I stick closely to their usual routines (feeding, walks, medication, etc.) to minimize stress and help them adjust smoothly. I never leave pets unattended for long periods and always ensure they’re in a secure, supervised space. I also send regular photo and video updates so pet parents know their furry friend is happy and in good hands.

About: You know that person at the party who prefers to hang out with the dog in the corner? Well, she makes the perfect dog sitter. I have had the priviledge to take care of many breeds and sizes over the years - while I'm particularly fond of the large and extra large gentle giants, it brings me joy to take care of any loving dog. I personally have two dogs with their own sets of challenges: one is a 95-pound old lady with hip issues, who I often have to help into the car or onto the couch; the other is a very reactive dog who I have to be extra careful with on walks. I can't wait to get to take care of your dog(s) - I know the toll it takes to trust a stranger with your furry loved one and I will care for them as fiercly as I care for my own. I am lucky to have a flexible enough full-time job that I can take care of dogs when I don't have any meetings. With enough notice, I can easily schedule around your needs. I believe that a dog tells us their boundaries. If you feel your dog needs to be left in their crate or does better hanging out on the couch when they are alone, I will make sure to follow your strict instructions.

About: I got my first family dog when I was 7 and have been helplessly in love since then. I continued to have pets throughout the rest of my childhood until I moved out (a pesky lease is all that's stopping me from having one now). I've been dog/house sitting for various people since my early teen years and currently have regular house holds I sit for to this day. I've worked with puppies and seniors (around 4 months-17 years), sizes small and large (about 2-190lbs), multiple dogs, and those with extra care needs (medicine, diet, behavior, and vet care). I am currently in a positive position to be an active companion to your fur family without any other regular and / or long commitments. *Please note: unfortunately I am allergic to cats and can do drop ins but am not able to sit. I will love them for a couple days but you will love them their whole life and I aspire to reflect that. You know what's best! I have a bunch of tools in my tool belt but I will always defer to you. I also aim to respect any freedom you give me. I have a wide range of basic knowledge but can/will do my research into breed specific care if applicable. Pound puppies have my whole heart so I understand each dog has their own unique needs. I keep a clean house and always keep your dogs in sight at bare minimum. I take note of the weather, temperature, time, potty breaks, and overall day to day play by play.
