“I absolutely loved the fact that they made pup feel like family, I got pictures of updates and in all he was with his kids, hiking, on the couch, Cedar loved being there, when I picked him up he looked like a happy camper compared to when I pick him up from his other boarding facility. Very happy with this beautiful family. Thank you so much!”

“Leaving my dog with Judy gave me peace of mind while on vacation. She definitely knows dogs and helped my pup adjust to being in a new place without her family “pack.” She provided daily updates that kept us connected with our dog. I will absolutely call on Judy again!”

“I am so happy to have left my pup in capable hands when I was out of town. Nancy kept in contact with me and sent me cute pictures of him while I was gone, I never worried about him at all.”

“Joe is great with our doggos! Lets them sleep on his bed, takes them for walks, and he’s careful with giving them their medications on schedule. They had a very nice time with Joe, and we will book with him again.”

“Wendy was great! Super sweet with our pup and very responsive. Sent us photos and flexible with our time line needs. Absolutely would us again if ever the need arises.”

About: I’ve always loved animals, often more than people if I’m honest haha. I will love your babies like they are my own! Crate trained or not crate trained are welcome. They won’t be spending much time, if any, in it unless that’s part of the requested care. I lost both my rescues, the most recent almost 2 years ago. It’s an indescribable loss. My heart isn’t ready to own another animal yet, but I truly have so much love to give them. I’m the type that let my dogs on any and all furniture, celebrated birthdays, and went on special trips and outings I know they would love! I’ve always owned animals, specifically dogs, my entire life. I believe they are the purest form of love. I’ve watched animals for friends and family, but my senior dog made out difficult towards the end of his life to have any other animals around. I live in a private community with 2 gated, grassy dog parks inside it. While I have your baby, please feel free to connect anytime you want an update or reassurance that they are safe and sound! I work at a spa part time, and also from home. I have plenty of walk and spoil time! I’m available evenings and nights, I’m not away at work longer than 5 hours at a time a few days a week. I know how much trust it takes to leave your pet with someone. I want them, and you to feel safe and relaxed 😌 I’m a sucker for animals. I’m sure your pet will figure that out in the first 5 minutes haha. I wouldn’t have it any other way.
The median cost per night for dog boarding in Toledo is $49
Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Toledo
Olivia and her mother are both extremely kind and professional! Topaz absolutely loved being taken care of by them and always gets excited to return! Olivia helped us out extremely last minute while we were visiting the area and it was the biggest sigh of relief knowing our dog was not only safe with her, but excited to be with her as well! I cannot recommend Olivia enough, she is absolutely the best fit for topaz and we never had to worry about how topaz was doing! Plus we got some super cute update photos!

While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in OR ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
