“Kelly and Maurice took such wonderful care of our little Jayda that I was worried she would not want to come home! Would leave any of our babies with them without hesitation. Got lots of photos and videos and excellent communication. THANK YOU so much G Family!”

“Bianca is awesome! Simply the best! I will be leaving my dog here all the time! Bianca sent updates and pictures for me everyday.I was a bit nervous about leaving my dog because this is the first time in a long time I had to leave my dog because I was going out of town on a business trip. Bianca assured me my dog was in great hands! Truly my dog was in great hands! My dog made herself at home, had a wonderful time, and made some new friends! Bianca is a nice person and I can tell she cares about the dogs she watches and has a ton of experience taking care of dogs! I highly recommend Bianca to care for any dog!”
“Lori is always so considerate of owners and shares pictures, videos, and frequent updates or our pets. We will continue to use her services, as she is an amazing caregiver!”

“Denise was absolutely fantastic. Our dog Winnie had a blast with her doggo. Denise was very responsive to any messages, sent daily pictures, and overall was great. Will definitely use her again for boarding as we travel!”

“Elizabeth is attentive to Maddie. She communicates with me daily about and sends photos. I highly recommend Elizabeth if you are looking for a personable, loving, caring and attentive sitter. Elizabeth is a gem.”

“WE WERE TURNED AWAY BY SOOOO MANY SITTERS... I checked the schedule of every sitter before making contact to ensure that they were available. I made contact with at least 10 sitters and got "I'm out of town" or no response at all. The issue was my dog was asked not to return to a commercial kennel "Muddy Paws." There was no violence or aggressive behavior, just anxiety shown by barking, howling, tipping food, and water. But all of this is in Ash's bio, and finally, someone was real enough to tell me. "After reading your dogs bio, I don't feel comfortable with him." So I gave up and started to cancel a much needed family vacation. Then I got a small sign and tried Lindsay. She was the only one who asked, "What happened at Muddy Paws?". From there, we exchanged texts, and she asked if we could have a meet and greet that day. We had a wonderful meet and greet, and she took Ash for our vacation. And from there, we were thoroughly impressed. We got pictures, videos, and text messages. My wife actually got a little jealous due to how comfortable Ash looked and smiled in every picture. Plus, he found a new best friend in her dog, Remi. Now, if you are curious to know how Ash did, I highly recommend you ask Lindsay. She even went as far as to write something the other sitters could read that would educate them on Ash's behavior. And we appreciate that so much. BUT AS LONG AS LINDSAY IS A SITTER, ASH DOES NOT HAVE ANY OTHER SITTERS. THANKS YOU, Lindsay, from the entire Jones family.”

“Laura was awesome! Chacco had a blast during his weekend sleepover and loved hanging out with the other pups. She took great care of him, and I felt totally at ease knowing he was in good hands. He came home happy and tired—always a good sign! Definitely booking with her again.”

“Perfect sitter for our furbaby! She took special care of Him! You can tell she really loves dogs. Her attention to detail especially towards our senior dog was greatly appreciated. He felt like it was his home away from home, evidenced by the way he did not want to leave lol. We will indeed be a repeat customer and would highly recommend Monica for your furbaby as well.”

“We’ve used Lynette and Vincent several times over the last year or so and really appreciate how well they take care of out pup-the communicate seamlessly and our dog always has so much fun visiting with them.”

“Nikki is absolutely amazing. My dog is very nervous around people, she did not rush him. Initially, I reached out to have her handle some dinners a couple of times a year but then I had an unexpected death in the family that required me to go out of town for seven days. She was wonderful working around my schedule. We received multiple updates showing how happy he is hanging with her family and dogs. This meant the world to us knowing he was is such good hands.”

“This was my first time using rover. My puppy Baxter is only 12 weeks old and I was super nervous about leaving him with someone who is not family. I messaged Jen and she got back to me immediately. She was very receptive of his schedule and needs. Puppy’s are a lot of work and she has done amazing with him. I get frequent pictures and updates. She has taken him on walks, and she makes sure he is well exercised. She really does love and care for him like he is her own! I would recommend Jen to anyone who is Leary about dropping their pets off with someone they have never met before. I am so thankful to be able to leave him with confidence. If I ever need to have a pet sitter in the future it will be Jen!”

“Michelle was fantastic with our pup! He had so much fun playing with her sweet dog and friends, and she sent us pictures throughout his stay so we could see how happy he was! She was great at arranging pickup and drop off, to make sure it worked with our schedule too. Will definitely be rebooking when we need.”

“Aleah was great with our senior pup. She sent photos and communicated wonderfully. The house is clean and dogs are super friendly! We will be booking again! Thanks again!”

“Lilian was very professional and courteous with me and my puppy as it was her first time away! She was also as nurturing and loving as I would have been which made me feel at ease. I loved all of the regular updates and pics. The whole petsitting process a 5 star experience for sure! Highly recommend to any pet parent!!”

“Excellent!!!! I was very impressed with LaTarsha!!! From the first hour of dropping off my dog, received photos and videos on how he was doing the entire time! This made me feel comfortable especially since this was his first time away from us. I can’t put into words how thankful to have found such a loving and caring person to take care of our dog!!!”

“Brittany and family were amazing with our pups! Daily status updates with pictures and on everyone I can just tell they had a blast. Will DEFINITELY be booking again!!”
“We are very pleased with Shuling as she is very friendly and easy to work with. Our dog gets excited when we arrive at her house. Leia runs to her front door without even looking back to see where we are.”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Sunderland
Bianca was very accommodating of our changing schedule, due to the weather, and did a great job calming down two dogs that don’t stay outside of their home. Before I even left her house our Chihuahua seemed comfortable with Bianca holding her. She is typically nervous around strangers and takes time to warm up to them.

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
