an awesome treat for my little doggy Truffles. Great communication, great care, and lots of good energy for the furry friends. Sierra took wonderful care, and I had no issues with her. Definitely recommend.”

“We love Piya…her warm personality & gentle demeanor were obvious when we met her…dogs pick up on that. After dropping our fur baby off with her we were confident that she was in good care. Piya even sent us a picture…the fur baby knocked out sleeping on her husbands lap. Plus she’s in a great location for both the customer (Ala Wai area) as well as for dogs…there’s a huge park that’s right out front from where she lives. We’re so glad to have found Piya on Rover and you will too.”

About: Dogs have been my quiet passion since childhood. I used to collect dog-themed postcards, books, and just about anything related to them. Calming dogs was even considered my “special skill” as a kid—and to this day, I still find joy in helping shy or anxious pups feel safe and loved. As a freelance designer who once dreamed of becoming a veterinarian, I bring that same care, sensitivity, and attention to detail into the way I care for animals. I naturally read each pet’s body language and adapt to their emotional needs—whether they need a slow, gentle approach or playful companionship. Even now, my husband and I sometimes visit service dogs at our local library to read books to them—just to spend time with dogs while we miss our own pup who lives with our parents on the mainland. Caring for dogs isn’t just something I do—it’s something I truly love. I work from home on weekdays with a flexible schedule—typically between 8 AM and 4 PM—but I’m happy to adjust as needed to fit your pet’s care routine. I’m available throughout the day for walks, drop-ins, or simply keeping your pet company. Evenings are also open, and my husband (who’s just as passionate about dogs!) often joins me in caring for them. Saturdays are also available, while Friday nights and Sundays may be limited due to church commitments. Above all, I’m committed to being present, responsive, and reliable—ensuring your pet always feels safe, loved, and well cared for. To start, I’m focusing on dog walking and drop-in visits outside the home. I live in a cozy two-bedroom condo with an ocean view, which is currently best suited for small to medium-sized dogs. As I gain more experience and build trust with each pet I care for, I plan to gradually offer in-home daycare as well. Our space is clean, quiet, and filled with warmth—perfect for dogs who enjoy a calm, cozy environment with lots of love. Whether I’m walking your dog or caring for them at home, safety, comfort, and trust are always my top priorities.

“Our Lucky has separation anxiety. It takes her awhile to overcome her nervousness with strangers, so I'm grateful for Jessica & her family for their patience and careful attention in handling her anxiety for our first meet. Jessica's experience shows through her care for her family , which includes her fur babies.”

“Chayita was available in a pinch to watch my pup on a regular basis while I have long days at work. She was communicative and available for a meet and greet prior to setting up recurring care. When I picked up my baby, she was tired and happy. Thank you Chayita!”

“It was a pleasure to have our whippet puppy Fern cared for by Cassidy and Cody while on vacation in Cape May. Cassidy and Cody were so laid back, relaxed and flexible when it came times and days we needed care for Fern. Fern was nervous at first meeting and staying with new friends Gus, (their dog) and their 2 children, but she was wagging her tail and so excited to go back to their house the following day! Fern got extra walks, and even went to the beach with them! We felt very comfortable leaving our baby In their care! I also appreciated getting text and picture updates of how Fern was doing throughout the day. I would definitely reach out to Cody and Cassidy again for dog sitting when we are in the area.”

About: I have an education in veterinary care and have volunteered at many facilities, some of which you may have heard of, such as the Humane Society! I obtained my certification as a veterinarian assistant in 2020. After studying veterinarian medicine for four years, I suddenly changed my mind and decided to do social work. But my passion and love for animals has never dwindled. I have done dog sitting and walking for my partner's parents and other family members and enjoyed it! I have fun with the animals and ensure they are worn out! I cant wait to take care of your furry family member! I currently work part-time during the evening hours, but I am willing to work around our schedules so please if there are any scheduling conflicts or concerns- even a request! just let me know. You are the pet's parent, so whatever you say goes! Let me know if there is a specific time you'd like me to take your pet out, or feed them. I will follow YOUR schedule within reason! I communicate effectively and will send lots of picture updates of your fur baby having fun!

“Amy is an absolute lifesaver with my three dogs. Even my biggest, most skittish baby gets super excited to see Aimee each day. She is always very reliable and communicative which eases my mind when I have to be away from the dogs.”

