About: I work in the veterinary field as an assistant and am also Fear Free certified. This means I am trained to handle my patients using techniques to reduce their fear, stress and anxiety. I'm very knowledgeable and experience in veterinary medicine, as well as years of pet sitting. I am comfortable administering medications, nail trimming, ear cleanings and following any other routines you may have for your pet! My job gives me the opportunity to care for people's pets on a regular basis. I do work different shifts at my job, however I do know my schedule a month ahead of time which makes it easier for me to let you know when I would be available for drop ins. I do also have 3 cats and a bearded dragon of my own at home. My cats are a big priority for me at home. One of my cats is on a special diet and another gets medications twice daily. They all receive routine veterinary care and lots of love from both of us. We do not allow other's pets in our home as we have to consider the stress level of our own cats. However, I have many references of those who have trusted me in their own home to take care of their animals. You'll never have to worry about me leaving a mess or neglecting your pet's needs, we will always be in touch while they are under your care. Please feel free to ask for photos or videos to make sure they are doing well!

“It was so great to have Joe as a sitter for our pups while we were out of town. He understood that the dogs were not use to being alone over night and was very flexible. We hope to have Joe back in the very near future!”

About: 20 plus years experienced caretaker. I've rescued, fostered and adopted senior pets, pregnant mamas, puppies and the like. I have experience with walks, overnights, administering meds, wound care and of course snuggles. I work a pretty flexible part time schedule of afternoon and early evening hours a few days a week that allows me to schedule visits as needed to accommodate your pets schedule. However I am instructed to do so by the owner. In my home, I have a fenced in yard, there is also a dog park in the community. I have animal crates if needed. Large and small depending upon what is needed. I also have a silly dog of my own at home as a companion.

“Lauren was very communicative and responsive for our entire vacation. She went above and beyond to make sure Forest had what he needed and even got him out on some nice long walks. She also made sure things around the house were taken care and even took a few additional requests with ease. I would absolutely book again and highly recommend to anyone else who needs loyal and proper care for their furry friends.”

About: As a child we always had dogs at home and when I was 12 we had Chow Chows who had 3 litters of the fluffiest puppies you've ever seen and it was my job to take care of them after school, feeding them and then cleaning them up and playing with them until they were tired out! I've been taking care of animals ever since and really enjoy spoiling pets ❤️ my own dogs as an adult have all been adult male Pitbulls and currently an American Bully so I'm not intimidated by bigger powerful breeds at all ☺️ I love a big dog! I am a digital nomad with 24-7 availability as long as you have wifi! Most days I dont even need to leave, if I do have appointments or errands I am only out for a few hours at a time which is great for pets with separation anxiety or dogs that need to be crated because I'm never gone for long! I can provide all basic pet care needs for your cat, dog or small animal including food, fresh water, letting pets out, litter box maintenance, medications and ALL THE TREATS! ☺️ I also love to snuggle and hang out with animals and I love a nice walk or a trip to the park 😊

About: I am a college sophomore on the pre-veterinary track. I have extensive animal experience, including, but not limited to, giving medications to special needs and elderly dogs. I have worked with animals with all different temperaments and am able to work with each one at the level that they are comfortable with. I won't just watch your pup. I will make sure that they are happy and exercised! I will maintain communication and provide regular updates to assure you and your family that your pets are doing great! I'm currently working part-time but will start working full-time at the end of June. I will still have lots of time around my work schedule to make sure that your pet is getting all the love and attention it deserves! When I care for pets in their own home, I keep everything as close to their normal routine as possible. This helps reduce stress and keeps them feeling secure. I always: - Follow your instructions carefully (feeding, walks, meds, etc.) - Keep your home tidy and clean up after pets - Provide companionship, cuddles, and playtime - Maintain their usual sleep, potty, and exercise habits - Bring in mail or water plants if needed - Send photos and updates so you know they’re doing great My goal is to make sure your pet feels safe, loved, and happy while you're away.
