“I cannot recommend her enough! She watched Otis for 2 nights and treated him like he was her own. From the moment I dropped him off, I felt completely at ease. She was so kind, communicative, and thoughtful throughout the entire stay. She sent me lots of updates and photos, which meant so much and made being away from my boy so much easier. You could genuinely tell how much love and attention he was getting the whole time. He came home happy, comfortable, and clearly very well cared for. “10 out of 10 stay! Meadow had a 15-day stay with Deb and Ralph, and it couldn't have gone better. Meadow was treated like one of the family, and she loved it there. She was well taken care of when a minor health issue arose, loved, walked, and played with her during her entire visit. I loved getting the daily updates with photos. Thank you, Deb and Ralph, for loving our girl while we were away. It gave us the peace of mind we needed to truly enjoy our vacation in Yellowstone!!”

“Tiffanie was beyond amazing! Her kindness and love of animals was evident during our first "meet and greet." Leaving my anxious GSD was a concern, but Tiffanie's confident and compassionate manner easily quelled any fears. Most noteworthy, however, was my pooch had reemerging symptoms appear of a recent medical condition and Tiffanie handled it compassionately and without complaint! About: I have had animals my whole life! I’m always happy to help friends and family. Life is better with fur babies! Happy to help. I am not working so I am available anytime. About: Lifelong dog owner with decades of experience caring for dogs both big and small. I work from home and am able to provide maximum companionship and plenty of exercise. Boarders or daycare get 2-3 walks/day, dozens of photos, and lots of love of course! I provide toys, bowls, a dog bed, treats, poop bags and a backup leash. A tired dog is a good dog :) feel free to bring your pet’s crate if you’d like! I grew up with border collies and labs, then rescued my own dogs in adulthood. One of my rescues was a very sick 3-month old puppy that I raised, so I am well-versed with puppy care. I do not currently have pets living in the home, so your dogs will have the run of the place! I own my own home on a quiet circle street. My yard is an expansive quarter acre of grass with access to miles of mowed walking paths off my backyard. When a visit starts, I like to take the dogs on a “Welcome Walk” to get acquainted in neutral outdoor space. I prioritize safety and clear communication (with owners and dogs!) to create a comfortable experience for all. I look forward to taking care of your wonderful pets! I work from home, so I am flexible for drop-ins, last-minute needs, or regular walks, and can give your dog consistent companionship…and some fun of course! Rain or shine, I am happy to take them out. I provide a treats (if allowed), a dog bed, bowls, toys and backup leash (but I prefer you bring the leash your dog is familiar with!). Please feel free to bring a crate if you’d like to crate your dog! When a visit starts, I like to take the dogs on “Welcome Walk” where we get acquainted in the great outdoors. This allows me to build our bond in neutral space with plenty of positive stimulation for the dogs. I prioritize safety and clear communication (with owners and dogs!) to create a comfortable experience for all. I have used the clicker training method in the past, and do not believe in any form of domineering or physical correction. Your dog will have a stable experience here!

About: I have extensive experience caring for a wide variety of animals. Animals are one of the most important things in my life and I know how important they are to their families. Pets are like kids and traditional boarding is never the first choice. Keeping your pet in it’s home where it is most comfortable and knowing it is getting the best care possible provides peace of mind, something money can’t buy. My goal is always to provide that peace of mind for a pets family while they are gone. Whether it is boarding, or having frequent around the clock care at your home for your pet, a simple personalized walk or check in during the day, we would do anything for our pets, and that is what I’m here for. I treat each and every animal as if it’s my own and know communication is the most important and keeping in touch and updates, even when not required, are always appreciated by a pets owner. I strive to become a familiar face for each pet so they are as happy and comfortable as possible and so each owner has a reliable and trustworthy source for any needs they may have for their pet. I work from home with my own schedule so I am extremely flexible in accommodating your pets needs and last minute requests to make your life easier! I take care of your pets like they are my own! I have pretty much done it all, and am happy to do it. I am very particular about who cared for my pets when I am away, and will treat yours with nothing less than I would expect for my own. I want them to be as comfortable as possible like you’re not even gone! Familiarity, comfortability, for pets and their owners is key.
“We truly appreciate Brandy! We booked very last minute with brandy. Being on vacation we brought our epileptic pup and he wasn’t coping well in a new place being alone. So we downloaded this app for the first time and booked with her while we went out. She responded when I checked on him, and sent me pictures of him while he was with her. We are even booked an extra day with her while we were here because he did so well in her care! Thank you Brandy !!”

