About: I’ve been around animals almost my whole life and caring for them truly comes naturally to me. I currently have three cats of my own, but I also grew up with dogs starting at the age of 5 and have experience caring for pets of all sizes, personalities, and energy levels. I regularly help take care of friends’ and families cats and dogs as well, so I’m very comfortable working with animals outside of my own home! I’ve cared for senior dogs who need a slower pace and extra patience, as well as dogs with injuries who require close attention and gentle care. Whether your pet is playful and energetic or shy and laid back, I’ll always make sure they feel safe, loved, and cared for like they’re my own. I currently work full time between the hours of 8:30-4 with two days off during the week. I manage my own schedule so I am very flexible and can be wherever, whenever I am needed! I’m an early bird so I’m ready for any needs no matter the time of day: mornings, afternoons or evenings! I am also available and easily flexible on weeks, holidays or long vacations! In my own home, I have set routines for my fur babies. They get fed at the same time every morning and every, water is refreshed every day, and their litter box gets cleaned two times a day. This is the same when I help to take care of friends and families animals; they deserve as much care as my own do! I follow every instruction and maybe even take it a step further because I know that if those were my babies being taken care of, I would want the best care possible for them. I’m very good at sticking to set routines as my priority is always pets come first! I believe this is how every fur baby should be treated and make sure they are comfortable and set in their own homes.

About: I have always been around animals and have had pets my entire life, including cats, dogs, and even birds. I really enjoy taking care of all animals and providing excellent service. My family has a bird, two shih tzus, and a cat. I have frequently been around bigger breeds as well so I am comfortable with any-sized pet. I have experience walking other people's dogs and pet sitting for family and family friends. I am busy this summer preparing for college in the fall, but I wanted something that I care about to fill some of my free time. I am also saving up for college expenses. I would love to make pet sitting/walking a major part of my life. I would be able to watch pets at the owners' home. I will be able to watch them overnight, and or come over to check on them as well as taking walks and playing with them.

About: I have been doing pet sitting since I was a little kid in elementary school. Started mostly with cats before moving onto dogs as I got older. The last time I watched over dogs was just last fall for my friends shelties. I've owned several rodents over the years as well and currently babysit my bunny nieces and nephews when needed. Gerbils and hamsters are my expertise but can work with guinea pigs, rats, mice, ferrets, chinchillas, degus, or sugar gliders if an instruction list is given. My family has been adopting senior dogs since 2011 so I'm extremely aware of what needs to be done in their twilight years. Currently live with a sassy cocker spaniel named Poppy. I worked at a vets office for 8 years and am trained in pet first aid and CPR. I'm currently available all days of the week but that may change soon as I am looking for different employment as well. Will keep everyone posted with that. I can stay in the home or visit a few times a day, doesn't really matter to me. As long as there are instructions, I can make it work.

About: We (Sean and myself) welcome both dogs and cats! Many years of experience between the two of us. Love taking care of pets and just want them to have a safe and loving environment. We have two kids who are 8 and 4 and they love all animals. I work full time as a nurse but all shifts are at home. I am off on the weekends. My significant other, Sean, stays at home as well and we care for the animals together. I am there to walk and play with them. Feed and water them when they need it. Can take for frequent potty breaks. Also just want them to have fun!

About: I’ve cared for dogs and cats since I can remember. I’ve always had them in my home growing up and now I have a dog of my own. I also had smaller pets such as hamsters and gerbils as well as fish and hermit crabs. I love going for walks with pets or even spending time with them in your home so they feel comfortable. I work full time for the Rochester Public Schools as a Mental Health Practitioner, so I have summers off. My availability during the school year is weekdays I am available 4pm and after, and weekends I am wide open. Summertime I am available and free to fit you and your pet’s needs. I know how it feels to have something pop up last minute and have to stress on what to do with your pet, so I am more than happy to work with you on such short notice. Currently only accepting requests within the Kasson, Byron, Hayfield, Dodge Center area due to my kid’s daily schedules. I have two sweet boys, along with a cat. I know how different each dog’s personality and needs are, so I am happy to work with their routine and their comfort level. I like to make sure that there is as much normalcy for them as possible.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs & cats for 14 years and have done Rover for over two years with many repeat clients. I had to make a new account. Family members have relied on me to watch over their fur babies, take them on walks and give oral medication. I have had my own dog & cat. I’ve have experience with puppies, senior dogs, kittens & senior cats. I’m currently working full time on weekdays but weekends are open for me. I can do overnight on weekends and drop ins and walks. I always make sure we set up and introduction with your dog and/or cat so they can get comfortable with me. We never leave the house without a leash!! Your dog will always be leashes when going outside. I won’t let your dogs interact with other dogs (due to chance of injury to your fur baby) if you do want me to have your dogs interact with other dogs let me know and I can do that.

