As an animal lover, and an owner of two large dogs and one very small cat, I am very passionate about ensuring that animals not only have their needs met but also feel safe and happy. I've had my oldest dog since she was 2-months old, so I am experienced in raising puppies. My approach to puppies is a positive reward one, and that is how I trained my dog when she was little. She picked up potty training and walking on a leash very quickly with this method. I also have a rescue dog I adopted when she was a year and a half. She has some trauma and came to me with lots of kennel stress and a distrust for men. I am experienced with "difficult" or reactive dogs thanks to her! She is the sweetest dog at home but becomes reactive on dog walks and I am working with trainers to help. Again, I prefer a positive reward approach and patience with all animals. Safety is my number one concern! I am very aware of what body language is threatening to dogs and how to best go about things so both myself and the dog feels safe. I prefer not to do on leash greetings, unless specified otherwise, and am good at getting positive engagement from dogs.

About: Since the age of 10, I have been lovingly caring for all dogs and other pets (cats, hamsters, birds and fish). Neighbors, friends and family members trust me and are happy that I walk, feed and bathe their pets I am a housewife, sometimes I work remotely or at home as a florist. About: I’ve cared for my two senior dogs who are blind and had mobility issues. Your pets will be treated like mine with gentleness and patience for whatever condition they have. Am familiar caring for those with diabetes, seizures, and are leash reactive. I have a car and can do drop-in visits or house sitting any day of the week. I do stay overnight during house sits and when I am away it is for a few hours. My apartment has plenty of space for running around! I care for pets in my clients home by making sure all doors/fences are locked and secure. I know how to use a glucose monitor for those with diabetes and how to inject insulin. I know how to ease your pet when they have a seizure episode and will record their episode for your record keeping.
