About: Hi, I’m Katherin. I live in the countryside with my husband, our Great Dane, two cats, and a flock of eight chickens. Animals are a big part of my everyday life, and caring for them has always come naturally to me. I also enjoy gardening, spending time in nature, and being surrounded by animals—whether I’m at home or helping care for yours. Growing up, pets were always part of my family, and my very first job as a kid was pet sitting for neighbors. Since then, I’ve continued caring for animals of all kinds—my own dogs and cats, as well as those of friends and family. I’ve had the pleasure of looking after pets ranging from tiny Yorkshire Terriers to gentle Great Danes, and I’m experienced in administering medication and providing senior pet care. When I’m house sitting, please note that my husband works a 12-hour rotating shift—three days one week and four days the next. On the days he’s working, I’ll need to return home briefly to care for my own pets. During that time, I’d be away from your home for no more than 6 hours. Your pets’ comfort and well-being are always my top priority, and I’ll make sure they’re settled and cared for before stepping out. A few years ago, my husband and I used Rover for the first time, and I know firsthand how nerve-wracking it can be to leave your pets in someone else's care. Fortunately, it turned out to be a wonderful experience—our sitter kept us updated with messages and photos, and we came home to happy, relaxed pets. That peace of mind was truly priceless. About: Hey! My name is Mackenzie I have been pet sitting for about ten years! I love animals! I have taken care of cats and dogs mainly. I do drop ins, house sit, or even walks. I’m currently working full time at McKee.I have the afternoons available all week except Friday,Saturday and Sunday. My mornings are always opened on the weekends! I ,myself have three dogs with a fenced in yard. I make sure to give them the proper exercise weekly. And give them the proper care such as feeding and letting them out on time daily. I worked previously as a veterinary assistant and have missed seeing my client's faces since switching careers. I am happy to watch after your fur (scales, feathered, etc.) family while you are away and assist with any care they may need in your absence. I love hiking and being outdoors in general so feel free to ask about taking your buddy on an adventure, especially on weekends! I have a giant dog, 1 feisty cat, and 2 sweet cats at home. I look forward to working with you and setting your mind at ease while you're away or just helping to exert some energy from your household pet if you're busy. I love sending photos and updates to my clients! I have cared for my own pets for the past 14 years and have done pet sitting and dog walking for many years including being a dog shelter volunteer, daily pet sitting a diabetic cat requiring 2/day insulin shots for 3 years, being a foster parent to numerous animals, and working in a veterinary clinic for over 5 years. I have a soft spot for geriatric animals, extra large dogs, and exotic species but I love all animals and am happy to accommodate requests, just message me to discuss.