“Jani & Paul were able to graciously accommodate my puppy for daycare on very short notice. He thoroughly enjoyed his stay and will most definitely be booking again. The best!!!”

“Jenesis was amazing! She made sure to take extra care of my pup and make her feel at ease while I was away. She was flexible with my late evening pick up time and even watched my dog longer than I had originally asked/needed her to. Please book with her if you need a sitter!!”

“Amy was a great pet sitter, she was attentive and really listened to my thoughts and where we are with our puppy. Sue had toys available for him and my pup enjoyed playing with her lab. Looking forward to our next daycare day.”

“Came from out of town for a wedding and found out last minute that our dog could not attend. Cory responded immediately to our last minute request for doggy day care. If not for Cory we would have missed the wedding. He was very friendly and took wonderful care of our Harley, who is very high energy. Cory put my nerves at ease with updates and pics throughout the day. I highly recommend Cory for your pet care needs. Thank you again Cory!”

About: I’ve had dogs my whole life of all different kinds. I’ve also helped take care of neighbors and friends dogs over the years. Looking forward to meeting you and your furry friend! I am off for the summer. I work for Augusta county public schools with kids with special needs. I am available at any time pretty much apart from while we’re at church or lifegroup every other Saturday morning. Very flexible! I am healthy and looking forward to helping serve you and your pet! Looking forward to more walks, pets and cuddles! I have cats I care for every day, feed, clean litter and play/pets. My mom lives with me and has a dog that I help take on walks as well.
“Ripley underwent some big life changes recently. right after i started up a new job with a long commute, she lost her best (dog) buddy, who she was used to spending her days with. all of this meant Ripley was going to be spending 12+ hour days all alone. But then we met Dana, our Rover dog-walker! Now Ripley gets 30-minute adventures 2-3x a week, complete with photo updates and little synopsis of what went down on the walk. Getting the Rover notification, “Ripley’s been picked up for her walk!” is the highlight of my day. She’s in amazing hands, and I’m one grateful, teary-eyed dog mom. This looks and sounds like a Rover ad, but i’m not getting paid for it. I do highly highly recommend Dana - she is in Staunton. If you’re thinking, “my dog isn’t easy- she can’t be walked by just anyone” - that is exactly what i thought. Dana brings her husband on walks, and he can help manage the strength of a giant breed, (Ripley weighs over 100lbs) Also, if you think that your dog is too skittish to be walked by anyone other than you, I thought the same thing. Dana and her husband weren’t afraid of Ripley’s initial reaction to them. They stuck around for about an hour to wait for her to calm down and they gained her trust. They even introduced Ripley to their kids.”

“Thank you much for your services, Mary!!? For going above and beyond what was asked!!! Hopefully you will not mind taking care of Jordi!!!!? He was a handful but he was also in great hands!!!! Thanks again!!!!”

I have experience administering topical and oral medications and can maintain time-sensitive care schedules.

About: As a child, my family had 2 dogs, 2 cats, and a parakeet. Throughout the years of my childhood, the amount of dogs and cats would go up and down with natural fluctuation from age. During middle school, my family began adding horses to the mix of the family. From middle school into high school, I participated weekly in rodeo competitions with my family and friends. When I was in high school, the parakeet passed from old age. The summer before my freshman year in high school we started acquiring more animals than just the horses we rode, and the pets we took care of. I actively worked with my older sister as she showed sheep, rabbits, and chickens in high school FFA. Throughout my higher education experience I have continued to own cats, dogs, rodents, reptiles, and horses. I have lived with and befriended people who own a variety of reptiles such as pythons, scorpions, lizards, and others. The farm has less types of animals occupying now due to natural causes, but I still maintain a strong love for all spirits out in the pasture and home. I have worked many years at various animal focused businesses such as Tractor Supply and PetCo where I have assisted people with understanding their animal(s) needs and taking care of a multitude of different animals, too. I have pretty flexible availability to administer animal care throughout the week. Easily available between 8AM - 8PM. Can provide care outside of those hours, but within reason and will gladly work with clients and animals as needed. I love to spend time with animals in my care. I am not a drop in and drop out person. I will spend at least the amount of time you request, if not more, with your pet(s) to provide attention, love, exercise, and meet their needs. I am an active participant during outside potty/play time and prefer to follow all rules already in place by family. You will receive a detailed note of all that occurs as well as multiple photos of your animal throughout my stay, unless otherwise specified by yourself.
“Jaime was wonderful with Sophie and a pleasure to work with! She found a way to make things work that had at first looked like they might be a stumbling block logistically, and she made Sophie’s walk fun despite the great heat. We all look forward to our next adventures with Jaime!”

