I'm currently only volunteering a couple of days every other week at MARE riding center and am hoping to pet-sit full time eventually. I can work weekends and holidays.

I am unable to bring clients pets into my own house because my animals are reactive, but when taking of pets in the clients home I would start by letting the animal get to know me while the owner is present. Once a level of trust is established, I will then check out the areas where I will be with the pet and ensure I know where food, toys, and leashes are kept. After that, I will ask the owner if there is anything else I need to be aware of in order to best care for their furbaby.

I have owned cats and dogs since I was nine and once looked after 10 dogs for a family friend. I have also been a dedicated volunteer at MARE riding center since early 2024.
