About: I've grown up with dogs my entire life and I currently have a 8 year old, large breed dog. He comes with his own health related needs, including abnormal development of his hips and arthritis. This has allowed me to learn how to handle and care for dogs with similar issues, as well as be cautious and considerate of the needs of the animals I care for. I am able to follow special instructions and make sure I’m giving your pet the care they deserve. I’ve volunteered at an animal shelter for several years, providing mostly socialization and walking of the pets. I work limited hours during the summer months, but typically am working 7:30-4:00pm during the end of August-May. With most of my summers off, I am looking to spend additional time during the day to play and care for your pet(s)! I have a Great Dane/mastiff mix and he is my whole world! He has high standards for his care and knows it too. I will treat your pet just like I’d treat my own. I will do my best to make your pet feel comfortable and happy during their time with me!

About: When I was younger I started my own dog walking business, as of lately I thought about going back to my roots. Although I haven’t owned dogs throughout my life, I’ve definitely taken care of them for friends and family and I can promise you I will help meet the needs of your dog whatever they may be! I work as an RN, but have a lot of random weekdays and weekends off. I’m looking to stay busy this summer now that I’m not in school. I will respect the environment that I am in. About: My husband and I have had dogs all of our lives! We recently lost our 140 lb. Bouvier des Flandres (Oscar) and our kids are missing having a pet! We are currently pet-less, non-smoking, clean home, looking to love a dog for the weekend or during the summer when we are off. We have a huge yard (2 acres) and can keep your pet on a leash or nearby while we play outside! We love walks and snuggles! We prefer non-shedding breeds. No aggressive dogs. We are currently working/at school - so weekends are it. Once school is out (June-August) we have all summer to watch your pup! We are also an active family, so if you need your dog walked, we can do it! We will keep a close eye on your pup. Our kids are super gentle and are the sweetest kids. Your dog will be our priority if they are here! We want you and your pet to feel at home. We have been dog lovers all of our lives and we used Rover with our last dog and know you want a trusting home - we get it! We don't currently have any other animals and will only take 1 dog at a time (unless from the same family).

About: Hello! I have had dogs around me all my life. I’m currently a dog parent to two Chihuahua mix dogs, Bennie and Jet. Both are rescued and very sweet. I have assisted in training hunting dogs for my family and friends. I don’t have any professional experience, but I love dogs and I’m very good at making dogs feel safe and loved. I live in Rochester, MN and work a job that is Monday-Friday 8am-5pm in the office. If you have any questions or concerns please let me know. I would love to get to know you and your four legged family members!!! I typically work 9am-5pm at the office 3-4 days a week. In the mornings, I take my pups out to go potty and then they tend to come in and go back to bed. When I can I like to come home over my lunch to take them out and play a bit. In the evenings, we play outside if it’s nice and inside if not. My pups are free feeders so they eat when they are hungry and I just fill the bowl back up, this is typically 1/2-1 cup per day for my two chihuahuas. I’ve followed more routine feeding with my dogs in the past but this works best for mine now. My pups will cuddle on the couch with me until bedtime then they sleep in bed with me. I have a fenced in yard with trees for the pups to play in. Good side-walked neighborhood for walks. My house has stairs but I use baby gates for when senior or special needs pets visit. Lots of dog beds and blankets, all the blankets in my house belong to the pups lol.

About: I am finishing chiropractic school this December along with completing my animal chiropractic certification. Growing up with numerous pets allowed me to realize my passion I have for animals. I have worked at a boarding facility for dogs, cats, and exotics for three years. I also worked at a grooming salon for all sizes of dogs. Additionally, I have volunteered at a variety of humane societies including fostering for the past 12 years where I have worked with all behaviors and breeds of dogs. I have pet sat for different families over the past six years. These experiences have all included the duties of feeding, medicating, exercising, and making sure all needs of the animals are met. I strive to go above and beyond when caring for people's beloved pets. I currently am finishing up my last chiropractic internship M, W, and F that has a 2 hour lunch I can come over to let the dogs out while being off Tu, Th, and the weekends. We don’t have a fenced yard, but I love taking multiple walks with the dogs all depending on their regular activity level and willingness of course.

I, too, get lonely when my people are working their 9-5, so I'm hoping to fill some of my days off making your fur baby feel better when you can't be with them. Because I don't have set days I work, my schedule can vary, but I tend to have many weekdays available! Safety is my first priority! I want to keep your fur baby healthy and happy while you're away, so you can spend quality time together when you return! In my current living situation, I'm unfortunately unable to have pets. Please know that when I talk about "my pets," they are my family's pets that live with my parents. I do not have any pets in my current household. With that being said, if I am walking your dog, I require a supplied leash or harness and leash combo whether we are walking the neighborhood or your dog is hike-friendly. In your home, I will make sure to carefully open doors in/out of required spaces to ensure your fur baby does not go places they are not supposed to. I will also help get your baby back in their crate if desired!

About: I have always been around animals and have had pets my entire life, including cats, dogs, and even birds. I really enjoy taking care of all animals and providing excellent service. My family has a bird, two shih tzus, and a cat. I have frequently been around bigger breeds as well so I am comfortable with any-sized pet. I have experience walking other people's dogs and pet sitting for family and family friends. I am busy this summer preparing for college in the fall, but I wanted something that I care about to fill some of my free time. I am also saving up for college expenses. I would love to make pet sitting/walking a major part of my life. I would be able to watch pets at the owners' home. I will be able to watch them overnight, and or come over to check on them as well as taking walks and playing with them.
