2. Barbara P.
“Barbara is currently sitting for my dogs, I am still out of town. I will leave another review once I am home. I am trying to figure out how to leave a tip, because she goes way above and beyond. For all of the work and help she is doing for my dogs while I am gone is incredible, so I just want to throw her a tip because she more than deserves it.”
3. Crystal A.
“Thank you so much for all you've done for my 3 babies, built so much trust in a short period of time and taking good care of them for them to feel comfortable enough to have play time. Really appreciate all you've done for me and my fur babies!”
4. Selena I.
“Selena is an exceptional choice for your pet-sitting needs! From the very first time she cared for my dogs, I knew I’d be a repeat customer. Not only did she clean up my dog after a muddy play session (and the mess he tracked into the house), but she also went above and beyond to ensure each of my pets received the individualized care they needed. Selena expertly managed their special diets and administered multiple medications on a strict schedule without missing a beat. My pets absolutely adore her, and her attention to detail and genuine love for animals make her a standout caregiver! Tanya G.”
5. Tatiana P.
“Thank you for this opportunity to help Tatiana. Tatiana is a kind hearted person not only to people but to pets. Although she is shy, she seems to bond very well with animals. I think they feel her kind nature and that is great to see. I would trust Tatiana to watch my pets for long periods of time and know that they were safe with her.”

Currently, I have a dachshund puppy that I’ve successfully trained myself, which has given me firsthand knowledge of puppy care, training, and understanding a dog’s needs. Whether it’s playtime, walks, or ensuring your pet feels loved and safe, I’m here to help I work part time Monday through Friday however am available before 1 PM and also available after 5 PM. I’m completely free on weekends and happy to accommodate a flexible schedule if given advance notice. I’m committed to making sure your pets get the care they need when you need it! Safety and trust are my top priorities when it comes to caring for pets. I’ve crate-trained my dachshund puppy to ensure he feels secure and has a safe space to rest. Whenever he’s outside, he’s always supervised to keep him safe and happy. I treat every pet like my own, providing a loving, secure, and attentive environment they can thrive in.

“Kaleb is the most endearing and caring animal lover! He has always showed great compassion and love for his own pets and well as others. He has grown up with pets all his life and always been an amazing pet “parent” or caretaker. You can put your full trust in him when it comes to your fur babies.”
11. Angelita A.
About: I’ve grown up around dogs my whole life. I mostly grew up around German Shepards and miniature Dobermans. I have two dogs of my own named Milo and Bear. I adopted Milo when he was a little less than a year from the pound. I got Bear just 6 months later from someone who couldn’t keep him. I love dogs and want to help take care of your pets! I am a stay at home mom and I also work from home. Working from home gives me flexibility to be able to be there for your pets. In my home or your home your pets safety and well being is my top priority. I will treat your pets with the same love l treat mine with. I believe pictures and videos are important to provide to show you how your pet is doing. I also send updates about your pets like what they’ve been up to and if I have concerns I definitely would let you know. I do live in a one bedroom apartment but I have a front yard I can take your dogs out for fresh air and to use the bathroom.
12. Samantha M.
“Samantha did such a wonderful job taking care of our cats while we were away. She was communicative and sent pictures and updates each day. We appreciated her willingness to go the extra mile and make sure they were inside before dark. We knew our babies were in good hands!”
13. Wendi R.
“Wendi is amazing! By far, the best pup sitter we have used! She always gives us detailed accounts of how our dogs enjoyed the visit, along with tons of pics! She always goes above and beyond, often spending more time with our dogs than her scheduled thirty minute visit. We trust her in our home and with our pups, and she is simply the greatest, can’t say enough positive things!”

About: Lifelong pet owner and animal lover with 2 years of experience as pet sitter. Provide safe, nurturing care for dogs and cats. Friendly and trustworthy, putting pets and their people at ease with reliable, conscientious care. I recently relocated from North Carolina to Bakersfield and find myself with plenty of free time as I transition between jobs. Currently, I walk my mom's dog three times a day and genuinely enjoy the companionship. It dawned on me that extending my services to walking and caring for other people's dogs through Rover would not only be a great way to meet new people but also earn some extra income. Even once I secure a new job, my commitment to providing excellent pet care services through Rover remains strong, as my passion for animals is unwavering. In my client's home, I prioritize the well-being and happiness of the pets under my care. I create a comfortable and safe environment, ensuring they have access to food, water, and any necessary medications. Regular exercise and playtime are essential, whether it's a leisurely walk around the neighborhood or a fun game of fetch in the backyard. I also maintain open communication with the pet owners to address any specific needs or preferences their pets may have. Additionally, I provide lots of love and attention, treating each pet as if they were my own, to ensure they feel secure and content while in my care.
15. Sara G.
About: I have loved taking care of dogs since I was a little girl. Much of my experience comes from taking care of my own dogs. I love all types of dogs. First dogs I fell in love with were 2 big dogs, a German Shepard and a mixed retriever. I loved the responsibility of taking care of them. As the years went by my big dogs needed a big space and I had to let them go. I knew from then on that taking care of dogs was going to be a passion. I have so much love for these beautiful dogs I've had the privilege to take care for. I’ve taken care of dogs of every kind. From neighbors, friends, and family. They have relied on me to walk, feed and bathe their pets. I’m currently working part-time, so I’ll have plenty of time to play with your pups! I’m available for boarding, walks, and drop-in visits on weekends and weekdays. I have a fenced yard and two friendly dogs to keep your fur baby company. I can also easily keep my dogs in the garage if your pup is not comfortable around other dogs.
16. Ashlyn R.
“Second time Ashlyn has helped us out with our fur babies and she did great! I’m so grateful Rylee and Fig are able to have a familiar face pop in whether it be a longer visit or just a quick drop in so they don’t feel alone. Thanks again, Ashlyn! Cant wait to work with her again.”

18. Heidi M.
“Heidi took good care of my dog. Guala has just gotten spayed and I needed someone to watch her while I left town, Heidi watched her and gave her medicine. She updated me with messages and pictures, and my baby looked so happy. Her house was clean and looked safe for my dog. She is the most trustful person to leave your pets with. I am so happy with the care that she provide and now I know who to leave her with next time.”
19. Kimberly P.
About: I’ve taken care of all kinds of animals from dogs to rabbits. I have been a huge animal lover since I was a kid. I had a friend once joke and say that my pets had better health insurance than her because of how much I loved and cared for my pets. Clients, friends and family always ask me first if I can take care of their pets when they are gone. I am always reliable and love their pets as my own. I will let your dogs out for potty breaks in between my day at work. They will get unconditional love and attention. My best friend is my pug. My fur babies are my children and will treat your pet the same way. I’m self employed running my own business that has busy days and slow days. If I am responsible for the care of someone’s animals I will make sure to schedule around their care. Potty breaks, food and attention will be considered first. I am a very easy going and responsible person. I have a fenced yard and a doggy door. My pug is the biggest social butterfly and welcomes anyone who comes in our home including cats. She was raised with cats so she loves them like they are her people. Haha She loves to have new doggy friends too. I spoil her like crazy so your pet will be given the same attention and care. I take their safety very seriously. If you have rules for your pet in your home I will abide by those rules.
