About: I have had animals since I was very young. I love all types of dogs, and have experience dealing with high energy as well as more relaxed dogs. I also have experience with fostering and rehoming dogs. I work part-time, and set my own hours, so I will have plenty of free time for the dogs! I am open to a set schedule or to flexible, one-off walks and boarding. I live in a log cabin on 10 acres in northern Albemarle county. I have a great field for walks and throwing toys. About: Not only did I grow up with 2-3 dogs in the house, but my mom has worked for a dog rescue the last 10 years. My family has fostered more than 100 dogs ranging from newborn puppies to end of life care for senior dogs. I have a 30 pound beagle mix named Daisy who is three years old and she will be with me at all times. I am always available for drop in visits and dog walking. prices fluctuate due to various factors but the main ones these days are gas prices and distance of travel. I.e The farther away you are the more likely there is that a added fee will occur before confirmation of service. I provide pet care in services full-time as of November 2021. I am available at any time if you need me. i'm currently available for the following services: housesitting, pet boarding, drop in visit, dog walking for 30 minutes or 60 minutes, and one on one dog training. if your dog is with me, I live in a neighborhood that is very dog friendly. We have two dog parks and I am often at these dog parks at least once a day. However if you have a dog that is not comfortable with that I would not take them there.
