I currently volunteer at a few local places and am not employed. I have a passion for all animals and a love of helping others. My animals are my children and are treated as such. About: Though I'm new to Rover, I've been pet-sitting for neighbors and friends for 10+ years! I've taken care of dogs, cats, llamas, goats, and more. I've lived my whole life with dogs and cats of all ages, so I'm familiar with puppy/kitten and senior care. I know how to give medications including oral, topical, and injectable. I love animals and I promise to give your pets the same love and compassionate care I give my own! I'm currently working part time, so I have a pretty flexible schedule. I may be able to accommodate some last-minute requests, especially for drop-ins or dog walking. I live in Greene County, but I commute to Harrisonburg when I'm working so I can potentially take bookings around that area as well. PLEASE NOTE: I cannot hold dates for a pending request indefinitely. If your intention is to book with me, please confirm the booking as soon as you can so I can update my availability accordingly both on Rover and with my other job. Prompt communication is greatly appreciated! I believe it's most ideal for your pet if they can stay in their home environment and keep to their usual routine while you're away. If your dog likes to visit a certain tree on all their walks, or your cat gets a treat at a specific time each day, let me know! Please also share any quirks, anxieties, medical problems, or anything else special about your pet so I can cater to their individual needs.

About: I have cared for dogs my whole life. My family has 3 dogs, and for 3 years we fostered special needs dogs from the animal shelter: litters of puppies, sick dogs, pregnant dogs, and dogs with special medical needs. I volunteered as a dog walker at our animal shelter. I worked for a year at a dog boarding facility handling all aspects of dog care: feeding, medication, walks and play, cleaning. I attended puppy socialization and training classes with my own dogs. I am a college sophomore available for summer, weekend and holiday pet sitting in and near Greene County. I can be with your pets overnight from dinner time to after breakfast. I have a flexible part-time daytime job, so can return for daytime potty and visits as needed. I start by understanding your pets daily routine, medical and care needs, and your expectations. I will make a visit to introduce myself before your trip. While you are away, I will send regular updates and ask any questions.

About: I have been caring for my own pets my whole life and started pet sitting around 3 years ago. I love working with animals! I can help with basic training during my stay with your fur babies. I am a full time pet sitter in Ball Ground, GA and surrounding areas. I accept house sitting visits twice a month and dog walking/ drop ins full time. About: I’ve grown up with dogs and cats my whole life. My oldest dog lived until he was 17. I played with my animals everyday for hours at a time. They were always well taken care of I’m basically free everyday of the week because all my classes are online so i’m able to care for your pets at anytime of the day I read the instructions that i’m given and go based off that. I love to spoil the animals and make them feel special. I give them lots of play time and make sure they’re comfortable in they’re environment

First time using Rover so I was nervous about having someone I didn’t know taking care of my two dogs and being in my home but immediately after meeting Charne ,all of those feelings went away!
