“Lori has been walking my dog for about a week while I am in a walking boot and she is so great! She is always on time and is very communicative. My dog absolutely loves her and has been anticipating her visits on the days she is scheduled (he starts looking out of the window when it is close to time for her to come).”

About: I’ve cared for animals since childhood and previously worked as a dog groomer. I’m now teaching my daughter how to responsibly care for pets, and she absolutely loves animals. Together, we’d be happy to treat your pet with the same love, attention, and care as our own. I work from home and homeschool my daughter so we will have plenty of time to care for your pet full time. Long walks along the beltline or local park is part of our daily routine. I provide a calm, safe, and clean environment where pets can feel comfortable and relaxed. I follow their normal routines as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, walks, and any special instructions. Pets get plenty of attention, supervision, and playtime throughout the day so they feel engaged and cared for, not stressed or alone. I make sure they always have fresh water, a comfortable resting space, and a low-stress atmosphere. I also limit exposure to any hazards and keep a close eye on behavior and wellbeing. My goal is for every pet to feel like they’re staying in a second home, not just being watched.

“Sherry is very reliable and was a huge help while I worked away from home. I was confident that I was leaving my dog in good care and she was great with communication. I highly recommend her!”

“Jessica is stellar! She takes great care of my little dog Tod. Punctual and replies quickly. Thorough in her walk card descriptions and and takes cute pics of the pets. Thanks Jessica!”

I am extremely timely and reliable. I am a mother to two wonderful children and a current stay at home mom. I have a flexible schedule with a strong routine. About: I've been caring for pets for over 10 years — dogs and cats belonging to friends and family who trust me completely, and that trust means everything to me. What makes my care different is that it's never one-size-fits-all. If your dog lives for walks, we walk. If they're all about the ball, we play. If they just want to curl up next to someone, I'm right there. Every pet gets care shaped around who they are, not a standard routine. My home is child-free and pet-free, so your baby isn't competing for attention — they are the focus of my entire day. And when you pick them up? They'll be freshly bathed, happy, and ready to go home. Baths are always on me. PLEASE NOTE: I can board up to 4 pets from the same family at one time, as the pets all know each other. I do not take multiple pets from different families to board at the same time. It's often stressful for the animals and I don't get to enjoy your pet if he is stressed out by strange animals. My home is child-free and animal-free, which means your pet gets a calm, quiet environment with zero stress from other animals and no chaotic energy. They are the sole focus of my day. For dogs: I follow your routine to the letter — feeding times, walk schedule, medications, treats, favorite spots. I ease new guests in gently because I know the first few hours matter most. If your dog loves walks, we walk. If they're a ball dog, we play. They get care shaped around who they are, not a generic routine. Every dog goes home with a complimentary bath so they're clean, happy, and ready to see you. For cats: I understand cats aren't small dogs — they need something completely different. I give them a safe, quiet space to settle in at their own pace, no forcing interaction. I read their cues — whether they want lap time, window watching, or just a calm human nearby. Litter box hygiene is spotless and non-negotiable. I'm very careful about doors, windows, and escape points so your indoor cat stays safely indoors. For all pets: I monitor eating and behavior closely and flag anything off straight away. You'll get regular photo and video updates — as many or as few as you'd like. I've been caring for pets for over 10 years for people who trust me like family, and I take that trust seriously. My goal is simple: your baby comes home calm, happy, and exactly themselves. I do have a fenced yard but do not allow dogs to go out alone unsupervised. I enjoy walking dogs and will keep the routine that you have with your dog. I only take cats and dogs at the same time from the same family. I will always confirm any animal is up to date with vaccines and flea treatments first.
“Bonnie was wonderful with our dogs. She was patient and made sure they had everything they needed during their walks and meals. I look forward to using her again in the future. ✨”

About: I’ve cared for pets since I was a little girl! I’ve always been the primary care taker for the animals in my home, even as a child. My love for animals is unmatched! Whether it be dogs, cats, turtles, lizards.. I love them all. I am the go-to pet sitter for all of my friends and family and have been since I was old enough to drive. I am always reliable, have a pretty flexible schedule, and I love to help. I work from home, and create my own schedule, allowing me to have more time to dedicate to giving your pets all the attention they need. I love to be active, and have fun!! I currently work fully remote, so I have plenty of time to check-in or spend extended time with your pets! I love being active and going for walks so it works out perfectly for me, regardless the time of day. I am very respectful of people’s home, as I used to work as an in-home therapist. I’m respectful of boundaries and I know my purpose for entering someone’s home is to help out. I always ensure I follow instructions to a T and make my clients feel as comfortable as possible with me in their homes.