About: I’ve grown up with dogs since being in diapers, I’ve been around and have taken care of dogs of all sizes and breeds and absolutely love them! Family and friends have relied on me many times to care for their fur babies, feeding, walking, simple grooming (giving baths, trimming nails) and giving them the attention they would give their own pets! A home away from home is what I’d like to think of myself as! To note, Im always the one taking the pictures, rarely the one in them so sorry in advance for none of myself posted! I’m a stay at home mom with two toddlers so I’m home 98% of the time, meaning your fur baby won’t be left alone often if at all during their stay! I’m available most weekdays and weekends all throughout the year! I require having your dog bathed before coming or having me do it for an additional cost(makes sure your pup is as comfortable as can be being nice, fresh and clean along with making sure there’s no fleas being brought in) .I have a fenced in yard, a leash will be required for walks around the neighborhood or park(with owners permission)! They will be supervised while outside and have fresh water available at all times! If we do leave the house(never for a long period of time) a crate will be necessary for their safety. Also as stated previously I do have 2 toddlers, but they won’t be left unattended and I will make sure they respect your fur babies boundaries!

“Selena was a great daycare host for my dog. Mr Pickles came home happy and relaxed and I will definitely book again. Selena was easy to communicate with, is knowledgeable about dogs and is a great sitter.”

“I am new to Rover and am so thankful for the wonderful experience my dog Nyxin and I had with Allie and her family. Allie exudes a kind, calm and caring energy and she was very patient and loving to Nyxin, my rescue dog, who is trepidatious with new people and experiences. She sent me detailed updates and photos and was very responsive and communicative. Nyxin thoroughly enjoyed his doggy daycare day and I will definitely book longer stays with Allie and her family! Thank you!”

About: I am a military wife that is home all day. My husband and I are dog lovers and your dog will fit right in at our house. We have a giant lab who is friendly and lazy! Going to the dog park 2x a week is something that the dogs love. It is hard to let your baby go when you are on vacation or even a night away, but I assure you, you're dog will have so much fun and forget that they are in a new place. We will treat them as if they are our own between lounging on the couch and drinking filtered water. If your dog is potty trained they will be able to stay out all night. We have tile through most of our house so it will be easy to clean up messes. Our medium sized backyard is large enough to have them running around and having fun with our Gracie girl. If you would like to schedule a meet and greet, you would need to make a Meet and Greet request under the dashboard. A Meet and Greet is a way for you to come check our place and my dog to give you peace of mind that you're choosing the right person! I do offer discounts after a week so just ask. If you have any questions, feel free to message me!

About: I’ve cared for dogs of all ages and energy levels. From wiggly goofy little puppies learning the basics to senior pups with all the wisdom and grey whiskers to match. My time volunteering at the animal shelter taught me how to build trust with shy or nervous dogs. I’m patient with training reinforcement, leash manners, and introducing new environments, (with the owner's permission, of course). I'm also experienced with pups who need a little extra care, including medication administration. Whether it’s long walks, play sessions, or quiet companionship, I tailor care to each dog’s personality and needs, so they feel happy, safe, and loved while you’re away. I currently work part time from home, which gives me the flexibility to care for your pets with plenty of attention during the day. As I am very flexible, we can create a schedule that works best for you and your loved ones. I’m happy to spend quality time with your animals, whether that means playtime, walks, or just relaxing companionship while you’re away. I live in a condo with plenty of space and a large lanai, perfect for pets to relax or play. I’m committed to ensuring any pet in my care feels safe, comfortable, and happy. I create a pet friendly environment by setting up a quiet, dedicated area with their favorite toys and bedding. If your pet is rambunctious and needs to burn off some energy, I’m happy to work with that too. I keep harmful items and hazards out of reach and supervise pets closely at all times. When caring for pets in their own homes, I follow your routines carefully to maintain consistency and reduce stress. I build trust through gentle handling, patience, and clear communication with both pets and their owners. Whether at my home or yours, your pet’s safety and wellbeing are my top priorities.

About: As a pet caregiver, Ive consistently focused on providing a safe, comfortable, and fun environment for the animals in my care. My goal is always to make both the pet and the owner feel happy and at ease with the care provided. Pet care fits into my daily and weekly routine because it’s all about consistency and ensuring the pets are happy and healthy. My time will always revolve around your pet while in my care. I ensure that my home is pet-friendly, with designated spaces for pets to feel secure, such as a fenced area play. I always make certain they have access to fresh water and appropriate food.
