About: I fully believe pets are a part of our families and I love every pet as such. I started caring for animals at the age of 13 and loved it so much I started my own local dog sitting business! About: Hi, I’m Kayla! I’m looking to start dog walking during my lunch break during the week between 11ish am - 12ish pm in Ruckersville or the Hollymead area. I work from home Monday, Tuesday, and Friday. I will travel up to 15 minutes from my home (given 30 minutes with your pet). I can also do walks after 4:30 pm, given a proper heads up to adjust my schedule. I am well trained with animals and was also a veterinary assistant out after college! I currently have a Morkie named Rocco. I’ve grown up with larger dogs such as German Shepherds, Bulldogs, and Labrador retrievers so I’ve very comfortable with dogs up to 115 pounds. I will also be available on some weekends with a two week advance notice with a little bit more flexible hours. I can’t wait to hear from you! Luckily with my job, I can take lunch whenever. I can work more with your schedule and walk your pet between 11 am - 2:00 pm and anytime after 4:30 pm on certain days. I have a fur baby as well, so I know exactly what it’s like trusting another person to care for your special pet. I will treat your pet just as my own!

About: Though I'm new to Rover, I've been pet-sitting for neighbors and friends for 10+ years! I've taken care of dogs, cats, llamas, goats, and more. About: My family and I live on a "hobby" farm in the Stony Point area. I have grown up owning and caring for a variety of animals. We have been pet sitting for friends and family for the past fifteen years and have decided to open it up to new clients. Prior to that, I also have two decades of pet sitting experience. My experience includes; caring for animals with acute illness, injuries, wound care, and also caring for senior animals. We are happy to take in smaller animals like rabbits and guinea pigs - but not reptiles or birds. I work part-time just a few miles from my home. I am off during the summer months and over the holiday's - convenient for the traveling months. We have a large fenced in backyard. A first aid kit on hand specifically for animals. Your furry family members will have access to our home. (We do have crates available if that is your preference.) We do allow animals on the couch and bed - if that is what will make them happy during their stay. We have three sweet dogs that are used to the added friends that pass through from time to time.

About: I’ve taken care of many different size pets. Usually different dog breeds, everything from a yorkie to a bull mastiff. Older dogs 10 years plus and even puppies for a bit of time. Usually I provide weekend services unless they are allowed to be in a crate for an extended period of time. I prefer not to keep them in a crate. Usually I will drop my pet off at my parents house so it makes it easier to focus and stay on top of each pets needs.

My family has 3 dogs, and for 3 years we fostered special needs dogs from the animal shelter: litters of puppies, sick dogs, pregnant dogs, and dogs with special medical needs. I volunteered as a dog walker at our animal shelter. I worked for a year at a dog boarding facility handling all aspects of dog care: feeding, medication, walks and play, cleaning. I attended puppy socialization and training classes with my own dogs. I am a college sophomore available for summer, weekend and holiday pet sitting in and near Greene County. I can be with your pets overnight from dinner time to after breakfast. I have a flexible part-time daytime job, so can return for daytime potty and visits as needed. I start by understanding your pets daily routine, medical and care needs, and your expectations. I will make a visit to introduce myself before your trip. While you are away, I will send regular updates and ask any questions.
