I love all animals and nature! About: I've grown up around cats my whole life (literally, my parents had cats before kids). My teenage years were shaped by my three cats: Sammy, Valentine, and Shadow. Sammy was old and shy. Valentine was the cuddle baby. And, Shadow was a little spicy. With such varying personalities, I pride myself on reading cat body language. Additionally, my family found Shadow in our backyard as a kitten smaller than a pop can, so I am also familiar with young fur babies along with more seasoned seniors. About: My husband and I have had dogs all of our lives! We recently lost our 140 lb. Bouvier des Flandres (Oscar) and our kids are missing having a pet! We are currently pet-less, non-smoking, clean home, looking to love a dog for the weekend or during the summer when we are off. We have a huge yard (2 acres) and can keep your pet on a leash or nearby while we play outside! We love walks and snuggles! We prefer non-shedding breeds. No aggressive dogs. We are currently working/at school - so weekends are it. Once school is out (June-August) we have all summer to watch your pup! We are also an active family, so if you need your dog walked, we can do it! We will keep a close eye on your pup. Our kids are super gentle and are the sweetest kids. Your dog will be our priority if they are here! We want you and your pet to feel at home. About: Most of my experience from taking care of cats has come through adopting them as family pets. Like dogs, I have had a cat around the house my entire life. About: I work from home. I have a small backyard and a park nearby with a walking path. I have 3 children who are good around pets. We have one dog of our own who is a 70lb, 12 year old female. My experience comes from my own pets and checking on friend’s pets while they are away. I am available in the mornings before work, can be flexible about lunch and breaks to leave and check on pets and end my work day at 5 (Mon-Fri). If I go into work, it is often on a Wednesday and my parents come check on my dog while I am away for the day. My home: I have a fenced yard, 1 older dog, and gates in the house to keep the dogs on the main floor. I do not have a crate or dog toys. My dog prefers long walks, scratches and a good nap. My dog is a large poodle breed.

About: Relocated here from Iowa. Enjoy working with different dogs. Pet lover. I completed 6 months of Veterinarian Assistant classes online. Life happened and I had to take a pause. But I am thinking about going back and finish obtaining my associates degree in the field. So whether it be house sitting with the animals or simply doing some walking or activities, I don't mind and will enjoy my time with them. Its something I enjoy as one of my hobbies. I am available during the week days. Every other weekend I work night shift at this time. I enjoy play time with pets because they too have different personalities. Love Dogs. About: I require any visiting pets to be vaccinated and on flea preventitive! I have trained many kinds of dogs for many different things! I have a service dog that I trained Bella! I also have a cat that is trained to sit, spin, and jump! I have experience with diabetic animals and with most animals in general! I am educated on animal CPR and heimlich. I'm happiest when I'm spending time with 6 dogs at a time lol it's so much fun! I don't have space to take more than one large dog or 2 small dogs at a time but someday I will! With that being said, if I am walking your dog, I require a supplied leash or harness and leash combo whether we are walking the neighborhood or your dog is hike-friendly. In your home, I will make sure to carefully open doors in/out of required spaces to ensure your fur baby does not go places they are not supposed to. I will also help get your baby back in their crate if desired!

“What a great experience. Wullie, our 6-year old Labradoodle, enjoyed a 10-day vacation at Dondee’s house. When we arrived to Dondee’s home, Wullie jumped out of the car and never looked back. There was so much room to run, so many other animals to meet, he had a blast. Dondee sent us photos and videos of Wullie everyday showing him running in the fields, playing with other dogs, and having a great pet vacation. We will definitely book again!
