About: My husband and I have had dogs all of our lives! We recently lost our 140 lb. Bouvier des Flandres (Oscar) and our kids are missing having a pet! We are currently pet-less, non-smoking, clean home, looking to love a dog for the weekend or during the summer when we are off. We have a huge yard (2 acres) and can keep your pet on a leash or nearby while we play outside! We love walks and snuggles! We only watch non to low-shedding breeds. No aggressive dogs. We are currently working/at school - so weekends are it. Once school is out (June-August) we have all summer to watch your pup! We are also an active family, so if you need your dog walked, we can do it! We will keep a close eye on your pup. Our kids are super gentle and are the sweetest kids. Your dog will be our priority if they are here! We want you and your pet to feel at home. I'm a full time college student during the school year, during the summer I have a very flexible schedule and can watch your pets any day given at least a days notice. I always walk outside when the dogs are outside, even if they are on a leash or in a gated area. I also take them on frequent walks.

She sent daily updates, checked in about any concerns, and was very thoughtful when my dog didn’t want to eat the first day — which is normal for her in new environments. I also appreciated the time she took to have us come over beforehand so we could meet her and her dogs and make sure it was a good fit. She was responsive, caring, and clearly experienced with dogs. I felt very comfortable leaving my dog with her and would absolutely recommend her to others.”

“From the moment we entered the location on our initial meet and greet before actual booking, I got the sense that Mercy would fit in and feel at home. That was absolutely true! I definitely plan on booking Holly again in the future. Holly provided a space where Mercy was able to be herself at that first meeting. She had a kennel available for her, but I doubt she even used it. They stated "if she wants to sleep on our bed, that's where she'll sleep!" That warmed my heart and made me feel incredibly comfortable leaving Mercy with her family. However, they were happy to honor my suggestion of kenneling Mercy if there was no one at home since that is what we provide for Mercy at home. I have no doubt Mercy will willingly and joyfully return to Holly again!”