About: I have been owning pets since I was a little girl, I have always loved their company, in fact when I was younger and my parents divorced my mom got me a cat to keep me company . At my house I have two pugs and I’m pretty much the one that takes care of them because my parents work all day. I started dog sitting for some clients right before covid and I love getting to take care of other people dogs like my own. I’m not afraid of big dogs and I love to watch television with them and cuddle. Also I love to go on walks with them and get them some exercise and myself. I decided that when i get my own house I will get a couple of dogs because I love being around animals. One thing that makes me really happy is to come back home after a busy day and to cuddle with my dogs. I'm currently studying to become a flight instructor and I can adjust my schedule to fit bookings, also I able to bring my books with me while I'm taking care of the furry babies. When I take care of my own pets or clients pets, I always make sure that they are fed, have fresh water, they get a walk to go potty. Also that they get some play time and cuddle time

About: Hello there! Our pet sitting business is ran by father and daughter, Avery and Nefertari. Our dog Sammy Sosa lived to be 18 years old and Nefertari started sitting other dogs after he passed away. Avery is retired and lives up to the saying “a dog is truly a man’s best friend”. We enjoy nurturing them, playing with them and spending time with them as it brings us joy. We have skills in walking, feeding and bathing. If your dog needs medication during their stay we can give it to them. If approved we will take your dog/pup to a nearby dog park for some fun on the weekends and some weekdays. We can also take your dog to their vet or groomer when requested. Nefertari is currently working full time so she will be at home with your dog during the evening and on her off days. Avery is retired and will be home during the day especially for those much needed potty breaks. We will probably spend more time outside on the weekends at the dog park or on car rides when the weather permits. During the week, Nefertari goes to work and church and Avery works in the evening so if your pup requires a lot of attention we can provide this. We do not have a fenced in yard, but we live in a walkable neighborhood. We can take your dog to a dog park for some leash free fun as well. They will probably be taken out 2-3 times while we are home. Fed twice a day unless specified otherwise. We will crate the dog if needed, but we prefer not to keep the dog in the crate when we are at home and like for them to roam around the house freely. We are interactive pet sitters, so we welcome all treats and toys with your dog for their stay.
About: In lieu of getting pets of my own, I’m hoping others will give me the opportunity to share my love of caring for and communicating with animals. Pet sitting and dog walking also seem like a great way to be more community-oriented! I consult from home, so this helps me better structure my day. There may be occasions where a meeting keeps me from having the same exact schedule daily, but if flexibility isn’t an issue, I’m available on every weekday. Besides providing care according to a client’s requests, I believe pets are excellent communicators. I seek to make sure they trust me and can expect a good time whenever I’m around.

I currently have 3 fur babies who are my pride and joy; a dog named Jasmine (Jazzy for short) who is a Pug, and two cats named Harper and Arrow! Not only have I grown up with my own animals, but I’ve also grown up taking care of others animals too! I’ve house sat to provide 24/7 care for my friends and families fur babies as well as dropped in on multiple occasions to make sure they have everything they need but also give them extra love while they’re family is out and about. I know how stressful and worrisome it can be to leave your pet with someone, but no worries here! I will treat your fur baby as if they were my own while sending you plenty of pictures while you’re out! I enjoy the outdoors so walks are always a plus but I’m also good with hanging around the house depending on the level of energy your pet has! I look forward to hearing from you and getting to know both you and your fur baby! I am a stay at home mom so I am home all day long making it so I can care for your fur baby 24/7. I’m also more than happy to hang around and love on your fur baby if they’re less energetic.
Stewart Woods dog parents share their Rover experiences
Lori walked my dog, Gilbert, for a month while I’ve been recovering from surgery. She has been amazing. She is always on time, is very attentive, and Gilbert really loves her. He starts looking for her an hour before the scheduled time. I think he’s going to hate walks with me now because Lori is so amazing.

Riley has been helping me with Loca for a couple months now, and I’m so happy to have her. She’s reliable and trustworthy. I feel very at ease knowing that Loca is in good hands, especially since Loca isn’t dog friendly. She’s receptive to any concerns and is always kind to Loca. Thank you!

Melissa helped to walk Denzi for about a week. She made sure to meet us ahead of time and they hit it off. She brought her pup on the walk and introduced them. He came back each time tired and happy. After the second day, he began looking for her for his daily walk. Thank you Melissa, we will def book again.
