She took a lot of time to get to know us and everythhing we needed before ever coming, and then gave Makkachin the best day! 2 long walks, lots of playtime both indoors and outdoors, snuggles, companionship, and close supervision (good for a doggo who eats objects!) She was smiling in all her pictures, and definitely had fun, got her exercise, and had her separation anxiety cured. I can tell a difference in her demeanor when she is very engaged with and when she is not, and this was definitely a case of the former! Such a happy girl! 🥹 I also REALLY appreciated Izza Sofia’s constant updates many fantastic photos, and little comments all day long. Totally responsive (and quick to respond) even from the planning phase, as well as friendly and not just amenable but very positive about my super long shift request from the beginning. She was very communicative about schedule and details about my pup’s care, and even agreed to meet for a video chat to learn further details. Once she was here was EVEN better! My pup took to her immediately, manically excited the second she met Anna, and Anna not only took her craziness in stride, but showed immediate affection: I felt 100% confident that Makkachin would not only be safe and well cared for, bur would have a GREAT time. I'll start off by saying, we've never used a site like Rover before, because my wife and I are very protective and selective who comes into our home and cares for our pets and house. Usually we know the person very well and have known trust with them. We ended up finding ourselves in a bind with a last minute cancelation from our other pet sitter who had something come up during the last part of the week, and we went to Rover and found Charles "Chip" who had great reviews. He came to our home to meet Luke, Boomer and Camie. They immediately warmed to him, and we had good vibes. He made us feel comfortable with him from the moment he arrived to our home. He played with the dogs right away and got to know them. While he was here he updated us throughout the stay with pictures and texts, which put us at ease. Overall, I can't say enough good things about Chip. Highly recommed and will definately use him again as we trust him with our pets and our home! Thank you Chip!

Anna was absolutely fantastic! I reached out to her last minute to watch my puppy when he was sick and she answered very quickly and was willing to help. She was so sweet with my puppy and worked so well with him. She kept me up to date, took him for lots of walks, and did some enrichment activities with him! Definitely recommend!
We had our first visit with Allison and it went very well. We have a small herd of little dogs who can sometimes be a little overwhelming and she handled them just fine. She was respectful of our home and stayed in contact with us, making sure we had pictures each day. We’re looking forward to having her back on our next overnight trip in a couple weeks!
