About: I have been sitting for years and currently have two dogs of my own. Our older dog had ear cancer so I am familiar with how to care for sick dogs and how to give medicine and the treatments of such nature. I currently work during the work week so I am free most nights during the week do stop ins and then have much more open availability on the weekends! About: I have had pets since I was 4 years old! I love having pets in my home and making them a part of my family. My dog loves every dog she has ever met and loves to have a playmate! If you bring your pet to my house they will be treated like one of my family members! I work full time Monday-Friday 7:30-4, but my husband works from home and I am home all day during the weekends. My husband also loves dogs and has plenty of free time during his work day to take walks and give lots of love! I have a fenced in back yard with lots of room for running. We are on a cul de sac so there is very little traffic in my part of the neighborhood. My home also has several baby gates to make sure that your pet is safe if I have to leave them in the house for a short amount of time.

About: I grew up with all different kinds of animals as a child, and I had my own dog, which was a Yorkie. I know how to take care of dogs with disabilities and extreme anxiety as I dealt with that with my own dog. I genuinely love all dogs and I can’t wait to be able to have one of my own but for now dog sitting/dog boarding is just what fits with my life. I recently helped take care of a 6 month old puppy in the city even helping with training. I also took care of my roommates 2 Australian shepherds this summer (1 of them does not do well with other dogs at all) and so I had to be extremely careful when taking them on walks/keeping tight hold on the leash. I work from home every day of the week and I have pretty flexible hours and ample time to take care/walk dogs. I would love to have a dog in my own butt unfortunately, New York City is expensive and I thought this was a great way to interact with dogs without having to own one myself. I live right next to a park which I can take the dogs to multiple times per day. I’m also a morning person and love to go for runs and walks before work and if I have a dog staying with me, I would be more than happy to bring them with me.
