Their safety is non-negotiable — when I was in the Peace Corps and realized the environment wasn't safe for the dog I'd adopted, I sent him back to the U.S. rather than risk it. That's the same care I bring to every walk and every stay. I run regularly, so your dog gets an actual walk, not a lap around the block — they'll come home tired and happy. I also have my own dog, so walks might come with a buddy, if you're up for it. Pet care isn't something I fit in around my day — it's already part of it. I have open availability across mornings, afternoons, and evenings, so your dog's walk or visit isn't squeezed into a narrow window between other commitments — it's a real priority, not an afterthought. About: Hey so I am opening my home to watch your dogs when you might need some help or are going out of town. I work from home so weekdays are great! I also have a 5 month old Yakutian Laika, Koda, that is ALWAYS full of energy so your dog will always have someone to play with. If you'd like to have your dog stay overnight I typically have Koda sleep in a crate but sometimes in the bedroom so if you have a crate thats great but I can make it work if not. I typically go hiking on the weekends or play volleyball at the park so I can definitely keep your dog active if he/she is with me during then. I live in a home I just purchased with a lot of yard space. I have had dogs and know how to care for them, but I dont not have any technical certifications if you needed that.

About: My wife and I currently have 3 large dogs and 1 cat, I’m great at handling multiple dogs on walks! I’ve cared for animals who needed daily medication and extra attention, adopted and raised a pregnant cat providing care to her and her kittens until they could be adopted, and have provided palliative care for senior dogs and cats. I’ve always loved animals; I have owned everything from frogs to finches, I studied biology at university, and I volunteered at wildlife rescue centers for years. One of my favorite experiences was helping several abandoned raccoon kits by providing feedings and keeping their space clean and quiet. Helped with keeping animals calm while the vet performed diagnostics. I’m currently working part time so I have plenty of time to check in on the pets when you’re away as often as you’d like. I am gentle and patient with dogs and cats, my pets are my kids, I walk mine daily and really look forward to seeing their happy faces all the time

For the past 6 years, I have independently managed several clients, providing reliable, high quality, and empathetic service for them and their pets. My experience ranges from managing high energy puppies to providing gentle, attentive care for senior dogs, and cats too! I am currently taking gig work (usually in the evenings) and working events with the city of Denver every Wednesday, I am currently very flexible to make your pet my priority. About: I have been a lover of dogs since I was a child. I relate well to dogs and they respond well to my positive energy and genuine interest in getting to know them. I have a caring and empathetic approach, whether doing a visit at your home, or taking your dog out for a walk. I won't just give them a bathroom break, I understand that your pooch needs to get some stimulation and exercise, and I also will also allow them to explore along the way, sniff things of interest and take their time. I feel like being tuned into your dog's needs and sensitivities goes a long way towards me having a good relationship with them and providing the best care possible. I work part time from home and have plenty of flexibility in my schedule. I am available during the week M-F any time between 7am - 8pm I am happy to work with whatever setup you have in your home. I can uncrate and crate your dog before and after my visit if you prefer, or make sure they are behind a gate before I leave if necessary. I can let your dog out into your yard and play with them, or take them for a leashed walk around your neighborhood.
