In the past, Luddy had had a sitter at the house, but this was Maggie's (10-month-old puppy) first experience being away from home overnight. Since I presently do not have a fenced yard, it was great for them to have access to a yard for play without having to be leashed. Julie and Joe seem to truly enjoy having dogs visit with them, and they take good care of them and help them to feel at home. I am so grateful.”

About: I’ve had animals my entire life. My real passion is dogs and I’m focused on dog sitting/boarding/daycare, but I’m happy to take care of cats and drop in for other animals. I have owner trained one at home service dog and am in the process of owner training a public access service dog. I have two yellow labs (one bench, one field), a mixed breed rescue, and a cat. All my animals are very animal friendly. My big lab does take a noisy minute to adjust, but he’s a big sweetheart once he’s got the lay of the land. I have a yard with a living fence and a wooded property where the dogs can be walked if needed. I am home full time and just becoming an empty nester, so I have plenty of time and attention to devote to our furry friends. Most days it will just be me and the animals on our wooded property so there’s plenty of time and room for relaxation and play. I have a fairly large fenced yard and wooded surrounding property. My home is laid back and the animals are treated like family. They are welcome on furniture and have plenty of room to play and toys to play with. I just ask they be on tick and heartworm prevention as there are many bugs in the woods. I have regular experience with basic grooming and administering meds. I have crates available if needed or preferred. I’ll do my best to care for them as you want.

About: I've cared for both healthy cats and cats with underlying conditions. For 10 years I had a cat that was diabetic that I had to administer insulin to. My current cat is 15 and requires a lot of love and attention.My cat Mabel is a rescued kitten/ cat almost 16 years ago on Halloween night while coming home from work , about 4 cars ahead of me something went flying out the window . I was able to stop and pull over due to not having other cars behind me . It was very cold that night and the sun was just starting to set . I got out of my car and looked around for a few minutes but didn't see anything and I got ready to leave I hear faint cry and I turned and looked down into some tall weeds and there she was , this poor malnourished kitten crying for help . To make a long story short I got her home and the day my wife and I took her to vet . They kept her for 3 days running ivs into her . We able to come and after 3 days thinking she wasn't going make it. And here she is still with after such a traumatic start to her life . I am very grateful to have Mabel as my best friend and wouldn't trade for the world . I love you very much Mabel .

About: We have a good sized house which we share with our sweet rescue dog, Penelope, 2 kittens, Lilo and Stitch and our almost 2 year old daughter. I offer dog walking, sitting, overnight, part day hang outs and even training! We live near several parks that are dog friendly which we frequent regularly. I've always lived with dogs but began training the family and neighbor's dogs around the age of 10. I want to make note that I understand it is a big responsibility to care for someone else's fur child and that I take it very seriously. If you have any questions, please feel free to text, or email me anytime. I am home each day with my young daughter who is great with animals but in case you prefer she stay separate, we have gates and even a heated barn if full separation is needed. Our old girl has free rein of the house, even our kitties get outside every once in a while but we have the ability to set up a small fenced in area or a zip line style tether, and of course walks as needed. We love to snuggle all furry friends but also know some prefer their space.

About: I have had cats and dogs my whole life, and they have enriched my life so much. I volunteered at animal shelters, working with dogs of all kinds, and socializing with the cats. I regularly walked dogs and was a dog/house sitter for over a year, then took a brief hiatus while I was working full time and am getting back into dog sitting now that I have a house of my own, and can offer boarding services! I have also had two puppies over my life that I helped raise and take care of into their old age. I am currently working part time, so I have plenty of time to spend loving your critters, and my partner works fully remote so he is available to let dogs in and out while I am gone! About: I love taking care of both dogs and cats! I have a dog and a cat, so I know what other owners are looking for in terms of care and love for their pet. I always look forward to meeting new pets and establishing connections with them, even if just for one visit! I have volunteered for years at various animal shelters and have gained much experience working with all types of temperaments. I am patient and loving with all pets, and I strive to meet their needs in any way I can. I am more than willing to work with pets who have special accommodations, and I am also very comfortable working with puppies (and I can help with training if requested)! I also have experience administrating oral medication in both dogs and cats. I am generally free any day of the week, including weekends. I enjoy taking care of pets because I feel that I understand them and their needs more than the average person. I will be very attentive with your pet, and make sure to send many pictures of them to you! I will interact with your pet based on their needs and how they feel around new people.
About: We have a good sized house which we share with our sweet rescue dog, Penelope, 2 kittens, Lilo and Stitch and our almost 2 year old daughter. I offer dog walking, sitting, overnight, part day hang outs and even training! We live near several parks that are dog friendly which we frequent regularly. I've always lived with dogs but began training the family and neighbor's dogs around the age of 10. I want to make note that I understand it is a big responsibility to care for someone else's fur child and that I take it very seriously. I am home each day with my young daughter who is great with animals but in case you prefer she stay separate, we have gates and even a heated barn if full separation is needed. Our old girl has free rein of the house, even our kitties get outside every once in a while but we have the ability to set up a small fenced in area or a zip line style tether, and of course walks as needed. We love to snuggle all furry friends but also know some prefer their space.

“I think that Maggie and Luddy had a great stay. It was so nice to have the photos of them enjoying their time with Julie and Joe. They seemed to be quite comfortable in their new surroundings by the time I picked them up the next day. In the past, Luddy had had a sitter at the house, but this was Maggie's (10-month-old puppy) first experience being away from home overnight. Since I presently do not have a fenced yard, it was great for them to have access to a yard for play without having to be leashed. Julie and Joe seem to truly enjoy having dogs visit with them, and they take good care of them and help them to feel at home. I am so grateful.”

About: I’ve had animals my entire life. My real passion is dogs and I’m focused on dog sitting/boarding/daycare, but I’m happy to take care of cats and drop in for other animals. I have owner trained one at home service dog and am in the process of owner training a public access service dog. I have two yellow labs (one bench, one field), a mixed breed rescue, and a cat. All my animals are very animal friendly. My big lab does take a noisy minute to adjust, but he’s a big sweetheart once he’s got the lay of the land. I have a yard with a living fence and a wooded property where the dogs can be walked if needed. I am home full time and just becoming an empty nester, so I have plenty of time and attention to devote to our furry friends. Most days it will just be me and the animals on our wooded property so there’s plenty of time and room for relaxation and play. I have a fairly large fenced yard and wooded surrounding property. My home is laid back and the animals are treated like family. They are welcome on furniture and have plenty of room to play and toys to play with. I just ask they be on tick and heartworm prevention as there are many bugs in the woods. I have regular experience with basic grooming and administering meds. I have crates available if needed or preferred. I’ll do my best to care for them as you want.
