About: Relocated here from Iowa. Enjoy working with different dogs. Pet lover. I completed 6 months of Veterinarian Assistant classes online. Life happened and I had to take a pause. But I am thinking about going back and finish obtaining my associates degree in the field. About: Hey there! My name is Julie and I would love to hang out with your pets! I received my vet tech degree in 2018, and have been working with animals for over 10 years. I just graduated with my BS in Fisheries and Wildlife, but am looking to still work with companion animals in some capacity. I would love to do drop-in visits, take your dog for a walk, or stay with your pup (or kitty) while you’re on vacation! As a former vet tech (and a dog mom of 3 seniors) I’m super comfortable with specials needs pets, senior pets, and giving various medications. Feel free to reach out and we can discuss anything specific! Currently in-between fish and wildlife internships (with the next one starting in February), so I have unlimited availability. My calendar/availability is up to date, so check it out! I treat all pets like they’re my own, so making sure they’re taken care of properly is paramount to me. I make sure all needs are met and that everyone is left happy.
