About: I have spent many overnights at homes while providing pet care. The durations of these stays have been up to a week. I do very well with following clear directions for feeding, medications, as well as other pet care needs. This includes affection and playing— I absolutely love dogs and cats! I am a teacher, which of course is a very busy job. However, I do not work over the summer, which means I have lots of flexibility in these months. I am also available during most weekends! I care for pets in my clients’ homes by following instructions regarding feeding, medications, going outside, as well as anything else that may be necessary! When owners are gone, I recognize it is best for the pets to keep their routines as consistent as possible! I respect any rules clients may have for their pets (e.g. where around they house they are allowed, any dietary limitations, and any necessary precautions to take so that the pets stay safe!)

About: We’ve had pets for over 20 years. One of us used to also pet sit as a side job. Because we are currently traveling on and off, we don’t have our own pets now but love to spend time with all animals. For the past three years, we’ve fostered dogs for a local NH animal shelter. We have experience with animals (our own and fosters) who have required medications and special care. We love to take the dogs for walks, and if they’re able, local hikes. We are home for most of the day. We are currently in between travels and so we can commit all of our time to your furry family member(s)! We can exercise them as little or as much as they require. We live in a condo without a fenced yard but are surrounded by great leashed walking and hiking locations. If you have a fenced yard we would be happy to run your dog in your familiar yard off leash or at a familiar dog park. We have a crate available for pups who prefer or require crating at night or when left alone briefly. We often drive to local fields, parks, rivers and other locations for walks.

Aslan can be quirky with new people--but he warmed up so quickly to Jessica (in fact, he was asleep on her feet about 15 minutes into our meet and greet!) Based on the pictures she sent, he looked happy and content on his walks. Jessica was prompt for our meetups and even swung by a second time to pick up a key (when I couldn't find it the day of our meetup). We'll definitely use Jessica again when we're away in the future.”

Our one cat takes a pill daily, and while he takes it just fine for his mom, he wasn't taking it for the sitters. Valerie came up with safe, creative ways to get him to take his pill. She also left wonderfully detailed check-in notes and was very communicative. About: Working with animals of all sizes, from cats and dogs, to horses and more, I have lots of valuable experience! My love and passion for animals since childhood has continued on into college, where I am majoring in Veterinary Technology and Animal Sciences. My classes provide me with further exposure and education on species of all kinds. Being around animals is truly my happy place! Being home from college on break until the last week of January, I am hoping to stay busy and hang out with some furry friends! My schedule and availability will be determined on a first come, first serve basis! About: I’ve had animals all my life growing up - dogs, cats, guinea pigs, rabbits, snakes, etc and in my adulthood have cared for several animals myself as well (dogs, cats, snakes) I work at an elementary school so work school hours right now (7am-330pm). My car is also currently in a shop being repaired so I will be walking or getting a ride so I prefer to stay close if possible. I am not able to bring the animals to my home as I live in a small apartment with 3 large dogs already, unless they are a caged animal.

About: I have 10 years of experience in the veterinary industry, including time working within boarding facilities and pet care. I am well equipped to handle emergency care as well as any additional veterinary care your pets might need. I am comfortable with all sizes of dogs and love them all, including bully breeds. All cats are welcome too! If you need dogs watched for a long period of time I am able to stay at your home where they are most comfortable. I work from home full time on a flexible schedule therefore I am able to adjust my schedule as needed to accommodate services each day. I take extra care to maintain the safety and wellbeing off all animals in my care. If yards are not fenced in, all dogs will be leashed before leaving the home. Cats will be put into carriers if leaving the home. I am always cautious entering and leaving homes as well.
