I had Alicia watch Gracie (my extremely timid 3.5 month old jack Russell) over the weekend while I was at work and not only did Gracie come home tuckered out, she was always so happy - wagging her tail and relaxing - whenever I’d come to pick her up. So it was very easy to tell that she had a good time and wasn’t in a rush to go home. Which if you’re like me and your pup is basically your child, you know how great and important that feeling is because you want your baby to be safe AND also NOT be miserable lol. So I really appreciate Alicia’s warmth and the fun atmosphere she provided because it really pulled Gracie out of her shell - and for that I’m so excited and grateful! I am a former zookeeper and biologist who recently became a fulltime behaviorist and sitter. I have two degrees in biology and psychology, as well as certifications for fear free animal handling and positive reinforcment animal training. They also kept me posted and at ease with some periodic photos and videos. Should I need a sitter in the future, I would not look anywhere else but to them. They were exceptional and asked for a lot of good information to make sure Greyson was well taken care of and comfortable for the duration of his stay.”
