“I really wanted to keep Brianna, but she communicates well when securing the job but her communication is hit or miss when sitting. Also, the last visit she was late and I asked for her to modify the visit to a drop in since she came late even after me asking for a cancelation. I still have not gotten half of my money back even after contacting Rover, which Brianna has nothing to do with. She was great with my pet and I appreciate that, but as a traveling fur mommy, communication is non negotiable and I still want my refund from Rover.”

About: I’ve always had a love for animals since a young age growing up my parents never allowed me to own a pet, so I found a passion for caring for others pets ! I have worked for family and friends with watching and grooming their pets and I’ve also watched babies and toddlers since middle school which I now would be in my 2nd year of college. One of our dogs, Daisy, is easily anxious, and Lori spent plenty of time with both pups and was there to comfort Daisy when a power flicker upset her. Our senior dog, Chico, requires insulin injections twice a day on a strict schedule, so having someone we can trust to manage his care is extremely important to us. Lori sent us documentation each time she gave Chico his insulin, along with regular updates on the dogs throughout her stay. Those updates gave us tremendous peace of mind and allowed us to relax and enjoy our time away knowing our pups were being well cared for. We came home to two happy, well-cared-for dogs and would absolutely be happy to have Lori stay with them again
Riley stayed with Dr. Teeth at our place for a few days over the holidays and she was wonderful. She very communicate, responsible, and respectful, she also made sure to send updates and pictures daily. She made great progress with our skittish baby in just a few days. We’re definitely going to use Riley again in the future and would recommend her to anyone especially the skittish babies out there.
Tamera did a great job caring for our pups while we were on vacation. She kept me updated the whole trip and made sure they were well cared for! Our house was just as we left it when we returned. One of our dogs hurt herself while we were gone and Tamera has continued to check on her.
