“Wonderful person and organized with strong communication skills. Brianna went above and beyond and we hope we have a new sitter. She was attentive and loving to our two border collies who can be demanding. she kept the house super clean and all cared for. Not sure what else you could want in a sitter!”
2. Cheryl B.
“Cheryl loves and respects animals more than anyone else I know. She has been a proud dog / cat mom her whole life and has cared for my dog on several occasions. She is really great with all the dogs and cats I have seen her interact with and truly loves their company. She volunteers at a local animal shelter and as a result has a lot of experience with a wide range of pets. I would highly recommend Cheryl as a dog and/or house sitter!”
3. Michele M.
“Michelle was awesome as my little Rosie's sitter. Rosie loved her. Michelle took her on long walks here in Newport, Oregon and Rosie was very excited to see her when she came back the next day. She is very personable and as we all know, our pets can tell when someone cares about them. I will definitely call Michelle if we come back to Newport next year.”
4. Kelliane P.
“Kelliane was wonderful to work with. From the time we sent a request until the time we made it back home she provided us with tons of updates. Kelliane is so kind and the dogs absolutely loved her. Highly recommend.”
5. Ross K.
“Ross was great watching my dog. he was timely. Connected well with my pet and got him out for walks regularly. I would recommend Ross for walking or dog sitting your pets.”
6. Broc F.
“Broc was just wonderful!!! Came to our hotel, sat with our two German Shepherds. One a drama queen the other separation anxiety. He and his girlfriend came, they took the dogs fir a walk on the beach and played with them. Even sent us a photo! We couldn't be happier with how good everything turned out!! If we lived here we would call Broc again if we needed a sitter! Our dogs had a good time! Both were whining and full of anxiety when we left, when we got back, happy and calm!! A huge surprise!! He's a dog person!!”
7. Manette R.
“Great job! Our pets loved having her care for them.”
8. Paula B.
“Paula was everything we could ask for in a pet sitter! She had great communication and was super friendly and bonded with our pup right away. We felt so confident having her in our home for a week and taking excellent care of our little guy while we were away. She was very respectful of our home and sent photos/videos of our pup to keep us updated. I would hire Paula again and again. She is wonderful!”
9. Stephanie C.
“Stephanie has a long history working not only her own dogs, but those of others. She has experience working with all size dogs and is very loving and would not think twice about having her watch my beloved pooch anytime”
10. Alexandria S.
“Alexandria is a wonderful, caring, conscientious, responsible, and kind person. We just had her stay for the first time with our big Rhodesian Ridgeback and two kitties and she did a perfect job. She sent us pictures and also brought her doggie over (with our permission and encouragement) for a play date with our Zibu. The house was left as clean and neat as we left it for her. We would love to have her sit our home and fur family anytime. Highly recommend her services.”
11. Michael B.
“As always, Michael did a stellar job with our Dodger. We came home to a happy and contented dog who I think may even prefer Michael to us ;-) We can't recommend Michael highly enough - he is absolutely wonderfulll!”
12. Rhiannon L.
“Rhiannon really came through for us to take care of our Hierro. We were on a vacation overseas and had our dog boarded at one of the facilities in town. He ended up developing kennel cough and had to be removed. Of course that was impossible for us. We used Rover and found Rhiannon to house sit for us. Like a sign from the heavens, she is also a vet tech. What a perfect match. She picked up our dog from the boarder, brought him home and cared for him in our home for the duration of the vacation. She respected our home as took great care of Hierro. We are so thankful to Rhiannon for her service.”
13. Morgan T.
“I have worked with Morgan over 5 years and she has watched my pup and kitty many times. She is the biggest animal lover I know. She carries dog treats in her purse at all times and takes in almost every stray cat she sees. She even has a bark subscription for her friends’ pets. She is an angel.”
14. Emily C.
“What makes Emily a great option for a dog caregiver is her loving and kind personality. I have personally gone with her to babysit, and I have seen the way she cares for the children, as well as the family pets. Emily shows a great deal of attentativeness when it comes to taking care of things, especially those that belong to others. The love she has for animals reflects in the way she takes care of them. She truly is great with pets, and is an all around great person. I would trust her to take care of mine, and that’s saying something!”
15. Michelle D.
About: Ive taken care of my own animals between my child's pet as well as my own personal companion as they help in many different ways. I am self employed so I set my own hours of operation but I can manage to add in extra work as well on top. I have a fenced in back yard. My house is locked when I am home for my safety as well as my children's and your animals.
16. Kelly C.

17. Harley B.
About: I’ve fostered puppies for 5+ years and have owned 4 dogs (large-small). I’ve dealt with sick dogs and training puppies/adult dogs. I’ve worked at a Pet boarding/daycare facility. I have plenty of experience with a wide range of personalities. I currently work at an animal hospital! I love working with animals as I don’t view it as work. Please let me know your dogs preferences for care and walks. I am adaptable to all personalities. I keep my mind open to all dogs as every dog is different. I try to understand dogs personality as some may have more anxiety or be more explosive with energy. I love playing with dogs, assuring they have water and fed regularly, and I love going to the dog park or the beach! I do not mind giving a bath at no extra fee. I work part-time at the pet resort, but I have a an open availability. I can work most nights and mornings. If you have specific dates in mind, send a message and I can set aside time. I will be respectful of the owners space, as I am only there to watch over the animals. I am someone who prefers to keep a clean space so I guarantee your space to be kept as is.
18. Kristi Q.
“Kristi was so warm and kind to our Mickey and our house was immaculate upon return. The photos and videos she sent daily were a huge reassurance that our furry family member was as loved as possible and happy.”
19. Alea S.
“First time using Rover and first time using a non-family member to dog/house sit. Alea was great with our dog and left our house as we did. We've already booked her for our next trip!”
20. Carolina E.
“Great care! Carolina and Brandon took great care of my pets for a weekend away. They were very attentive to my instructions and left the house just as they found it. My dogs really warmed up to them. This was my first Rover visit in-house so I was a little nervous in general but after meeting our sitters ahead of time, I felt assured. They are very nice, responsible people that I can entrust my pets with.”
