About: I just love pets … and want to take care of yours as my own! I have either owned or had a pet in my life … ALL of my life! I do know what it takes to love and care for them and take this responsibility seriously 😊. I am a retired Army guy of 34 years and this is just a next opportunity for me to help those in the community that need someone to entrust their fur baby to someone and honored it could be me! Just again a retired army guy that has a fair amount of flexibility and doing this as a fun gig job … if the dates and times work for both of us then great, if not I hope I can align with you another time! We currently are taking care of our ‘granddog’, Larry the Corgi. Larry has a partially fenced yard but has been trained to stay in yard while we are out with him. We have also had huskies which of course needed a fenced in yard so we also had that for their safety as runners! Both dogs each walked on leashes, he plenty of playtime outside with other dogs, and provided safe and comfy sleeping places in and out! Our fur babies where treated like family and look forward to treating yours as the same per YOUR guidance and preferences

About: I have had pets my whole life and love to spend time and play with all animals. I have been dog sitting for 8 years for coworkers and friends. I have a 8 year old Catahoula Hound mix that I adopted from the SPCA! I am a medical assistant during the week for Bronson and would love to spend time with animals on the weekends or after work playing or going for walks. I make a point to let the animal smell and come to me. It is their environment and they don't know me yet! Once they are comfortable I love to get on the ground and play.

About: I owned my first dog at age 17, and after that I branched out into other areas like vet clinics and then as a Dog Groomer… and found my niche with caring for pets and as well as grooming them. I love all of it so much! I currently groom dogs out of my home as well as do DoorDash, so my schedule is very flexible to be able to help with any of your petcare needs! I can come for daily visits if needed for walking or playing fetch in your back yard, as examples, and care for them in any way needed. Or if you need dog grooming care you can bring them to my house or I can give just baths and do their nails at your house!

About: I have experience in working in a vet clinic and on a local farm of large animals. I have been trained to minister care for all cats/dogs of all breeds/sizes. If your pet has any health issues such as diabetes or has hit senior years, no worries! New puppy paws running around? Glad to be of assistance to help them learn better manners and play til the nap! I am a full time Veterinary Nursing clinical student at Michigan State University! My schedule is a typical “8-5” job internship and have an 1 hr break during that time. I am very flexible and can provide care for your pets around my schedule. I’m free on the weekends as well. Since I am not able to keep your pets in my home due to space, I will treat your home with all respect. If you have places and boundaries that are set, they will be followed accordingly. If your pet or myself makes a mess, it will be cleaned up immediately! I have a pet cleaner machine and products to get pet stains out in a jiffy!

About: We had a small dog when our children were out of high school and our world revolved around him. We miss him a lot since he crossed the rainbow bridge but I am lucky to be a grandma to 5 dogs—a Saint Bernard, a chihuahua mix, 2 terrier mixes and a German Shepherd mix. All rescue dogs with some quirky personality traits that make them a challenge and fun. I have also cared for my sister’s senior Maltese and a neighbor’s senior Boxer. Dogs are my favorite animal and I just love spending time with them! I recently retired from being a paraprofessional at a local school so I have a pretty flexible schedule. My husband works on Tuesday, Wednesdays and Thursdays so those days I am much more available but he is flexible if I’m working or have something scheduled. We live out in the country and have a fenced in yard so dogs can play and have some fun time running free. Our neighborhood is safe to walk dogs (we used to walk our little guy around the block daily—1 1/4 miles) and there are also 2 parks close by that we could walk if they seem bored with the block.

About: We have a very sweet, laid back mutt who is fixed. He is very kind to other animals or just stays to himself. My family loves pets and we love hosting pets who love to play (especially since ours doesn't). My job is very flexible, so let me know the days/hours that you need and I'll fit it in my schedule. Your pet will get lots of outside play time (if that's your preference) which includes lots of walks and dog run or leash time, unless we don't have a runner. Then I'd be happy to hang outside with them in the yard. Your dog will have free roam of our house (if that's your preference), unless it's not completely potty trained, then we'll block off some areas. I love being outside and being active so I will jog up to 10-15 min. with your dog if requested and walk whatever distance you request up to 4 miles. I will adhere to any desired preferences you have if it's within my ability. Let me show your dog lots of love.

About: We have a good sized house which we share with our sweet rescue dog, Penelope, 2 kittens, Lilo and Stitch and our almost 2 year old daughter. I offer dog walking, sitting, overnight, part day hang outs and even training! We live near several parks that are dog friendly which we frequent regularly. I've always lived with dogs but began training the family and neighbor's dogs around the age of 10. I want to make note that I understand it is a big responsibility to care for someone else's fur child and that I take it very seriously. If you have any questions, please feel free to text, or email me anytime. I am home each day with my young daughter who is great with animals but in case you prefer she stay separate, we have gates and even a heated barn if full separation is needed. Our old girl has free rein of the house, even our kitties get outside every once in a while but we have the ability to set up a small fenced in area or a zip line style tether, and of course walks as needed. We love to snuggle all furry friends but also know some prefer their space.

About: We had a dog the majority of my life growing up. I raised a Guide Dog puppy, a year-long commitment training obedience, socialization and manners (243 page training manual), and she went on to guide. I have put a lot of time into learning how to train and care for dogs, as well as learning to recognize over a hundred dog breeds. I currently work part-time, from 1:30 to 5:30 every day, although that is very flexible. I can't have a dog where I live, and I only have a bike as transportation, so both are limiting. Although I cant have them in my home, I'm happy to walk, train, and/or socialize your pup in your home or out around your neighborhood, using whatever commands and habits you have with your dog already.
