About: Hi! My name is Sherleen and I love dogs and have always grown up with them. I had a childhood chihuahua that I took care of for over 15 years. I now have a malte poo and a pug that I’ve been raising for over 11 years since before they could be weaned from their mom. You can imagine the nights waking up to feed them like human babies! I’ve picked up doggie accidents that seemed like natural disasters and have groomed and bathed my dogs since having them. I’ve cared for dogs from shelters who have trust issues around humans, dogs with behavioral issues and health issues. This includes giving them routine medication around the clock, dedicating time to gaining trust, or as simple as them needing help cleaning themselves after using the restroom. I own 2 Brachycephalic dogs so I also understand the attention those breeds require. Personally, my pug is allergic to fleas and ticks so my house and yard are flea and tick free for her safety! I am a college student who’s doing classes online this summer and can 100% dedicate attention and care. Dogs are our babies and deserve nothing less! I currently work with students as an orchestra tutor and a coach working with students ranging of ages. I work around schedules for students and I can do the same for people needing pet sitting! As a school district worker I am required to do background checks and fingerprints to be a teacher, I understand having a stranger take care of your dog can be stressful but with this knowledge I hope I can ease some of your minds. As a dog owner it’s only essential to give your dog attention, interaction and above all, patience. Dogs like playing, walking or just chilling with their owners and those things vary between dogs! Some have way more energy than other dogs and it’s important to know what they need especially since they can’t talk for themselves. In my household I have a yard that my dogs stay outside for the majority of the day. When bringing in new dogs, I will keep your dog/s indoors and take care of their needs at all times with me so in the case they’re not used to other pups I have a barrier.

I currently have a very flexible schedule, which allows me to give pets lots of time, attention, and consistency throughout the day. I’m available for morning, midday, and evening visits, as well as overnight care if needed. I do occasionally care for other pets, but I’m very mindful with my scheduling to make sure every animal gets the time, care, and routine they deserve. I have a fenced backyard and a sweet cat and dog who will keep your furbaby company. I keep a clean house for your cat or dog to relax and have plenty of pet toys to offer to keep your furbaby entertained. I have doggy gates to install if the pets need to be separated for if needed. I have extra bowls and beds for your furbaby to choose from. Your furbaby will be treated with so much love and care!

About: My family has run a dog grooming business my whole life so We usually offer dog boarding to clients so I thought I’d use rover as well. We have five dogs and a cat so pet care is part of our everyday life it’s honestly not much of a hassle to add an extra bowl/ take out an extra animal when you’re already doing it. We let the animals run free in the backyard since it’s fenced in and leave the back door open and dining area floor clean since we have puppies, with the rest of the house fenced off by a baby gate. Then at night all of our animals sleep in kennels. Personally I don’t trust new animals to not run away from me and keep the leash on for potty breaks in any environment besides our fenced in backyard. I also take them out plenty and play with them of course and to run around. If our animals don’t get along at first I’ll let them out in turns and keeping them separated is not a problem at my house since we have a reserved area for boarding in a different room from the house where our animals kennels are to sleep.

About: I’ve had dogs since I was 11. I’ve fed, walked, hiked, groomed, and have been the primary caretaker of my dogs. In addition, I have pet sat my friends dogs and cats for the last 7 years. I work full time and go to school part time. I love running and long walks, especially with a furry companion. Pet care is always a part of my life I have a fenced in yard with coyote fence rollers and a nice side yard that is made up mostly of grass so my dogs have plenty of room to run around.
