It was short notice but they were flexible with their time friendly throughout the process of booking her stay. “It's easy to say that Amethyst saved my life. I recently had to go out of town for a week on an impromptu business trip in January and honestly did not know what on earth I would do with my baby Blake (black poodle mix and love of my life). The hotel I had to stay in was not pet-friendly and I was desperate to find someone whom I could trust. None of my closest friends were available to watch Blake for such a long period of time so I reluctantly searched www.care.com for someone I felt would be compatible with little Blakey. I sifted through a couple profiles but when I saw Amethyst's profile I knew she would be a great fit. Amethyst and I exchanged correspondence and I sent her a picture of my baby, which she actually happily requested. I could tell that this girl loved animals!! After a few emails I decided to choose her as my dog-sitter and hoped for the best. Amy met me at my house and she instantly connected with Blake, making me feel so comfortable about having her watch him. I gave her instructions for feeding and walking and went on my business trip feeling at ease. When I returned, Blake was as happy and healthy as he was when I left. Amethyst updated me on their adventures and then left, ensuring that she could be there for me whenever I needed a sitter for Blakey. Needless to say, Blake and I had a wonderful experience with Amethyst and I will definitely be requesting her services in the near future! Thanks again Amethyst!!”