About: I'm a current veterinary technician student who has 3 fur babies of my own (one dog and two cats). As a full-time student, Rover is the perfect opportunity to supplement my income while gaining experience. I am comfortable with all dogs, including bully breeds and high energy ones deserves a happy and loving home. My pittie mix has separation anxiety and is reactive so I have experience with giving medications and working with dogs with behavior disorders. I will gladly watch any of your fur babies. Let's set up a time to chat! I'm currently a full-time vet tech student, so after classes I am fully available to help take care of your pets. About: My grandpa and I use to train dogs for dog sledding. I have many years experience taking care of and training dogs and other animals I love animals and have worked with many animals before. I have also trained or assisted in the training of several dogs through the years and can offer some obediance traininng. Any jobs taken will have my 100% attention! I am frequently willing to go above and beyond to make sure your furbaby has the best time. I am very flexible when it comes to the care of your pet. Being respectful of your home and making sure to clean up any mess that is made. I currently just work part time and have plenty of extra time to take to help others with their fur babies! Caring for animals is something I have always very much enjoyed and I learned from a young age how to respect a pets boundaries while caring for them as well as respecting the rules of the fur baby's parents. About: I have had pets my entire life and and continue to. I have watched pets for people for over 5 years and love and enjoy my time with all the different personalities and breeds. Patience and kindness always. I work with all of my clients to be sure your pets needs are being met and that you feel 100% that your fur-baby is being well cared for. I treat every pet as if they are my own. Giving them a reason to be excited when they see you. I will brush your pets upon request and sit on the floor to hang out on a more casual basis. About: I require any visiting pets to be vaccinated and on flea preventitive! I have trained many kinds of dogs for many different things! I have a service dog that I trained Bella! I also have a cat that is trained to sit, spin, and jump! I have experience with diabetic animals and with most animals in general! I work at a dog boarding facility. But I have a lot of time to hang out with pets! I'm happiest when I'm over there spending time with 6 dogs at a time lol it's so much fun! I don't have space to take more than 2 dogs at a time but someday I will! I am working on getting fencing for my yard! I only let 1 dog out on a lead at a time until I get my yard fenced. We go to the dog park most weeks for exercise but I will respect owners wishes! My dog Bella is crate trained and we can use it if needed!

About: I've grown up with dogs my entire life and I currently have a 7 year old, large breed dog. He comes with his own health related needs, including abnormal development of his hips and arthritis. This has allowed me to learn how to handle and care for dogs with similar issues, as well as be cautious and considerate of the needs of the animals I care for. I’ve volunteered at an animal shelter for several years, providing mostly socialization and walking of the pets. I work limited hours during the summer months, but typically am working 7:30-4:00pm during the end of August-May. With most of my summers off, I am looking to spend additional time during the day to play and care for your pet(s)! I have a Great Dane/mastiff mix and he is my whole world! About: I’ve raised my two adopted puppies and created a safe home for both of them. All the vet visits and training and spending time together on walks helped me learn a lot about them and allowed me to show them that humans can be kind. They have their own personalities and needs. The dog treadmill keeps their stress and anxiety levels low. I groom and trim their claws. I’ve been training my dogs day to day and it never stops amusing me how smart they are. I am currently working part-time and spending time with dogs helps time go by. Weekends are always open. Obviously there are chores to take care of the house but there is always time to tend to the furry friends. I cared for my dogs when they were sick following vets instructions to give certain medications to my dogs. Adopting a dog always comes with challenges and we have overcome many of them. At home I have four rooms and two floors and a fenced backyard. I have three crates and one giant crate. I only use them if I need to run an errand or take care of myself away from the dogs. I try to ventilate the house an much as possible, frequently clean the house and make sure that my pets stay safe, healthy and happy.

About: I've had pets since I was five years old, and have taken care of dogs for the last five years. I absolutely adore dogs and treat my own as a beloved (perhaps a bit spoiled) member of my family. I also have cared over the years for different pets in my neighborhood, and have been on Rover for over 5 years, working with multiple families and pets. About: I’ve cared for my own dogs as well as family, friends’, and neighbors’ pets for most of my life. People have trusted me to walk, feed, play with, bathe, and make sure their pets are taken out on time, and I take that responsibility very seriously. I know how special every fur baby is because I have one of my own, and I will treat your pets with the same love, care, and respect I give mine. Although I live in an apartment, I have access to multiple walking trails nearby along with several dog parks in the area, giving dogs plenty of opportunities for exercise, fresh air, and playtime. Your dog will also have one friendly playmate, my dog Izzy, to keep them company and help create a fun, comfortable experience. I will be spending more time at home while I am going though nursing school. Pet care is a fun job that will fit perfectly with my lifestyle. I have a very clean home considering I have a German Shepard! It’s very important to me that the hair or messes dogs make is also taken care of by me because that is part of a responsibility of a pet care taker.

About: I've taken care of and owned many types of animals in my life including but not limited to Dogs, Cats, Mini horse, turtles, geckos, bearded dragons, snakes, fish, guinea pigs, hamsters, rats, ferrets, birds, and rabbits. I love all animals and nature! I currently work a part time job and want to see where rover takes me. I'm available most days of the week any time of day mostly. However there may be a few days I'm only available for part of the day. I have 2 dogs one is 14lb and the other 22lbs. They are spoiled and love to play and will keep your pup company. I own 2 crates if needed. My dogs usually have 24/7 access to their food. However if needed during a stay if feedings are scheduled for a specific time this can be worked with as well.
