What I found especially commendable was how accommodating she was when I unexpectedly had car trouble and couldn’t pick him up on time. She kindly agreed to keep Melvin for an extra night without hesitation. I of course offered to pay extra, but she never pushed for it, which says a lot about her character. She even went out of her way to bring Melvin back to my place, which I truly appreciated given the situation. I really appreciated her flexibility and generosity, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book with her again.”
