What meant the most to me was her kindness and flexibility during a very stressful time for me. I am currently in the hospital recovering from back surgery, and at the last minute my doctor told me I needed to stay another night. I reached out to Lori hoping it wouldn’t be a problem, and she immediately reassured me not to worry and that Frankie was perfectly fine staying another night.