I would love to give your pets love and attention while you are away! I am currently a stay at home mom, so I will be able to stop by any time, and take care of anything your pets need! I have experience keeping pets separate when need be as well as encouraging socializing! Whatever your needs are I can provide plenty of play and love!
About: I went to school for 2 years to become a veterinary assistant, work 4 days a week and love what I do and enjoy being around animals in my spare time :) I enjoy drawing and painting in my free time and consider myself a care free individual. I have a dog of my own, a 7 year old beagle mix named Jaxx. Very outgoing and loves to play but what do you expect with a pup? Besides painting and working I enjoy watching my favorite show (Greys Anatomy or The Office) and laying back listening to music. I hope this answers most of your questions about me and I hope you take the chance to message me about taking care of your pet :) you won’t regret it! LoveHas4Paws :) I am mostly flexible with my job to fit your needs of pet sitting aside from starting school in December one day a week mostly. I come to the clients home to make the fur baby feel less stressed and relaxed since they are in their own home and give them all the love (and treats) lol

Most noteworthy, however, was my pooch had reemerging symptoms appear of a recent medical condition and Tiffanie handled it compassionately and without complaint! She was a true blessing to both me and my pooch! I HIGHLY recommend her.”

If I ever need someone to watch Willow again I know who to contact. Thank you!”

“Thank you so much for taking care of Luna! You took wonderful care of her. Will definitely have her take care of my dog again. Loved that she sent pictures all the time so I could see how Luna was doing. Thanks so much!”

“Oh my! This couple is amazing on so many levels! They treated Maggie like she was their own, welcomed her into their home and made them part of their life for the weekend. Multiple daily walks, exceptional feedback, and photos of their great adventures. Not only are they the best pet sitters you can find, they are truly exceptional human beings. You should have no hesitation in leaving your fur baby in their care! Best seen to date!”

“Brandy always takes good care of our doggie and sends lots of pictures while we're away. He's always happy when we get to her house so she's doing something right! 😁 She is quick to respond to questions and very flexible with drop off and pick up. Great sitter!”

“Angel was great to work with. Our dog came home happy, she provided pictures during our trip, and even met us off the Interstate to pick him up and drop him off. That made it so convenient! We will definitely use her again!”

“Alexandra and Logan were wonderful with my (sometimes overly) curious terrier, Eddie! I am always concerned about Eddie escaping to chase an animal, and they took my concerns seriously and took steps to ensure that wouldn't happen. Their fence setup was great too - the fenced-in yard wraps all the way around the house, so even if a dog slipped out of the house, they would still be in the yard. On top of that, they sent lots of pictures and were so kind to Eddie. He didn't want to leave!”

“Jenesis has watched my dog several times now and he loves staying with her! Bentley and her dog get along really well and they play all day long and tire each other out. My dog has some special food needs and she accommodates those and keeps me updated with how he’s doing. I know Bentley is in great hands when he’s with her”

About: I love all animals! I don’t have any because of my housing rules so I want to take care of your fur babies to get my animal fix! I am extremely flexible and caring. I take instructions well and am a fast learner. I am very observant, I will care for your home and pet like it was my own. I am also skilled in American Sign Language, as I am hard of hearing, and can teach your pet to respond to signs. I am also quick to respond with text in case of emergencies. I especially love puppies and kittens and am willing to clean up any messes. I am flexible on long term stay rates if you go on several day vacations. Thank you!
