About: I grew up on a dairy goat farm with lots of chickens and cats and occasional other animals. I've pet-sat for a friend's farm and for a few friends' dogs and cats. We have a cat at our house who is quite happy and healthy. Tuesday and Wednesday I'm typically available before 10AM. Thursday through Sunday I often have flexibility for a morning check in, midday check in, and early evening check in. Usually unavailable on Mondays. I am fairly strong and able-bodied, and would be able to do whatever is needed to care for your pet in your home and neighborhood.

“Jill sent us photos and notes about her visits with Stanley. He looked like he was completely relaxed and enjoying her company! She took Stanley for walks and the outdoor time was appreciated by him and by us! Thanks, Jill! You are the best!”

About: I love animals and I have a super flexible schedule, I have no formal training but I have my own cat and I take care of my parents dogs when they are out of town. I'm currently working part time, so I have no problem being flexible with what you need! I'm fine with plans changing and last minute sittings I have a small apartment that works well with cats, I have scratching posts and cat trees and nothing that will affect your animals health, everything is pet friendly:)

About: I’ve raised one pup from a few months old and I’ve rescued my second pup. One very timid the other not so much. I’ve dealt with my fair share of wiggly pups and baths, administering medication, training, leash training, and more. I am available most weekends throughout the year. I am flexible with weekdays/nights. I frequent most beaches and walking trails in the area so i can bring your pup along! I treat all the dogs I care for as if they were my own. Play fetch, go on walks, use their sniffer for games, be a coach potato if they are just having one of those days.

“Candi was great to work with. This was my first time being apart from Zoey since I adopted her a year ago. Candi took time to get to know Zoey and bond with her enough that I felt comfortable leaving Zoey in her care. It was a great weight off my mind to know that Zoey would be well taken care of and comfortable while I was away. I can definitely recommend Candi and hope to turn to her again, many times in the future!”

“Our pups love Selena! They are both adult rescues and are fearful of most people and Selena has the best approach and way with them. They warmed up in record time! Took wonderful care of our home as well.”

About: I took care of my guinea pig named Butterfinger for 4 1/2 years I fed her, clean her cage, buy her hay, pallets, treats, and toys!.I held her/cuddle with her often,I spoiler her often and I miss her deeply every day!. I still have never had a dog but I like them a whole lot and they usually seem to feel the same way about me. I especially have a special place in my heart for small dogs. I do have some experience feeding and walking a relatives dog and retrieving a strangers dog who got out and went of through the neighborhood. In the past I also helped take care of a past roommates cat named finn (not paid). I would love to try out working through rover to earn a side income and to give me a way to be around sweet animals. I work at a retail job part time so services would have to make sense within my part time working schedule. Thankfully I usually know my schedule 2 or 3 weeks ahead. Feed, play, hold them, cuddle with them, if they are a dog then go walking with them. Listen to music together with the animal and watch tv/movies with them.

“Carla is wonderful. She is patient with my Pittie who is scared of life, and left the house spotless after a two night stay. I would not hesitate to have Carla watch Blue again, and is in fact already booked for more dates! ?”

Yours will receive the same love, care and attention that mine get and I'm honestly so excited to meet them!! I currently work during the week but if you need extended stay sitting in advance during the weekdays, that be arranged with at least a few weeks notice. “Geoffery took great care of our dogs and farm animals!! We were away for two days for a family wedding and it was helpful leaving our dogs with someone we felt we could trust. Geoffery visited us to meet the dogs and learn how to take care of things a couple of weeks before he cared for them, which was good to ensure it would all work out. While we were gone we received a few updates, which was nice and reassuring, and when we got home our dogs were tired and happy! Geoffery had taken them on so many walks and made sure all their needs were met. We will definitely request to book again for our next family wedding!”

About: I have been a dog lover since getting my first dog at age 8. One of the coolest things that I have done is volunteered as a K-9 handler on a local search and rescue team. I have been accepted into an Ivy League university and plan to start the journey to get my bachelors degree this fall. I am currently working remotely in The Village at Hendrix and can usually arrange my schedule any day of the week to care for your pets' needs. Your dog is as safe as can be in your home or in my care. I will alert you if any problems arise and will give you updates, as needed.
