About: I’ve had cats my entire life and a dog since I was ten. I’ve also been volunteering at animal shelters since the beginning of 2024! I have a calm energy which is great for putting anxious pets at ease. I have the most experience with small dogs but love dogs of all sizes! I have the most availability on weekends but I have no problem making weeknight visits to provide your pets with the care they deserve! I have my own car so transportation is not an issue. Pet safety whether out and about or in your home is my top priority! I am careful to observe animal body language so I can better know when to give a pet space or remove them from a distressing situation. I’ve cared for all kinds of breeds, from tiny Chihuahuas to giant Newfoundlands, and have experience with puppies as young as 3 weeks old as well as senior dogs up to 14 years old. I like to follow key safety precautions like using properly fitted leashes and harnesses, avoiding high-traffic or overstimulating areas when needed, checking gates and doors carefully, and always keeping a secure hold on pets when entering or exiting spaces. I also focus on building trust with each pet by moving at their pace, using calm and consistent body language, and allowing them to become comfortable with me before expecting too much interaction. I pay attention to their signals and respect their boundaries, which helps create a sense of safety and reliability. Over time, this helps pets feel more at ease with me, making walks and in home care smoother and more comfortable for them.

My schedule is open and flexible to your special needs. I will respect the rules of your home and adjust accordingly. My home is also my pets home sotheir needs are accommodated. They have there own creates, feeding stations and beds.
