Isaac can sometimes feel stressed when separating from me in a new environment, but Matthew immediately knew how to help keep him calm and comfortable. He sent photos during the walk, recommended some great parks and dog-friendly walking areas around Rochester, and chose an excellent place for us to meet. You can tell he genuinely enjoys spending time with animals and pays attention to their individual needs and personalities. Overall this was a fantastic experience and I would absolutely trust Matthew with Isaac again in the future. I highly recommend Matthew for taking good care of people's pets.”

About: I have cared for everything from puppies to senior dogs as well as cats, small mammals (guinea pigs, hamsters, etc), and lizards. Each animal has such personality that I am excited to learn. During the school year (September-May) I am available evenings and weekends. During the summer (June-august) I have way more flexibility and can work with your needs. I unfortunately cannot take care of any fury animals in my home due to my family members allergies. However, I will follow whatever guidelines you may have.

About: I have taken care of dogs as large as an Italian Mastiff and as small as mini schnauzers. I am comfortable and confident with handling dogs of all temperaments. I currently go to college full time. I only have classes in the mornings, so my days are pretty open to spend time with dogs or take them on walks. About: HELLO! I have been taking care of all kinds of dogs from pups to senior pets who have special needs. I have done stuff like this ever since I was in middle school. I am very flexible with my time. I do have a cat allergy but that won’t stop me from that either! I’m always here to help you’re best friend 😊 Im very flexible with my schedule for a couple months! I can do early mornings to late nights. I’m always able to help with anything! I’m very detail oriented and need straightforward instructions in order to properly care for a pet. The more straightforward the instructions the better! I treat any pet as if they were my own. Maybe a chance to spoil with my special frozen pet friendly watermelon slush for the hot summer days? About: I have dog sat for a few families in the past, I lived on a farm for 18 years. I raised and worked with anything from small to large animals. I am a full time student and I have a flexible schedule to attend to and play with your pets! I have a reliable form of transportation for outdoor exercise or adventures! About: My husband and I have had dogs all of our lives! We recently lost our 140 lb. Bouvier des Flandres (Oscar) and our kids are missing having a pet! We are currently pet-less, non-smoking, clean home, looking to love a dog for the weekend or during the summer when we are off. We have a huge yard (2 acres) and can keep your pet on a leash or nearby while we play outside! We love walks and snuggles! We only watch non to low-shedding breeds. No aggressive dogs. We are currently working/at school - so weekends are it. Once school is out (June-August) we have all summer to watch your pup! We are also an active family, so if you need your dog walked, we can do it! We will keep a close eye on your pup. Our kids are super gentle and are the sweetest kids. Your dog will be our priority if they are here! We want you and your pet to feel at home. We have been dog lovers all of our lives and we used Rover with our last dog and know you want a trusting home - we get it! We don't currently have any other animals and will only take 1 dog at a time (unless from the same family).

About: I’ve cared for dogs and cats since I can remember. I’ve always had them in my home growing up and now I have a dog of my own. I also had smaller pets such as hamsters and gerbils as well as fish and hermit crabs. I love going for walks with pets or even spending time with them in your home so they feel comfortable. I work full time for the Rochester Public Schools as a Mental Health Practitioner, so I have summers off. My availability during the school year is weekdays I am available 4pm and after, and weekends I am wide open. Summertime I am available and free to fit you and your pet’s needs. I know how it feels to have something pop up last minute and have to stress on what to do with your pet, so I am more than happy to work with you on such short notice. Currently only accepting requests within the Kasson, Byron, Hayfield, Dodge Center area due to my kid’s daily schedules. I have two sweet boys, along with a cat. I know how different each dog’s personality and needs are, so I am happy to work with their routine and their comfort level. I like to make sure that there is as much normalcy for them as possible.
