About: Hi! I’m a huge dog lover with over 5 years of experience in dog walking and pet sitting. I’ve cared for dogs with all kinds of personalities, and I genuinely love getting to know each dog and making sure they feel happy, safe, and comfortable. I’m also very comfortable with dogs who aren’t necessarily the biggest fans of other dogs or people. My own dog is reactive, so I’m used to being patient, paying attention to body language, avoiding situations that may overwhelm a dog, and giving them the space they need. Because of this, I understand that every dog is different and that some pups need a little extra patience and care. I’ve mainly done dog walking and sitting in clients’ homes since I’m unable to board dogs at my own house due to my dog’s reactivity. I’m reliable, responsible, and will treat your dog like they’re my own. Most importantly, I absolutely LOVE dogs and would be so excited to spend time with yours! 🐶❤️ I’m currently a college student at FIU, but I have a pretty flexible class schedule. I have two classes on Monday and Wednesday, one class on Tuesday and Thursday, and no classes on Fridays or throughout the weekend. Because of this, I’m at my apartment often and have plenty of time to dedicate to pet care. I also have my car here, so I am able to easily commute to different locations. I’m also a very active person and love going on walks, so taking a dog on longer walks is something I would genuinely enjoy. I live right near campus, and there is a grassy area directly below my apartment where people regularly take their dogs out, which makes quick potty breaks really convenient. I also have one roommate who loves dogs, so your pup would definitely be welcomed and cared for while they’re with me! I’m happy to work pet care into my schedule and make sure each dog gets the attention, exercise, and care they need. Whether I’m caring for a pet in my home or in a client’s home, I treat every dog with the same love, respect, and attention that I would give my own. I have a genuine passion for animals and want every dog in my care to feel safe, comfortable, and loved. I always make sure to follow the owner’s instructions and their dog’s usual routine as closely as possible. I’m also very attentive to each dog’s behavior and needs, especially because I have experience with dogs who may be nervous or reactive. If I ever have any concerns about a pet, I will communicate them to the owner right away. My goal is always to provide a safe, positive environment and make sure the dog is happy and well cared for.

About: I have had dogs and cats my entire life and have taken care of senior pets as well. I love interacting with them and understanding the way they socialize with us, they bring pure joy to me and nothing makes me happier than knowing that they are taken care of and happy I have plenty of time, I’m currently not employed and would love to use my time in what I truly enjoy which is taking care of pets I take well care of pets in my own home or the clients home, making sure they have everything they need and ensure the environment is safe for them

About: Currently grieving my fur baby Wilfred and looking to pet sit to feel some light again without commitment. My family is made up of very well known veterinarians in Nicaragua. Our bloodline has always provided animal care for different pets such as horses, chickens , geese, cats , goats and cows. About: Caring for pets isn't new to me. I'm the go-to pet sitter for a few of my best friends whenever they travel, and I've cared for everything from energetic young dogs to senior pups who require extra patience, medications, vitamins, and special care. I know every pet thrives on consistency, so I always ask for detailed instructions about feeding schedules, walks, medications, favorite toys, sleeping habits, and any little quirks that help them feel safe and comfortable while their family is away. After more than 20 years in the corporate world, including over 13 years in Human Resources, I recently decided to take a career break and slow things down a little while I figure out what’s next. It’s given me something I haven’t had much of in my career — flexibility. My schedule is very open, which means I’m able to dedicate plenty of time and attention to the pets I’m caring for. I’m not rushing in and out between a full-time job or trying to squeeze pet care into an already busy schedule. I can work around their normal routines and be there for the walks, playtime, meals, medications, or simply the company they’re used to having. I’m starting locally because I’ve been caring for friends’ and family members’ pets for years and would love to continue doing something I genuinely enjoy while building my Rover experience. I’m also hoping to eventually combine pet sitting with my love of travel, so this feels like a really fun new chapter for me. If your pet has a specific schedule or needs someone who can be flexible, I’m happy to work around their routine. And if plans change or something unexpected comes up, I have the flexibility to adjust without it becoming a problem I can’t care for pets in my own home because pets aren’t allowed in my apartment, so I primarily offer care in your home. (My own pets live with my brother, so we have what you would call “joint custody” haha. I’m the auntie who visits any chance she gets and also the sitter whenever my brother is out of town.) Although I’m new to Rover, caring for pets and being responsible for someone else’s home is certainly not new to me. When I’m staying in their homes, I treat it with the same respect and care I would give my own. I’m tidy, respectful of your space, and mindful of your home and belongings. I’m also BIG on routine. Before you leave, I want/NEED to know detailed instructions on how things normally work for your pet — feeding times and portions, walks, medications or vitamins, bedtime, favorite treats, where they like to sleep, and all those little quirks that make them them. Show me their routine, and I’ll do my best to keep things as normal as possible while you’re away. Because I’m taking a career break, I have the flexibility to spend real quality time with your pets. Whether they love long walks, playtime, cuddles on the couch, or simply having someone nearby, I’m happy to keep them company throughout the day rather than just stopping in to feed them. I’ll also send regular photos and updates so you know how they’re doing and can actually enjoy your time away knowing they’re safe, comfortable, and in good hands :)

About: I’ve taken care of dogs mostly for many years since we have one in the family. Animals tend to like being around me and I’m open to any pet care. I can be available anytime, I don’t prefer many weekends but I can make it work. I can be full-time or part-time for this role. I have a fenced backyard and a vet nearby for any emergencies. I have prior pet knowledge to care for the animal in any situation.

About: I’ve taken care of animals since I was 13. I have experience taking care of dogs, cats, kittens, and even hamsters! I have a dog named Marley and a cat named Kitty (very creative, I know). I’ve volunteered at the Miami-Dade animal shelter and I am currently fostering a cat and her four kittens. As of right now, I am on summer break until August 25 so my schedule is flexible. Just reach out so we can find a day and time that works best for both of us. Keeping your fur baby safe and comfortable is a top priority for me. About: I’ve been around dogs and owned dogs since the age of 3. I currently have 3 dogs in my home that are all fixed and super friendly. 1 small Pom and 1 médium frienchie and 1 small frienchie. I am glad to have your baby in my hands with comfort and love. I am part time so I do have plenty of time. I do have school in the morning for only two days of the week. I have a fenced yard with a pool. I do take out my dogs out and walk them most of the day. Always have water for them, feed them twice a day and also have pee pee pads for them inside.
