About: Hi! For many years, I was a Fear Free Certified veterinary assistant in Charlottesville, VA. I also have experience as a dog kennel manager, farm assistant & animal rescue volunteer/advocate. During my 10 years of petsitting work, i’ve learned how to make your pets as stress free as possible while your away. Petsitting is currently my full time job! About: Though I'm new to Rover, I've been pet-sitting for neighbors and friends for 10+ years! I've taken care of dogs, cats, llamas, goats, and more. I've lived my whole life with dogs and cats of all ages, so I'm familiar with puppy/kitten and senior care. I know how to give medications including oral, topical, and injectable. I love animals and I promise to give your pets the same love and compassionate care I give my own! I'm currently working part time, so I have a pretty flexible schedule. I may be able to accommodate some last-minute requests, especially for drop-ins or dog walking. I live in Greene County, but I commute to Harrisonburg when I'm working so I can potentially take bookings around that area as well. About: Hi, I’m Kayla! I’m looking to start dog walking during my lunch break during the week between 11ish am - 12ish pm in Ruckersville or the Hollymead area. I work from home Monday, Tuesday, and Friday. I will travel up to 15 minutes from my home (given 30 minutes with your pet). I can also do walks after 4:30 pm, given a proper heads up to adjust my schedule. I am well trained with animals and was also a veterinary assistant out after college! I currently have a Morkie named Rocco. I’ve grown up with larger dogs such as German Shepherds, Bulldogs, and Labrador retrievers so I’ve very comfortable with dogs up to 115 pounds. I will also be available on some weekends with a two week advance notice with a little bit more flexible hours. I can’t wait to hear from you! Luckily with my job, I can take lunch whenever. I can work more with your schedule and walk your pet between 11 am - 2:00 pm and anytime after 4:30 pm on certain days. I have a fur baby as well, so I know exactly what it’s like trusting another person to care for your special pet. I will treat your pet just as my own!

About: I have had pets since I was a child. I have always owned a dog. Neighbors, friends and family have called on me frequently to care for their pet. I take Flash with me every where I can and when I can’t I want him well taken care of. I love to help people enjoy their time away by giving their pet the best care possible. I work part time. I get up early and never mind doing early morning or evening pet care. On my days off I can walk during the day. I would be willing to walk your pet, feed and allow time outside for play. Can stay at home for several hours if needed on occasions.

About: I have been a pet owner for over 15 years and have experience working with terminally ill cats and dogs. I also have been trained under vets both in-clinic and out of clinic. I currently work part time a couple hours with horses in barn and an Australian Shepherd. So I have ample time to spend with your fur babies at home. I am an energetic person, so I love to go for walks, spend ample time outside playing fetch and other stimulating games. I also enjoy water play if the fur babies enjoy water.

About: I have loved dogs since I was a kid! I recently have been working as a nanny and that has involved light care for pets as well, my current duties are walking the two dogs and feeding them treats and filling water bowls. I am very loving and caring. My previous job involved feeding and letting the pup out in the back yard to play and to help keep track of certain habits due to the dog having food allergies. I am so fond of animals as a whole that my future goal is to buy a house with lots of land and do free lance dog boarding! I would love to help your family with your pet’s needs! About: I have walked dogs and house-sat dogs and cats since I was a kid! I walked dogs for family and friends for vacations, during the work day, or for weekend trips! I am avaliable to fit pet care during the week, Monday- Friday, from 6 am to 6pm. I am pretty flexible on times and specific needs! I am happy to spend time walking your fur baby, tiring them out with fetch or a game, or being around them to keep them company.

About: I have been around all kinds of animals my whole life. From rabbits, guinea pigs, hermit crabs, fish, a squirrel, dogs, and/or cats. I currently have a 2 year old high energy husky who loves to keep us on a schedule for his park visits and walks. I love all animals- all shapes and sizes- and would love to help you get your pup out for exercise and potty breaks or even visits in the home if you have a cat or caged animal that needs tending to while you work or travel! I work 12 hour shifts Saturday Sunday and Mondays so I am not available on those days. I am available anytime Tuesdays through Friday however. I have a 2 year old husky who keeps us on a very regimented routine.
