About: For several years I owned a Doggy B and B where the dogs were part of my family. There were no cages or crates which the owners really appreciated. They slept in bed with me, jumped and lounged on all the furniture, watched TV, ate plenty of homemade treats, went swimming in the pool and don't forget the car rides to the park and river. Every weekend I would shop for new, safe and tough toys. We celebrated holidays and birthdays with homemade pupcakes, presents and costumes. They also got a "report" card saying how their day was and what they did that day or weekend. There were lots of pictures taken and shared too. Areas and toys were thoroughly inspected each day to ensure a safe and fun playtime. I love pets! All kinds of them. Your pet will get my undivided attention. I bring toys & treats plus send lots of pictures while you're away. That way you can enjoy our pawty too. Since I can't have pets in my home, I'll come to your pet's home. I care for them like they are mine. Give them lots of pets, play with toys inside & outside, walk them on a leash several times a day, watch TV with them & most importantly, share the bed at night. I want your pet to feel comfortable & loved by me.

About: I have grown up with tons of animals I have had so many dogs growing up from blood hound to labs to rat terriers to Boston! I love dogs and cat! I am a nursing major, so during the summer I’m pretty much free! I have a wedding over summer but other than that nothing else! I would like clear instructions from the owners of what they are like with other animals as well as the dogs normal routine so I can perform it to the best of my ability!

About: I've lived around dogs for most my life, with a range of sizes and needs. From small Pugs who snore the night away to Great Danes who think they are still a puppy. Have a high energy pupper who needs someone to keep up no worries. Currently I work part time until August 19th when I go back to the classroom. But until that time I'm mostly available all week long. I'm mostly looking at doing walks and check ins at this time as I have a number of home projects that would make boarding difficult.

About: Hi all! My experience with pets begins from early on, as I’ve always had my own pups! Through adopting a variety of different breeds, I have learned so much about animal behavior and how to achieve each individual need. Growing up, I had a Cocker Spaniel, who taught me how to love through their lively and adoring personalities. After I moved out from my parents, my husband and I adopted a Shar Pei, Kimo, who taught me to never stop fighting for the highest level of medical care to support his needs. After his passing to the rainbow bridge, I rescued a Border Collie, who brought back my energetic and perky personality. When I realized she needed more space to run and achieve her highest potential, I re-homed her to a family member, who loved her dearly. I currently have two furry friends, Phineas (a Bichon Frise mix) and Kumba (a Mini Goldendoodle). Phineas was our rescue baby, who taught me patience and admiration as he had numerous medical issues upon adoption. Today, I surround myself with their love, and provide them my utmost fondness. Through daily walks, enrichments activities,  and tons of cuddles, I support my doggos in every way possible. Beyond my pets, I have experience as an SPCA volunteer, working with countless dogs of a variety of breeds in achieving walks and play yard experiences. The SPCA showed me that every dog deserves a chance because every pup has its own special place in our lives. I’m excited to expand my love for animals to your furry family, and embrace each of their quirks as it feeds my heart and soul when I have a positive interaction with our beloved pets! About: I’ve had animals most of life. Ranging from dogs, cats, gerbils, and fish. They come second nature to me. I have an Australian Shepherd that is 2 1/2 years old, and her name is Andi. I adopted her when she was 4 months, and she is my life. Well I work from home. Typically I set my own hours, but I have the time while working to watch over animals as well. The weekends I am typically home as well as the evenings. I currently have guinea pigs which are caged. My Australian Shepherd is not crated, and has free roam of the home. I do have 15 stairs that go from the entry way into my apartment. I currently have a leash outside in the backyard. I don't use it that much though as my dog Andi has learned to stay in the backyard, off the leash through training.

About: Throughout my life I have cared for two cats and a Bichon-Frise/Poodle Mix. I was involved in caring for my dog from the day he came to us: showing him how to use stairs within those first couple of days and teaching commands for the next couple of years. Inevitably he aged, and over time I developed a familiarity with handling the many facets of caring for an aging dog: arthritis, anxiety, mobility challenges, and mood shifts. I learned the tricks for keeping him calm in the car, and those for getting him to take his medications. In all those years I consistently played with him in our fields, took him for walks, and ignored his grouching when I bumped him in his sleep. I love all animals very much, but as an innately energetic person, and as someone who is convinced (like most) that I had the best dog in the world, I find I bond most quickly and most deeply with dogs. I would be thrilled to meet yours. I am a recent college graduate looking for work while I job search. I do have a part time job, but with enough notice I am happy to arrange my shifts to suit your animal’s needs. I typically work evenings. In general I do my best to follow the pet's pace/lead, prioritizing the animal's comfort whenever possible. I follow provided schedules in a regimented manner, and if a schedule is not provided, then I will develop one myself. I take things like medication management and potty breaks very seriously, aware that when an owner is gone, pets are often stressed, and this stress can exacerbate pain and/or behavioral struggles. Regardless of the weather I am always happy to move and be active, so regular walks/exercise with pets is no trouble. As a pet lover, quality time is never an inconvenience either. I am more than thrilled, if your pet is more of a lounger than a runner, to just sit with them and relax.

Animal care has been my passion my entire life, and I've both fostered and petsat for over 25 years combined experience. Is your dog a Sr, more interested in cuddles and snacks? We'll be sofa bums and make sure any medications are on time. Is your dog still in training? Show me what they are working on and we'll keep working on it while you travel. Does kitty like to snuggle? Or are they less visible when strangers are around? I will go at their pace. With me, you can trust that your pets are in the hands of someone who will see them as one of their own. With a special needs cat of my own, and previously special needs dog, I am no stranger to in home medical care, litter boxes, yard poop detail, etc. Let's talk about your family's needs and how I can support them. I work remotely, with an open schedule to meet your pets needs. I am available for morning, afternoon, and evening needs seven days a week. At this time I only offer care in my clients' homes and dog walks in their general area. Depending on the needs I can perform the following: Feed, medicate, continue existing training habits, walk, clean litter boxes, brush, cuddle, and play. If you are traveling I will also water plants, bring in mail, and alternate lights on in the house to appear as someone is home if desired. My house sitting rates include this care with an overnight stay. Mid Day drops ins can be discussed for an additional cost.

About: I've been around animals my entire life. I have always had dogs and cats. In the country, I also had other animals: horses, goats, and ducks. I'm also currently taking care of a Leopard gecko. I feed my pets once in the morning and once at night. I walk my dog in the afternoon and let him off leash when no one is around. My cat is indoors, so I feed her, play with her, and give her space when she needs it. My dog lives in a kennel outside, but I go out to play with him by walking him to an area where he can run free and also playing with him with his toys.

About: I have been taking care of my own pets since elementary school! I would love to care for your pets as my own! Extra love for doodles :) I am currently home for the summer in between years at Hope College. I will be working during the day, however, I can be available to care for pets in the early morning and afternoons/nights. If your pet is able to go upwards of 8 hours without being let out, I’m the perfect overnight sitter for you! I can follow whichever guidelines my client would like.
